Las almohadas son muy incómodas, las puertas de las habitaciones tienen método de cierre muy violento y fuerte, por lo que hace mucho ruido al cerrar, sea la hora que sea. Las alfombras para salir de la ducha deberían cambiarse más o usar deshechables.

• Paul (1/5): So bad I booked another hotel 2 miles away. A no refund policy I wonder why that is. Stay away! - Nothing it was uninhabitable due to the floor sloping and being uneven. This has been reported several times by customers since Dec 24. If you can sleep on a 45 degree slope then you will love this, but make sure you don’t trip up as you walk around the room and don’t expect a different room or a refund if you point out the state of the floor. At least the curtain slope and mirror slope matched the floor slope.

• Gareth (7/5): Fine for the price but could be better - Really convenient location for where I needed to be. Clean and the hosts were very communicative. Not the most comfortable room, could do with small additions like a bedside lamp. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. It was quite noisy as well with doors slamming frequently. Bathroom sinks are very small and mirror cabinet above extends out further than the sink making it hard to brush teeth. I had to crouch to stick my head under the cabinet to spit out toothpaste. For the price though, it’s was fine for a night.

Bolo tu cisto, k dispozícii ohrievač, takze aj prijemne teplo. Jasne a detailne inštrukcie, dobra komunikácia so správcom. Free WiFi. Pomerne hlučné, ale je to pochopiteľné, ste v centre veľkého mesta. Mne to neprekážalo, dobre som sa vyspala vďaka čistým perinam.
• karl (10/5): Thank you for the stay - Excellent stay – great location, very clean throughout, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Fantastic value for money, and the bathrooms were spotless. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The only minor point is that the coffee cups were very small and the kitchen facilities had no proper mugs, only espresso-sized cups — I would have brought my own mug otherwise.

Isolation de faible épaisseur avec les chambres voisines et vitrage simple (nous avions une chambre donnant vue sur une rue passante). On entend tout. Manque de couverts quand nous sommes plusieurs à cuisiner.

• Celeste (9/5): One of the best places I have stayed so far in the UK. - It was clean and had a lot of facilities to offer! The staff were very prompt at replying to any questions I had. Unfortunately we were in a room right next to the street which was very loud by quietened down by around 10:30-11. Probably should have asked for a room away from the street, our bad. The pillows definitely need a change over, very lumpy and thin!

• Stuart (6/5): Location but little else - Fridge and microwave in the room was very useful. Amazing location for anyone doing things near central London. Not needing to keep a key/ card than can be easily lost. Helpful and communicative host. Felt like a really expensive hostel stay with people constantly coming and going making lots of noise throughout the night. No oven gloves and only a grill tray for the oven. No dustpan/ brush to clean the kitchen. Bathroom situation sounds better than it ends up being. No TV in the room as well as no desk or chair for working. Bed "table" provided is too small/ flimsy for purpose. The bed was not comfortable and I think it hurt my back.

• Dejing (6/5): Good stay but much smaller than advertised - The rooms were clean and from what we could tell, the bathrooms were getting cleaned everyday which was great. They also let us check in early which we appreciated. The bathrooms are shared but we personally didn't find that they were too busy or occupied in the morning, which was wonderful. Our room was advertised as 20m^2 on Booking. Because London has such small rooms and we have two luggages, we paid extra effort to not book a small room. Unfortunately the room was much, much smaller than as advertised, and we could only open luggage on the bed and barely had room to store our luggage. If we had known, we would have picked a different location, and it wasn't really amazing value for money to be absolutely honest. Our bedroom floor was also very uneven, to the point that we tripped a few times because it felt like it was up and down slopes. The shared bathrooms were much smaller than expected, and the sinks were the same as the sinks you would find on an airplane. At the end of our stay, the owner also asked us to not review them anything less than 5 stars and to leave a private message only if we want to give them 4 stars which we thought was a little unhonest and unnecessary.

• Valeria (9/5): Good stay , recommended - Good internet, the host answer me very quickly about the location of the property. Clean , chill location. 6 min walking from the metro. Was a little bit more small that i think. We had one cabin bags and 2 carry ons and we fit very tight.
