• Yulia (5/5): Location, location, location! - The location is excellent. The weather was very pleasant -- 23-25C in July! We didn't need air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us wash our clothes, set up TV, get a car for our ride back, etc. There was no air conditioner, neither washing machine in the cottage, though both were listed as features when we booked. The shower cabin was leaking water so that there was a big puddle on the floor after every shower. We had two power outages during our three-day stay. A matches or a lighter in the cottage would be appreciated for such cases.
• Sahakyan (10/5): Exceptional - Nice house, comfortable kitchen, small bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Great place to relax with your family and friends. The host is hospitable, responsive and friendly. The rooms are super clean and are equipped with everything you need. There are the best restaurants nearby and the Sevanavank monastery which offers you the most outstanding view of Lake Sevan. Thank you very much. We will come back soon.
• Hamed (7/5): An ordinary house in a great location! - The most prominent feature of the house was its great location. It was near the Sevan beach and moreover it was 10 minutes away form the hill of historical Sevanavank Monastery. When we arrived it was somehow cold and we had to increase the heating system degree. We was 5 persons and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.
• Sahal (6/5): Pleasant - The location. Just 2 minutes walk to lake Sevan. The host. They were very hospitable and helped us with explaining all the available supermarkets and cafes near by the stay Bathroom. It was stinking. We didn't use the bathroom afterwards. They should really fix the stinking problem Mattress. Very uncomfortable one
