• Anikó Márta (5/5): Noisy - Location is good We got a different room (orange) than booked. This was very noisy, between the two commonly used bathrooms, untill late nihgt and from early morning. Can't open windows as a restaurant's kitchen was underneath.

• Guest (6/5): - L'établissement était très propre, ménage impeccable, chambre nickel, pas de soucis de ce côté là. Emplacement pratique aussi, accessible en métro/tram/bus. Le problème fut qu'ayant fait ma réservation sur booking, je m'attendais à un hôtel. En fait, il s'agit d'un grand appartement avec chambres et deux salles de bain (réservables sur booking et airbnb de ce que j'ai compris). Ce qui n'est pas un problème en soit. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est qu'aucune information n'ait été communiquée au préalable sur le fonctionnement du lieu qui du coup n'a pas de personnel à l'intérieur. Par desuss tout, vous devez aussi obligatoirement voyager avec un smartphone pour cet endroit, avec vos données mobiles, parce qu'il n'y a pas de clefs : tout fonctionne avec une connexion entre smartphone et cadenas électronique que vous activez/désactivez avec le téléphone. Pas pratique du tout. Et pas agréable de le découvrir sur le moment.
• Panta (9/5): Accidentada però positiva per l' ajuda rebuda. - La disposicio i ajuda de Giancarlo Que no acceptin entrades després de les 00:00, caldria especificar-lo a la fitxa de l eatabliment i advertir-lo. Quan viatgem no depenem de nosaltres mateixos. En ocasions els mitjans de transport porten retard.

• Bernabeth Joyce (5/5): Could've been better if the room was ready for us. - The room was huge for 2 people. It has water heater and a small fridge. The host wanted us to move to another property which was far from the original location, and it was last minute. We insisted that we stay where we book and waited a couple of minutes for the assistant to arrive before we could settle in. The code given to us for the gate of the building was incorrect, good thing that security was nice and helped us to get to our building. The host was not even responsive when we were contacting him about the code.
