• Anthony (4/5): Disappointed, safety concerns - Location, close to bus stop and restaurants cafes etc Not ideal for friends sharing. The cellar room was not suitable as a bedroom, it was very damp and felt unsafe as there was no handrails on the stairs. The dehumidifier was noisy and had to be frequently emptied to reduce the damp air in the property. We resorted to bringing a mattress upstairs and sleeping on the kitchen floor. No privacy in bedroom if staying with with friends

• Kristen (6/5): Space in regional Enna - Safe location just off the main strip set inside a little staired alleyway. Space enough for two. Recent renovation. Sizeable kitchen. Air conditioner made shuddering noises and dripped water all night. This was early august so it was working hard but it made sleep hard. Main bed had a thin mattress.

• Otawa (10/5): Historic Enna at your door step ⛪️ - Very cozy appartment with all amenities you need ! The appartment combines authentic style with modern decoration. Located in the historic city center where you can enjoy Italian dolce vita☕️🥐 we could hear the church bell 🔔 in the morning which added a special ambience. the owner is very helpful and wonderful person . Thank you 🙏
• M (8/5): Nice place but musty smell could be challenging for asthmatics or others who are sensitive. Otherwise cozy House and hos - Excellent location. Fresh design. Comfortable beds. Amenities as described. Very attentive host. Unfortunately there is a musty smell that bothered my travel companion (who is sensitive). Also we didn’t learn how to use the heater downstairs so my night was quite cold. Finally, there was miscommunication about the WiFi so we had no service. We left after one night. Host was apologetic and kindly offered to move us to another unit in another building but we decided not to stay. We had a great time in Enna despite the hiccups at Cozy House. Host tried hard to make it right and fix the issues. We give her credit for that.
• Robert (8/5): The apartment is nice. - The apartment is nice but intended for a family with children because the open mezzanine does not give intimacy with two pairs. It's good to mount the knob inside the toilet.
• Anonim (10/5): nice stay - place is located directly in the center, absolutely great. owners are sending very detailed instructions so it's easy to get in. good internet connection. humidity is high. and the bathroom door is just a piece of plywood.
• Judy (10/5): Amazing accommodation with thoughtful hosts in a beautiful location - Cozy House was perfect, sadly we could only stay for one night but would love to stay again. The hosts were so helpful and informative. Cozy House was comfortable and clean, with exceptional attention to detail (for example a spare pair of reading glasses incase you forgot yours, or the water jug so you could refrigerate the tap water). The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge and the bedroom itself was beautifully decorated. The host even sent us a list of restaurant and bar recommendations. 10/10, loved it! We had to get a taxi to get to the lower town (Enna Bassa) as the buses don't run until around 8am, just something to note for those relying on public transport.

The owner was very friendly and kind, she even prepared a welcome gift for us :) In the kitchen we found a lot of snacks, milk, coffee, tea. We haven’t figured out how to turn on hot water
• Frannie (9/5): Another great property by P & G Design - superb value! - Perfect property for one night stay in Enna! We stayed here having stayed at the P&G by Design Bed and Breakfast and were very happy with our choice. The location is easy to find and as we were lucky to find parking at the back of property, by the side of the church. (Note you cannot drive up the road by the property as it’s a no entry, but it’s very easy to find the way round by focusing on the church) To get to the property you will need your carry luggage up some steps, so travel light! The property was well renovated, is spotlessly clean and has all the facilities needed for a short stay. The simple pre-packaged breakfast was great to keep us going the night we arrived and next morning. The basement is humid despite the large air conditioner and sadly it set my asthma off.
