• giugni (10/5): - Casa consigliatissima, vicina al centro e ha un supermercato di fronte. La proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile: ci ha lasciato un ombrellone, ci ha dato consigli su spiagge e posti da visitare, ci ha fatto trovare tutte le cose di prima necessità in casa. Casa perfetta per due persone, camera spaziosa e letto comodo. La cucina presenta tutti gli utensili ed è presente anche una lavatrice. Davvero tutto perfetto

The apartment was bigger than we expected and we loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Location was perfect for us - in the middle between the old town and our favourite beach Cala Monaci. We loved the design of the room, including the Pumo that got reading about this apulian tradition.

• Tanja (10/5): - Sabina, die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen von ihr so viele nützliche Informationen über die Stadt. Sie half uns auch sehr mit den Zeiten der Züge. Die Unterkunft ist nur 7 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das war super für uns. Auch die wunderschöne Altstadt und verschiedene Strände sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Das Bett total gemütlich. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten...Balkon, Waschmaschine, Kochutensilien, Klima etc. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auch top. Wir können die Unterkunft von nur weiterempfehlen. @Sabina...MILLE GRAZIE für die schöne Zeit bei dir❤️

Supermarket is just opposite road and open on Sunday morning. Monopoli Tuesday weekly market just 5 mins by foot. Train station is 5 min away, convenient for us to move around. N/a
• Sunder (6/5): Good for short stay - The apartment's location is near the train station and a small supermarket next door are definite pluses. Our arrival experience could have been smoother. The apartment was considerably smaller than depicted in the Booking.com photos. Nestled between the ground and top floors, the flat felt cramped, overlooked, and damp during our February stay. Moving around without bumping into something was almost impossible. Storage was inadequate, with no proper wardrobe, and the shower was inconvenient. These issues, along with several minor inconveniences, impacted my overall impression. The kitchenette, while functional, was naturally limited in scope and might only be suitable for a short stay of a few days. I relied on previous reviews and photos when booking, but the reality did not meet my expectations.

• Lucas (10/5): Exceptional - Really great, spacious apartment that had all the amenities with a nice balcony to sit on. This was the only place we stayed at on our 3 month trip where there was no noise. The host lives above and another person below, but I didn't hear them once or any street noise so this is a huge bonus. Our host was also super helpful and quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The decorations and overall look of the place was really nice. The train and bus station was very close:) The old town was a little further (around 15 min walk) but still it was amazing and a really comfortable.

• Gabrielle (9/5): Superb - It was very central to old town, new town and train station. Very walkable area. Place was well equipped, spacious, good lighting and clean. Balcony for morning coffee was a plus! We had trouble connecting to the internet, it would often boot us out only for us to reconnect.

• Sime (10/5): Exceptional - Thank you for the cosy apartment that felt like home. It has a nice window and balcony that faces a courtyard. It’s located near Monopoli train station and there’s a Carrefour and also a nice seafood restaurant (Ristorante Pizzeria Oltremare) nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town center. We didn’t have problems finding a parking spot in the end of September. Surely a recommendable place to stay! No complaints.
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful flat, nice decor, equipped kitchen, with coffee , salt , olive oil , pans, cups , plates etc... washing machine. Bathroom is small but good shower and water pressure. But remember for hot water u need to turn a switch on near the light switch. Friendly host Extremely clean. Working aircon. Mosquito net. Good bed semi hard mattress Is a bit distant from old town but close to bus stop and train station and to a nice Lido/beach.
