POSIZIONE DELL'ALLOGGIO in ottima posizione vicino a Villa Nobel, supermercati, alimentari vari, farmacia, panettiere, pasticcere, bar, ristoranti, locker Amazon, macellaio, chiesa, spiaggia San Martino, edicola, posta, stazione ferroviaria, fermata autobus di linea, insomma tutto quello che serve a portata di mano. ALLOGGIO ottimo, in uno stabile serio, pulito e signorile con piccolo ascensore, l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, completo di frigo, cucina a induzione, microonde, tostapane, attrezzatura completa da cucina, lavatrice, tv, doccia spettacolare, 4 post letti comodi, armadio, ferro e asse da stiro. Nonostante sia su una via molto trafficata risulta silenzioso sia per i serramenti nuovi sia perché è situato in una rientranza strategica rispetto alla via. sicuramente ci torerò.
