- Sunma (3/5): Poor - It was located good A-lot. Advertised as a hotel and it wasn’t. 1 single room with a tiny double bed and the tiniest bathroom i have ever used. The heat was unbearable inside with no fan, no tv and a single towel when we booked as two adults staying. Recommend it if you’re a solo traveler or single just for the night to put your head down. £135 was ridiculous for what it was

- Anonymous (1/5): Unclean, noisy, and nothing like the pictures online. - The house is near an underground train station, the bed was very soft and comfy, there were plenty of windows to let in fresh and cool air on a hot day, and the cleaner gave us some extra towels. The room was very unclean with dead bugs and stains in the cupboards, hairs in the bathroom and on the cat blanket covering the bed, and dusty/grimey windows/skirting/sink etc., I would never go back because it was that bad. Other disappointing things were: we could hear conversations at speaking volume through the walls and in the hallway (even though the room listed sound-proofed walls), the room didn't have lots of the facilities that were listed on it's details page (no tv, soundproofing, fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, or even a view, and lots more), the room looked nothing like what's advertised in the pictures (it's less clean, and more dingy), and there was only one towel laid out on the bed (when two of us were staying in the room).

- David (9/5): perfect place for a stop over - place was quiet, clean beds were comfortable. some treats and coffee in the room was a bonus. Bathroom was small, however clean and everything worked. shower head kept swinging down, maintenance man needs to have a look at that.

- Ajay (5/5): Concerning & Disappointing stay - Location was good I was surprised to find that the complimentary snacks and cake in the room were expired which was quite off-putting. This raises serious health risks including potential food poisoning and shows a worrying lack of attention to guest care. On top of that, the toilet door wouldn’t close or lock properly and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling. While the location was good, these issues made our stay uncomfortable & concerning. I hope the hotel takes this seriously for the safety of future guests.

- Terry (2/5): never again - nothing room was tiny, didn't have in it what was advertised at time of booking eg... microwave toaster WiFi the list goes on. fridge didn't work it smelled horrible when you opened it could not use it, mouse infested, mouse droppings everywhere I saw a mouse 3 times running round my room
- Gary (2/5): NIGHTMARE - Restaurants was 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Snacks and coffees in the room. Hotel is in a clean area. It's a false advertisement paid for £153.00 for 2 nights, clearly said with fridge, TV, hair dryer and microwave but none of those in the property. Toilet with used band aid, broken whoredrobe, toilet is enough for one person to squeeze in, sink in your face while you sat in the toilet, one towel for 2 people to stay for 2 nights, folding door was so annoying to shut cause the bed is catching on it and the room is like a box just enough for double bed space. If you are using the toilet, you will be sharing all your business inside with your companion through the gap of the door and the distance of it which 1 ruler length between the toilet door and the bed. Two person can stand infront of the door, 1 person struggles to stand only in one side of the bed cause the other side is on the wall so therefore we was struggling to go in the bed unless you crawl infront of it. I been staying nearly twice every week in a different hotel but this one is the worst stayed I ever experience. The host is alright eventhough he is not around but he still manage to guide us. At first he give us a code of the lockbox to get the key which is not working to open the bedroom 6 the he told us to open number 10 lockbox.

- Stephanie (1/5): Nothing like it said, injured my husband - Absolutely nothing The bed was broken and ended up damaging my partner's back to the point we had to spend another £270 at ten at night to find a new hotel and that was money we didn't have, I had saved for 7 months plus for this holiday and we had a small amount of money so to have to spend half of it on getting a new hotel is devastating, absolute waste of money, the room wasn't what was advertised at all it was tiny with basically a single bed, it was freezing, there was no WiFi like told, there was no TV like we were told, the facilities were falling apart, the wardrobe was falling apart, the address on the site was incorrect aswell so we got lost alot trying to find the actual location, I don't have anything good to say about this place we didn't spend one night there and I can see why it was non refundable. Don't trust it.

- Okoye (5/5): It’s passable but not fair value for the money. - The property is in a good residential area. The room is poorly constructed with an open transparent window on top and roof was low that our heads were hitting the roof top.

I just stay awake the whole night at the cold. They didn't answer to emails or phone calls. They decide to answer at 11 o'clock the next morning.

- Sorina (2/5): terrible - The location, relatively easy to get from the city centre. First, before we got there I had not received a code to enter the hotel and the room. Fortunately, someone answered the phone, told us the code. he said that he has sent the necessarry detalis, which he hadn't. the room...very old, one of the beds had not been cleaned, there was hair and spots on the sheets. we had a visitor during the night, a mouse. it got into the bin, we covered it and took it out, but it was not a nice experience. i know that accomodation in london is expensive, we chose one with a price lower than the others, but still very expensive for what we received. i will always take the reviews in consideration.ps. we were with our two children. terrible.

- Ashley (1/5): AVOID!! SCAM! - Don't book here!!! Not only is the ad misleading but NONE of the amenities listed are available. Except the fridge. You will get scammed out of your money and booking.com will do NOTHING to get you your money back. In fact, if you see this review, don't use booking.com at all. There is no TV, no microwave, no curling iron, NOTHING. If you try to get your money back, the owner will avoid your calls. He won't return bookings calls either.

Free snacks and tea and coffee where in the room aswell . I wasn’t sure why there was a washing machine in the room , but I can imagine it would be a god send to someone staying for more than a night or two

No one comes in to clean, change towels or clear the bin during the stay.

Room a bit run down and certainly could not be described as 'deluxe' . No heating which would be a problem if I spent more time in the room. Had to chase check-in instructions as they were not provided and building does not necessarily look anything like a hotel.

The access was via key code with no reception. The flatscreen tv, microwave and fridge had somehow morphed into a washing machine and the room was much smaller than advertised. They need more accurate descriptors to avoid formal complaints from more fussy guests.

- Stephanie (8/5): Great Location, hassle free and helpful hosts. - This hotel was a lifesaver. After three hours of travel to our original hotel(booked and confirmed way in advance) had cancelled our room on arrival. These guys answered my call after booking online and confirmed our room. Location was fab - just a couple of minutes walk from the tube stop and a lovely bakery that we stopped in for breakfast the next morning. The room had a small but perfectly usable private bathroom. It also had washing facilities and a sink and kettle in the room itself. Entry to the building and room was hassle free - text sent with the lock codes. It was perfect for our stay. 😊 Could have done with a couple of extra pillows on the double bed, but I didn't ask either, so they may have been able to provide.

Very pissed about the whole experience. Stayed 2 nights. The second day they finally brought towels but still no Internet that was needed. Bad service, no towels, no Internet, bed was very uncomfortable.
