• Gamal (6/5): "Dream very tiny" - It was a nice clean apartment. Relatively close to the amenities . A cramped kitchen and the double bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Difficult to access with luggage due to the iron gate and lots of stairs.

• Matija (4/5): - The staff that was in charge was pressuring us to give our passport numbers going as far as saying that if we don’t give them up that they will deny us access to the apartment and will not give us the refund. And they said that was part of the law that all the people that are booking an apartment must provide but later on I checked this and they lied to us so that we would give the passport no, there is nothing in the law that states that we need to provide our passport. Mind you that they were wanting from us to do it online on an unsecured site

• ireneroca98 (4/5): - La ubicación era buena, cerca del centro. Ha sido una mala experiencia. En general: el sistema de acceso al apartamento poco práctico y problemático, escasa limpieza y la ducha es pésima (el poca agua que echaba se salía toda poniendo el baño perdido). El primer día llegamos apenas 40 minutos antes (ya de por si el check in a las 16:00 es bastante tarde) y no nos permitieron acceder al apartamento hasta la hora en punto (al menos sin pagar claro) lo nos resultó poco humano. Demasiado incómodo para unas vacaciones cuya intención es desconectar. Nada recomendable.
• CONSUELO (5/5): - Ubicación, camas El primer día tuvimos un problema con una vecina que escapa al control del apartamento y se torció un poco(ruidos y gritos).El sistema de apertura de la puerta de entrada no funcionaba bien, hasta que nos quedamos sin poder entrar.Contactar con la empresa es por WhatsApp y te contesta automáticamente en bolt.Eso cuando necesitas ayuda te pone más nervioso.Cuando contactan con nosotros, se me habla mal(usted no está en un apartamento de lujo...(sobraba)...yo pagué lo que se me pidió, estaba en mi derecho.Lo.bueno, el chico que después de esperar fuera, vino a arreglar la cerradura y lo suyo le costó.La tostadora no funcionaba(trajeron otra).El día de antes de irnos necesitaba poner una lavadora...vaya!!no funcionaba, no le entraba el agua...mismo proceso...(pero está segura de que la ha puesto bien?) ...se me avisa que en mi.ausencia han ido a arreglarla....al volver al apartamento, la pongo.. y seguía sin ir...tuve que ir a una lavandería. Para mí.es un fastidio hacer un comentario negativo, pero mi estancia se convirtió en una pesadilla de la que no di crédito.Es la primera vez que me pasa ....Espero que no vuelva a pasar, pues antes de entregar un apartamento, por favor comprobar bien todo.Esuy incómodo estar en un sitio extraño y no tener lo que necesitas.Saludos

• Erjik (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fabulous apartment! It was clean and nice with all you need household appliances. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us as a compliment. It was a bit challenging to get into the appartment. I did everything as said in check-in instruction but didn't managed to open very front door until somebody went out from the building.

• Teona (10/5): We had an issue with the locker to enter the property, but we got a perfect support and immediate assistance, so it made - Clean, good location, pleasant environment, nice interior, perfect temperature
• Lourdes (7/5): Good - very good location, good wifi, well equipped (including washing machine!) and very easy to get access and keys to the apartment. I'd get back again water pressure was not good at the time we were there. That was an issue for the whole building that could not be sorted out while we were there.
• Anastasiia (5/5): Passable - It was clean and pretty new furniture. The first time I saw such stupid systems for opening the doors in the building. First night we were staying near the door more than one hour trying to open the door. I wrote to the manager to help us get in, but the only thing they said is that it’s our fault and they will TRY to help us. Nothing changed. I asked neighbors to help us to open the door. For managers I can recommend to send all the information to guests the same time to fully understand how their system works.
• Severine (6/5): Pleasant - It was very difficult to access to the appartment, we had to download an app and they charged us 20€ to check in 45 minutes before the normal time. Disgusting. The day after we were changing to another flat of this company and again wanted to charge to check in before and no way to let the luggage anywhere.
• Fedor (10/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay. - The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - it is close both the the harbour and to the center of the city. Everything is clean. Wi-Fi works well. There is a detailed instruction how to get into the apartment by using a virtual key. The apartments are very good so I cannot imagine what else could be improved.

• Ļevs (9/5): Comfortable stay and easy parking! - The location is amazing right in the city centre, everything is close. We found it really easy to park our car, there were many free places around but we usually managed to park right outside the appartment as there were always several parking places left free! A lot of dog mess on the sidewalk of the street, be careful and better walk on the road if possible. We talked to a local and he said dogs are out of control on this street!
