• christophe (9/5): - Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas de la quinta avenida de PDC, spacieux et bien équipé, les deux terrasses et le jacuzzi très appréciés. Fernando a toujours été très réactif lors de la prise de contact et ensuite pendant le séjour. Environnement à proximité proche d'animations parfois sonores, mais justifié par la situation hyper centre de l'appartement
• Denis (9/5): Un merveilleux et agréable mois au soleil à Playa - Nous avons eu dès le départ une excellente communication avec Gio, elle me répondait presque instantanément! J'ai même pu visiter le logement à l'avance en octobre 2025 car j'étais à Playa pour le travail. Le condo était très bien garni au niveau de la cuisine, vaiselle, coutellerie, etc. Même des chaises de plage et parasol étaient disponibles pour notre utilisation, c'est très rare d'avoir cela lors de nos locations précédentes ailleurs à Playa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi et les deux niveaux de terrasse et avons pris plusieurs de nos repas du soir sur la terrasse. Le condo est situé près de tout, les épiceries sont à proximité à distance de marche, tout plein de bon restaurants autour aussi. À proximité du terminus d'autobus ADO si vous prenez ce transport depuis l'aéroport. Près du terminal pour aller à Cozumel pour ceux qui veulent aller passer une journée là-bas. Pour les gens sensibles au bruit, la musique des bars environnants peut être dérangeante si vous avez l'habitude de dormir les portes et fenêtres ouvertes. Si vous dormez avec l'air climatisée et bien entendu les portes fermées ça devient correct. Ah oui, j'oubliais, si vous louez une voiture régulière (non SUV, Jeep ou plus haut que la moyenne) demandez le truc pour entrer dans le garage souterrain et éviter d'abimer le dessous de l'auto sur le ciment en terminant la descente de la pente d'entrée du garage. ;)

• Emily (9/5): A big, beautiful apartment in a great location! - It’s a lovely apartment and very large! The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. It’s in a great location. Very well equipped for a longer stay. The water pressure in the downstairs showers isn’t strong enough. The upstairs one was fine.

• Konspektor (10/5): Exceptional - We did not expect such luxury! Starting from the very kind host on site, along with the experience of staying in the apartment (Jaccuzi was great!). Air conditioning is in every possible place, also fans on the ceilings to improve the climate if you do not want to use the air conditioning all the time. The apartment has everything you need for the beach. There is a dishwasher, all the dishes. The neighborhood is quiet, even though we are in the 'center of commotion'. The only minus was problems with water pressure. In every bathroom, either in the shower or in the sinks, there was something wrong. We had to exchange bathrooms to take decent care of hygiene. This is a point for improvement.
