Crystal Keith Rosales (10/5): Comfortable place and close to the station and kombini! - Great location near Sugamo Station, a kombini just around the corner and the instructions to self check-in was seamless. The place is clean, enough space for 3 people, amenities are provided and over all comfortable place to stay in! The building didn’t have a lift so be prepared to bring your luggages up & down the stairs. You can probably request for a lower level if ever you have seniors travelling with you. One of the lights was not working and reached out to the staff, we then got told how to self-reset from the breaker but still didn’t work. The place has enough light but would’ve been nicer if the light in the bedroom was working. Other than those, everything was comfortable. Would stay here again!
