The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall experience. A special highlight was that they offered a complimentary late check-out, which really made our departure more relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan.

- Guest (10/5): Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, thoughtful staff - This was a beautiful hotel on an unassuming street, which is good in Milan because it was quiet. The rooms were beautifully appointed and it was the most comfy bed we slept in throughout our time in Italy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On our last day, there was a transportation strike in Italy and so we were very worried about getting to the airport, but the front desk called us a taxi prior to us even coming down for check out and the wait was only 7 minutes. The rooms were quite sizable and everything was well thought out. Beautiful bathroom and comfy robes, bedding, etc… Close enough to walk to many local cafes and shops, and also close to an underground station for easy travel to the Duomo and more central tourist areas. Would have loved to stay for another night! Highly recommend and I am definitely on the pickier side when it comes to hotels. Nothing.

- Jimmy (10/5): - What a wonderful hotel, so glad my research led me to it!! I am very picky with hotels and am only happy in new luxury hotels and this hotel was fabulous! Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. Area around hotel is good too, with dining, shopping and gelato options you won’t be disappointed!

A special mention must go to the hotel manager and Sara, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was seamless, including organising for a late checkout. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out—they were both exceptional in every sense. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and restful environment.

- Marina (10/5): - Das Hotel hat uns ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gegeben, nachdem sie erfahren haben, dass wir für unsere Flitterwochen da waren. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sowohl schön als auch praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist eher überschaubar, aber trotzdem ist für jeden was dabei. Sehr gut hat mir gefallen, dass Rührei und Ähnliches für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet werden.
- Loretta (8/5): Nice experience overall - Very clean, stylish and modern hotel. Very friendly staff and the hotel was in a good location. House keeping was good and kept the room very clean (we were there for 3 nights). The breakfast was 30€ per person per day extra and it wasn't amazing. It was expensive for what it was. We had to ask the front desk a few times for things like an iron and the air conditioning to be turned up/down or put back on. They didn't respond to our requests straight away, we had to remind them. We had a strange experience the first night where all the lights came on in our room at 4.30am in the morning and the air con went out (must have been a power shortage...?). You had to pay for any snacks that were in the room. Only water and tea/coffee were offered free in the rooms.

- Sarah (10/5): It is setting new standards - This hotel is exceptional by its workers, from the moment i stepped in the hotel i noticed the harmony between the team which was reflected in the way they serve the guests. You'll find the joy in their voice answering your calls; reception , room service and restaurant. Concierge service was amazing with Omar. Haleem was hospitality hero and service star. The hotel is new and clean, room's size was perfect and bigger than Europe's average. The location is perfect in shopping area with cafes and market with less than 2 minutes walking, Duomo is within 8 minutes by car and public transportation is very near. The area is safe for families. They help with trips and restaurants reservations. Overall all it is great addition to Milan's tourism, showing Italian hospitality at its finest.

- Ivy (10/5): New Hotel + Modern Rooms + Top-Notch customer service + Good Location - I just spent a night at the NEMI Hotel! What a surprise! Great experience at this newly opened Hotel! The staff welcomed me with a smile, they all were very helpful and caring throughout my whole stay.. The rooms aree spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a small but fully equipped gym. It is located close to major attractions, only 10 minutes away from the Duomo area. Customer service was top-notch!

- Samzhzhou (8/5): Good Service and Good size Rooms. - We arrived early in the morning, but very friendly staff managed to upgrade us to a suite, which was very nice. The location of the hotel is a bit away from major attractions, but it only takes 15 min to reach if taking public transportation or a 10 euro taxi ride. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The bed is a bit too soft to my taste. Also the shower head does not work well until they came to fix it. The show drain was a bit clogged up.

We had to struggle to get breakfast in the room and our room was half a floor away from the lift. The room was comfortable and clean but also not a real 5star.
- Katy (9/5): Gorgeous new hotel - Lovely, new hotel which is beautifully decorated and in a cool part of town, about a 20 min walk from the Duomo. The staff were amazing - friendly, smiley and helpful. We loved our upgraded room - thank you! We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it as a cool alternative to the larger hotel chains. A few small things for feedback - firstly, despite being advertised as having a fitness centre there isn’t one. We always choose hotels with gyms so this was a bit disappointing although they did offer to help us find a local gym. I think the gym is coming. Two other tiny things - there was no full length mirror in the room. And we asked for an iron (which they gave us) but there was no ironing board so we had to iron on the floor! But, asides from these things, everything else was great.
