Double bed, could do with a king size in room 9. Maybe a footstool to go with the lovely couches and chairs.

Usually visit Skegness for a weekend each year and now we have discovered this place would hope to stay here again. Comment left as constructive feedback and not a dislike or something which massively affected our stay - cutlery was a little flimsly, clearly others have found this too as a few bits showed signs of bending out of shape.

Andrew (10/5): Perfect gem of a place - Absolute gem of a place. We stayed in apt 5, balcony and Sea views with a sun rise to die for. The place was spotless, full of sunlight and perfectly comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I travel lots, spent 25 years in the hotel industry in London and this couple have this accommodation spot on. Location was as perfect as you could wish for. I will return without a doubt.

Charlotte (10/5): Home from Home, in a quieter section of Skeggie - the location is superb, right opposite south parade beach (slightly quieter end, but no lifeguards). The apartments are cozy, I feel really at home there. I love Catherine, she's great to chat to, and does a great job at providing good facilities for people staying. Love the different apartments have different decor - that makes it even more fun because they're all individual. Love how close to things it is, if you want the quieter area, you've got it, if you want to walk down to the centre of town, it's a short walk away. If you want to visit Gibralter Point, it's a nice gentle drive. Honestly I'd move in if I could :-D Peak season brings noisy cars in the later evening, they come to chill out in the big car park over the way. More a nuisance than a problem, and certainly nothing that Catherine or Dean have any control over!

Richard (9/5): Weekend short stay... - Friendly, welcoming owners and the apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Fans in both bedrooms were a relief as the weather was scorching. Good location....just a short walk to the tower but peaceful at night. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't use the kitchen facilities as we ate out but would have everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Nice beach views and a lovely breeze in the morning having a cup of tea in the living room. Would stay again if we visit Skegness again. Not a negative as such. Just a couple things. The shower in apartment 9 was very hot and we couldn't reach a warm temperature. The water wasn't draining in the shower quickly so maybe a blockage somewhere. Also could do with bigger bath towels.

Massive TV. Just so comfy and welcoming we will 100% be back. This was our second time and we will definitely be making this our go to place when we come to watch a show. Love it! If I could give it a 100 stat rating I would! It was perfect. Nothing we didn't like!
Karen (9/5): Well worth a stay and would definitely return . - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on top floor with own bathroom inside and sea view. We were so comfortable there that we wanted to stay another night. It was spacious and felt homely. The owners are gradually upgrading and this was obvious in the lounge with its modern seating, huge wall tv etc and wallpaper. The kitchen was dated but functional and there was a table seating 2 people. The bathroom was spacious. We liked the peaceful location and that it was just a 6 minute walk along the seafront from the main area. Catherine was very welcoming too and even offered to take our case up. Definitely worth staying there, even if a little dated, and we would choose it again. Have to be mobile for upper floors due to stairs, but no issue for us. The water pressure is quite low and we weren’t able to adjust shower to a cooler shower. A chopping board would be useful and a larger kitchen knife. None of this detracted from our stay but would just have made it even better.
