Guest Reviews
- h (9/5): - Beautiful interior design and furnitures. Big enough and atmospheric place. Nice roof terrace to eat breakfast and admire the view. Bath tub was very nice! Peaceful location.
- David (9/5): Convenient, comfortable, clean, pleasant. - Location is great, just three minute walk to a swimming opportunity (stone steps into water), and less than 10 minutes to a beach (Koum Kapi beach). Nice division of space. We were two, but it would work for 4 and would be great for 3 people. 2 full baths and a powder room. Rooftop deck was nice. Obstructed water view, but hey you can see the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of stone. We were there at end of season (early Nov.), but I can imagine during hot times of year that feels cool. Also a super short walk to touristy restaurants and harbor, etc. But still it's on a quiet street without motorbikes, etc. Owned by out-of-country landlord but managed locally. Management is on the ball, communicative, helpful. Appliances and furniture in great shape. Renovation looks solid (to this non-tradesman). Other than master bed, there was no place bright enough indoors to read a book. But ya know, if this really bothered me, considering how much a spent to get there I could have bought another lamp - so I guess it didn't bother me that much.
- Doreen (9/5): A fabulous little house - Great location Had to use the electric heater for the water, even though the days were very sunny, and the solar panels should have provided enough hot water.

Rien , j’y reviendrai !
- Anthony (9/5): Superb - Location , quite and close to everything Liked everything
- Lynne (6/5): Absolutely fantastic - Great house and location perfect check in easy great communication from owners Nothing all fab
- Marcin (10/5): Casa Eleni is a peaceful, welcoming place with top hosts - Casa Eleni is a wonderful, quaint place with soul, located on the edge of the old town—very close to all the best spots, cafés, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet. The home is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We’ve stayed there twice because we loved it so much!
We were also really impressed by the quality of service from our hosts—they respond quickly and are incredibly kind and helpful. Every issue we mentioned was addressed and resolved immediately.
We travel a lot and can honestly say that Maria, Konstantinos, and the rest of the team are truly some of the best hosts we've ever had. It was a pleasure to stay there. Highly recommended—from the bottom of our hearts!
- Abi (9/5): Superb -
- Desiree (9/5): Will stay again if this gem is available. - This rental was fantastic !! We loved everything about it. The fireplace reminded us of home, the kitchen was outfitted with everything needed (especially the extras that most rentals don’t have), a lot of hot water, the location was close to everything. The property manager(s), George and Maria were wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone. We were there in December and the house was cool most of the time. Heaters would warm small areas and the fireplace was great but it took a long time to heat up rooms. The sofa in the living room isn’t comfortable but we made due.
- Habanero3 (10/5): Perfect getaway. Don't look further just come. - Everything! Nothing!
- Ian (8/5): Very good - Excellent location for the old town and harbour.Very spacious for a couple with good sized bed.Great roof terrace but steep stairs. Very uncomfortable seat in front lounge.
- Maciej (10/5): Comfortable stay at quiet part of Chania. - We liked Townhouse Eleni very much. Stylish and like at home experience. Very well equipped kitchen, a lot of space as for quite small building, Roof terrace was great, 2 bathrooms and another toilet. It was nice to find welcoming snacks and drinks on arrival. Steep stairs may be difficult for some.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stylianos (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karahanna (10/5): Perfect house for the perfect stay - House location could not be better!! In 2 minutes walking you were by the old harbour. The house was incredible all the family loved this. Definitely we would re-visit the place. Highly recommended to everyone! Difficult to find a parking place but I guess this is a general problem in Greece.
- Alice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (9/5): A really lovely, well located apartment in a bit of a problematic area for parking if you're driving - The apartment is spacious, clean and extremely well located for walking in the older part of town. There are three floors in this restored building: living room and kitchen, plus 1/2 bath; bedroom and en suite; and terrace with a full bathroom just inside. The spaciousness of the place was wonderful; it is so well decorated. The kitchen was well provisioned as were the bathrooms. The terrace with its partial views was really a great place to hang out. There is also a sink there and a washing machine. Katerina was always available for helping, discussing and resolving issues. She was great. We count ourselves very lucky to have had this accommodation in Chania. There were only two issues with the place: the bed and the streets around the apartment. The bed was not very comfortable and could use upgrading. The real issue for us was parking nearby. Old Chania's streets are tough to navigate even with a GPS if you don't know them. Get thoroughly acquainted with them **before** you arrive if you're renting a car as we did. Otherwise things can become nightmarish. Whatever you do, don't arrive on a Friday night!
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Samuel (9/5): brilliant location and a beautiful property with everything you need. - The location is great, the property has everything you need such as sunbeds for the roof terrace and a umbrella to cover the table. The property is spacious and keeps itself nice and cool, the aircon in the bedroom works well, showers and bathrooms are clean and nice. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property is was a wonderful stay but if we were being extremely picky maybe the bed could be more comfortable but otherwise great.
- Anonymous (10/5): Brilliant accommodation to explore Chania - The location and facilities are brilliant, host was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop is very special. No complaints
