Guest Reviews
- Nichola (10/5): Perfect, relaxing, little piece of Croatian paradise - The villa was beautiful, every thing you could need was provided, it was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The views were stunning, the host was wonderful, we had an issue with the electricity and within 40 minutes he had someone come and fix it. He checked in to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed. The pool and the hot tub were such a lovely bonus. The villa was the perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. There really wasn’t anything that could make it better, we had everything we needed, the host has thought of everything you could need.
- Elaine (10/5): Wonderful - The Villa is in a remote rural part of Croatia, perfect for peace and quiet with a superb view across the Cetina Valley, and yet relatively close to the historic town of Sinj which is well worth a visit. We were lucky to be the first visitors to the Villa and as experienced Villa renters we were pleasantly surprised to find it extremely well equipped. We had brought with us dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc. but the Villa was well supplied with these as well as kitchen roll and toilets rolls which we often have to buy but not this time. The fridge contained 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of beer that had been left for us. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The first floor bedrooms are accessed by a staircase on the outside of the building (there are no internal stairs connecting the ground floor living space to the upper floor) which we found a bit quirky at first but the weather was fab so it was no problem and adds to the charm of the villa.
We were allowed to use the produce of the garden, courgettes, tomatoes and peppers which we did in both the well equipped kitchen and the barbecue outside. The villa is not far from the excellent Konoba Malin restaurant which is a 5 minute walk away. Slightly further up the hill past the villa there is a footpath leading downhill which comes out on a road which if you turn right along it will bring you to the restaurant. A separate 5min walk through the fields takes you down to the crystal clear water of the beautiful Cetina river.
The owners of the villa could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
