• Cinzia (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ho soggiornato a Roma per motivi di lavoro e ho prenotato tramite Booking: la procedura è stata semplice e veloce. L’appartamento si è rivelato accogliente e ben pulito. La stanza era confortevole, con un letto impeccabile, aria condizionata e televisione con accesso a tutti i canali. Il pernottamento è stato molto piacevole e rilassante. Servizio e costo pienamente in linea con gli standard della capitale.

• ray (10/5): Very cozy very wonderful staff easy to work with I would do it again - Very nicely decorated and comfortable It would have been nice to have laundry facilities. I did have it in every other apartment I rented
• Sue (5/5): We would not stay here again, the room itself was ok, but we didn't love the neighbourhood. - We did not get breakfast. The pillows were awesome, along with the towels. The location is not great, feels a bit rough. Once we got to the apartment we didn't know where to go, the sign for the apartment was about 1 foot big, so tough to see. The hallways up to the apartment were dark and dingy. There was no blanket in the room so we had and the room was chilly for sleeping, we asked for a blanket the next night and did not get one. The housekeeper came in to clean our rooms but did nothing but make up the sheet on the bed, the garbage was left in the room, and no blanket provided.

Łóżko bardzo wygodne, 2 poduszki na wybór, mini lodóweczka w pokoju, przytulny balkon, czysta i wyposażona w kosmetyki, ręczniki i suszarkę łazienka. Sklepy spożywcze oraz kilka knajp w dostępności 5-10 min na nogach Brak miejsca na więcej ubrań, przydałaby się mała szafka lub komoda dodatkowo.

• John (8/5): Great place to stay near Vatican City, not far to central Rome - Really nice and comfortable place to stay, a little out of the way of central Rome but easy to get the bus in, and there were some great restaurants in the area. We were supposed to be given water, coffee etc. upon check-in but we were never given any of that, even when I mentioned it. Also you should probably stop posting pictures of bottles of wine left in the rooms if you're not going to give people anything upon checking in.

• Csenge (9/5): Overall it was a pleasant stay - It was a very nice and clean apartment, you can find everything you need here. The communication with the host was quick and easy. The walls are too thin, we could hear the other guests next door.
• Anthony (10/5): Amazing place to stay! - Everything about the property was great! It’s in a quiet area that’s not a far walk from some great places to eat and drink (on the more touristy side), it has a key card/code and key lock to the front door and your bedroom door which is very reassuring of safety. The walls seem thick enough to not hear anyone else in the other rooms, the place offers coffee, tea, and water for you to use along with basic cooking supplies and a nesspresso maker, and a quaint little common area. The rooms feel huge, have great air flow, a nice size smart TV, an electric kettle in your room, the pillows are amazingly comfy, the bathroom is huge compared to everywhere else we’ve been staying which is extremely pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed was a little on the firm side for me but that’s just me, not everyone.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after exploring the stunning city of Rome. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was perfect—within walking distance of major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room, from elegant furnishings to modern amenities, truly made it feel like a luxurious home away from home.
• Schira (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but had little contact with the host and our one question was not answered. - The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was quiet compared to those closer to the city centre. We could not access the building easily as the intercom was not answered as we were told it would be. We only got in because someone was leaving and allowed us to enter. It was wet and dark. We tried to call our host and also texted but were not answered until the next morning. Apart from anything this would not be safe for a lone traveller. Our host said the intercom was not answered because of the weather that night....could happen again I feel and so we have to highlight this.
• Radu (8/5): Very nice room, close to shops and bus station. - The apartment looks like in the pictures, very good conditions. The communication with owner was excellent. Shared kitchen. Some small shops 5 minutes walking. The bus station is very close, about 5 minutes walking. Vatican is 5-6 bus stops away. It is what you need for a short trip to Rome.

