• Neil (6/5): Expect to pay more for a lower bunk if you can't climb like a monkey. - The place is very clean. The lady who runs it is very nice and helpful. Rules are enforced very strictly. No alcohol or tobacco even permitted on premises. Booking in felt like a calculated "Bait & Switch". After arriving, I was told the price was only for a 3rd level bunk, 3 meters up a ladder. The cost to go to a middle bunk added 50 Rupee per night or a lower bunk added 100 rupee for a night. None of this was detailed in their advertisement or booking process. As a disabled tourist. I've requested bottom bunks throughout 60% of India over many months. I've never been billed more for a lower bunk anywhere in the world let alone India. Only one shower was functional to serve the entire dorm.

He doesn't know how to talk with customers. they don't have simple basic things like cool hot water dispenser or fridge . geysers. and at the same price in mumbai you can have better dormitories. don't waste your money its bullshit

• Majumder (1/5): Bad - Everything very scary Not a safe place for single women traveller. The bunker beds were men and women together. India or Mumbai society has not improved yet that men and women can be put like that and the room lights are occasionally tured off, my bed was given just next to a man, who puts his hand inside my bed and across was also a man, kept looking as if never saw a woman. I had to take a decent dormitory to avoid this, inspite of paying the whole amount at the check in. Staffs are so unprofessional, after informing also much much was done, women staff looked so untidy and women guets were so strange in appearance, got me scared and had to run away.

Bhawana is the manager and Suraj is cordinator They will help you alot you can free to share if you find any problem. 5. There is a nearby gurudwara in the evening you can visit there. 6.
