• Matthias (3/5): Freundliche Mitarbeiter aber der Preis entspricht auf keinem Fall dem Gebotenen - Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der Haupteinkaufsstraße von Kyoto und vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, Die Zimmer sind gefühlt kleiner als angegeben. Es gibt Frühstück aber keinen Frühstücksraum. Man muss entweder in der kleinen Lobby essen oder auf dem Zimmer - was in dem kleinen Zimmer sehr sehr unkomfortabel war. Das Ganze für einen sehr hohen Preis. Nicht toll!

• p_adiga (6/5): Decent hotel for the price - The room was massive given the price, and for Japan it was great. The location was also good, walkable across the majority of the places and walkable from the station. The breakfast was served in the room rather than going down to eat. I really hate that smell of food inside the room, and it was okay. We would have preferred that.
• Ben (8/5): Nice small hotel in the center of town and close to transportation - Small hotel in a quiet street but very close to bus and metro stops. Nishiki market is 5 mins walk. Staff is very friendly, especially Don. Hotel is clean, comfortable, has an outside terrace (although the cushions are rather thin). Breakfast is served either in the lobby or in your room and is nice. Room is very spacious and the bathroom is very large with a rainshower and normal shower, and, in our room, had a very large bathtub. Will definately stay again when in Kyoto Nothing.

• Paulina (9/5): muy buena opcion para kioto - fu la habitacion más espaciosa en donde nos quedamos en Japón (lo cual agradecí bastante), el personal siempre atento y muy amable. estaba a 4 minutos caminando de una avenida principal y de una estaion de metro el desayuno es bueno pero les falta variedad, despues de 3 dias desayunando prácticamente lo mismo ya estabamos cansados, eso si, todo de excelente calidad y cantidad

• Nph (10/5): EXCEED MY EXPECTATION - The hotel exceed my expectation. Room, bed size and bathroom are big. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast is western style bread and eggs, juices etc and brought to our room which is convenience when we need to go for early sightseeing. Bathroom bathtub is huge and the toilet is automatic on the light when we go inside. Key have to pass to the hotel when we going out which is good for me since i dont need to worry key lost. Too bad, I cant try their cocktail (ground floor with a mini bar) during my stay.. will do so for the next trip. Superb convenience (1 min) walking distance to main road (Louis Vuitton boutique) and opposite Daimaru Shopping mall. The basement of Daimaru is where all the bento set, desserts, drinks located. Walking about 8 minutes to Nishiki market. 1 minute walk to Karasuma Line (Hankyu Railway). For dinner, along the road there are many restaurants can choose from. The fridge is located at a secret compartment and please call for assistance on how to locate it :) Nothing

La chambre était très belle, hyper grande et le lit ultra confortable. C'était top ! Le manque de patères dans la salle de bain pour poser les serviettes. Pas hyper pratique. Mais bon c'est un détail parce que vraiment l'hôtel est top.

Bella terrazza antistante l'hotel per poter fumare in un paese in cui è difficilissimo farlo. Colazione servita in camera: vassoio carino e ben preparato, anche se le porzioni non sono sontuose. La location è fantastica, a 5.-10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città e 250 metri dalla prima fermata del metro. Il Wi-Fi funziona molto male, al punto da rendere praticamente impossibile lavorare da remoto.

Luxuriously spacious and high end rooms for a reasonable price. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was large and upscale. The entire room was huge for a Japanese hotel room. Incredible location. Walking distance to everything. Staff was helpful and they held our bags final day while we shopped till later. They make you leave the hotel key everytime you exit the property which is a little weird but I understand since it's old style metal key and they don't want them get it lost.

• Lisa (9/5): volveria sin duda - estuvimos muy a gusto con todo en general, el personal super amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. el desayuno muy bueno y muy cómodo poder tomarlo en la habitación. el hotel esta muy bien situado...pocos minutos de las paradas de metro o bus y de la calle principal. muchos restaurantes locales justo al lado pero en una calle muy tranquila. mucha humedad en la habitación, pero me imagino que es un problema de la zona en general.