Local to bus stops, fairly local to the metro making travelling super easy. Not too far out of the city but fairly quiet at night which was good for us. Overall excellent thank you again!
• Piotr (9/5): Udany wypoczynek ze zwiedzaniem w Rzymie - Clean and well-equipped rooms, easy communication with the property- there were some issues, but they were related to the building (power outage) rather than the property itself. The room was cleaned daily. The photos of the room are true to reality. -

• James (10/5): Lovely room highly recommended. - The room was lovely very good size bathroom very clean and modern. Perfect location only 2 minute walk to bus stop when you can get a bus straight to Vatican city for less then 2 euros and they run regularly. All main historic attractions are easily reached through public transport if required. Rome is a very nice place to stay for 4 nights plenty to see. My wife and I would definitely stay at Roma Imperial suites again if we came back to Rome I could not fault the place. We met a Ukraine lady there who I think was the owner very helpful and polite. Nothing All very good

Will definitely stay there again if I visit Rome. The location was good - next to a bus stop - takes 20 minutes to get to the centre. The room was clean and had a balcony where you were allowed to smoke as well.

You have everything you need in the room and the location is good to go in the center city by bus. I even got an upgrade from the host to a balcony room and I really appreciated it🥰. It was a pleasure for us to stay there.

• Marin (9/5): An overall good experience in residential Rome. - The room was very clean and well laid out. We arrived ahead of normal check in time, but thanks to communication with the property manager, we we able to get into our room early. The cleaning lady was there working on other rooms and showed us personally all the details about how to get in and out of room property and room and the card to control the power. It was a lovely coincidence. Though very modern and new, the shower in our room was TINY. It was in the corner of the room with no shelves on the wall for any of your personal shower needs. There was not enough room to bend over to pick up anything off the floor, so I ended up holding my shampoo and body wash in one hand and washing with the other.

• Tom (4/5): Roma - The apt was very clean. Self serve entry to apt. Awkward procedure locating main key to locked gate. We had no wifi, internet,or phone access to communicate with landlord.

• Christy (8/5): Comfortable Room with good connections to Downtown - We really enjoyed living among the Roman people in the complex. The room had many personal touches and felt like a second home. It was quiet at night. We appreciated the excellent access to frequent buses to downtown and the Vatican. Communication was difficult. One needs to have a mobile that works in Italy to receive a video via What's App of how to enter the building (it helped!). We do not like the security risk in using Whats App with strangers (I still don't know the name of who we communicated with). Also, a picture of the IDs needed to be sent before receiving the security code. I would have preferred to that via email and pdf, but was not given that option.

• Iraklis (8/5): Decent place to spend a couple of nights - It's just a basic room, with no great ammenities, but since you spend a lot of time outside it just doens't bother me. It has a refrigerator, a plasma TV and scarce ammenities in the bahtroom. It's located somewhere out of the beaten path, but the neighbourhood is quite and you can sleep well. A coffee machine maybe? Luckilly there's a cafe nearby to grab your morning dose

• Ljudmila (9/5): What a great find! - Very clean ensuite room with balcony, providing a 'wow' effect as you walk in. We found all the basic necessities there, which was really helpful as we travel light. The mattress was very comfy, and the area was safe and quiet. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. It's only a 30-minute walk to Vatican City. The self-check-in instructions we received upon arrival couldn't have been any clearer. All this for a great price. Highly recommended.

Great staff, very attentive and happy to help. Check in was easy, all done online. A little fridge was available as well as a smart TV and a bidet in the bathroom! Great little room. The shower was not draining very well but we reported to the staff and it will be fixed so no problem.

• Alex (9/5): We had a wonderful stay, the host was very helpful and would definitely stay again! - The bedroom interior was amazing and the property felt safe with extra pass code entryway and in more of a residential area.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - The room is gorgeous, clean, quiet. Instructions to access were clear and even though all support was online it was there with warmth. There were a couple of minor glitches during our stay but support was there and solutions found quickly. The location is great with a Mercantino market next door and one of the best cappuccinos in Rome around the corner in Glamour Café. As well as that it's near bus and rail links Extras that would have made the stay complete would be some bath towels and a kettle with some cups. The WiFi could also do with a boost.
