• Serdar (7/5): Göründüğü gibi degil - Odalar 4 yetiskin 1 cocuk olarak aldik odalar 5 kişi için çok küçük ve 7 ci katta kaldık, malesef merkez kilima olduğu için oda hamam gibiydi uyuyamadık gece bile resepsiyon lu aramak zorunda kaldık klima havalandırma getirsinler diye ve sonuç küçücük 1 kişiyi sogutu. Cam açık yatalım dedim odanın görüntüsü diğer binaların damı ve heryerde havalandırma klima motoru vesaire vardii. Onların seslerin yüzünden uyuyamadık. Ertesi gün hemen yardımcı oldular 2 ci kata aldılar bizi, oda daha serin ama bu seferde tam karşı bakalin yanında bar varmış son gecede öğrendik. Cam açık yattığımız için gece saat 3 4 5 lerde bir kac dkk müzik sesleri geliyordu (kapi açtıkları icin) ve sagolsunlar 4 gecelik bir otel 4 gece uykusuzluk oldu bizim için. Kahvaltı açık büfe, ama gorundugubl gibi değil omlet istediğimizde ekstra ücret dendi? Pardon ama orda baya karıştırılmış yumurta var içinde sut mu şu mu var belli değildi ama görüntü hiç güzel değildi benim ve çocuklarım için. Malesef kahvaltı da yanıldık. Tavsiye malesef aile için tavsiye etmiyorum.

• Tosif (1/5): Worst hotel. - Location only In my opinion it's a worst hotel, worst service. Bad malfunctioned elevators. Toilet lighting not enough. Malfunctioned TV. HVAC uncntrolled. Toilet Exhaust fan set on working two times a day only for a few minutes. Improvised room. No sound proofing, could here the person peeing in room next door.

• Sergey (7/5): - Рецепция молодцы. Не работали спа и бассейн, решили с соседним отелем и я пользовался. Отдельное спасибо рецепционисту Hasan. Все пришлось просить. И два дня не было уборки. Хотя просьбы выполнялись.

• Rafiq (10/5): Veldig fornøyd! - Vi likte alt med hotellet. Rommene var rene, de vaska hver dag. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjalp oss med alt, spesielt Vidad. Fasilitetene var bra og bassenget, sauna og tyrkisk bad var veldig rent og fint. Hotellet er nærme offentlig transport og var veldig sentralt. Frokosten var god og hadde forskjellige utvalg. Dette hotellet burde hatt stjerner. Vi er veldig fornøyd og anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste!☺️

• Ghada (9/5): فندق جميل ورائع - تكررت زياراتي لفندق السيمينال لعدة اسباب منها موقع الفندق القريب من ميدان تقسيم ومحطة المترو ..الغرف واسعة ومريحة بعضها مطلة على جهات متعددة لاتشعر فيها بأي ملل.جميع الموظفين اللذين تعاملت معهم يتميزون باللطافه وحسن المعامله وسرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب او ملاحظةوخاصة طاقم قسم الاستقبال ..اللوبي واسع مريح بديكورات جميلة يتوفر فيه العديد من الزوايا والمقاعد المريحة.. اتمنى لطاقم الموظفين ولادارة الفندق كل التوفيق والنجاح والتقدم لا شئ خلال اقامتي

• Haroon (2/5): Poor experience; impolite manager at front deck, low value for money - The location was good Manager at the front desk has no clue what customer service means or as basic as responding properly to a query. Three examples : 1- It was drizzling and we asked for umbrellas- he told us there are none left - 2 hours later I found out 6 picked ones in a bin when I went to the luggage room to pick up my luggage (bell boy told me that manager asked me to say we don’t have any umbrellas left) 2- I told them it’s hot and we have slept all night without AC, response was we only have heating system so please open up the windows 3- told me to pick up stuff from luggage room and no help offered while I was dragging it with my family Breakfast was way below average

This racist response is abhorrent, given that most of the hotel's guests are Arabs. It is clear that the hotel management, through this individual, treats guests in a racist manner.
