• King (9/5): Excellent accommodation- stayed one night and it was extremely comfortable - Very quiet, clean and ammenities all available. Secure parking. Suggestions- some face flannels in the bathroom would be nice. A rug on the floor as the concrete can be felt through the flooring and it was quite cold on your feet even with socks - however it was 2degrees outside 😀

• Hannah (8/5): Comfortable room in quiet neighborhood - Very quiet neighborhood but very close to attractions, we were able to have a beautiful sunset walk by the lake into town that only took us about 40 minutes. Room is very cozy and clean and location is easy to find. It was a little noisy with some loud music early in the evening, but thankfully it quieted down before 10 pm, so it was not bad

• Chris (10/5): Delightful place to spend the night after a long and tiring drive due to a (weather related) detour. - Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, quiet location but not far from town, easy safe parking. I liked the decent sized fridge/freezer in which I was able to fit the food items needed for our next destination. Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
• Kassi (10/5): Great couples escape! - Great location - a quick walk from Two Mile Sailing Club for dinner. We came for a quick soak at Wairakei Thermal Pools and massage at Thai Healing Concepts so this was a great spot to come back and relax in afterwards. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you'd need for a weekend escape. Warm, cozy and comfortable on a colder night - bed was a great firmness. Cleaner than any hotel we've stayed at - just a really lovely suite! We'd definitely stay again.

• Laura (10/5): Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Nice, comfortable bed. Great shower experience. And big tv. - Cleaning was impeccable. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower was really powerful and relaxing. Kitchen is small but just what we needed. Missed having a bigger closet, our suitcase didn’t fit inside the closet. Or maybe having another place to put the big cases on.

• Reuben (9/5): Superb, will certainly book again there. - Location was great. Access was simple. The bed was comfy, internet was fast. The instructions said to park in front of the room, but there was a car there when I arrived one night so I parked on the road. No drama for me, but for someone with access issues, that could have been an issue.

• Simon (9/5): - Eines der besten Zimmer auf meiner Reise. Toll ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Man kann mit dem Auto direkt davor parken und die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Taupo. Schlüssel war hinterlegt. Alles super
• Kevin Cudmore (10/5): Excellent value, spotless and well-appointed for an overnight or longer stay for single or couple. - Well appointed, quiet peaceful - perfect for short or medium length stay. Spotless condition, easy access, parking right outside, short easy walk to lake. Highly recommended for single or couple wanting to explore Taupo and surrounds.
• Ireni (5/5): - Good location. Very clean room. The bed was terrible. The room was cold and the wall heater did not heat it. I also did not like that there were no window treatments on the external glass door in the bathroom.
• Arend (9/5): - I have stayed here multiple times and it is always clean, tidy, comfortable and the location is great. Amenities are good. The heater was not working and it is difficult to get in touch (if booking via booking.com) with the owner to get this rectified. It is also the beginning of September, Taupo, so it is essential that a heater is functioning.
• Clint (8/5): A++ room, can hear the owners through the wall. - The room is very clean, well staged, great size, great bathroom and has everything you need. A really lovely room for the price A++. The owners house/lounge is right against your wall and you can hear them easily until they go to bed. Takes away from the sense of privacy and peace I was expecting.

There is plenty of space in the room and it was clean and tidy We were not expecting the studio to be part of the house, so we could hear all the family next door, even until late. We couldn't access the laundry and there was a TV but no Netflix account available

• Linley Wistrand (10/5): Just what I needed to break my journey north. Thank you - Location was good and easy to find. Apartment was bright and clean and in a quiet location The only complaint is, it would have good to have a bedside lamp on the side of the bed nearest the bathroom.

• Rosemary (5/5): - Facilities are new, functional, and decor is tasteful. It has a small kitchen with a full-size fridge and a microwave. The bathroom is a good size with excellent water pressure in the shower. It's within walking distance of the lake and Woolworths is a 3 minute drive. Very central base for exploring Taupo All good but as a suggestion, a bedside lamp would be great.

• Cameron (10/5): Brilliant host and home - Lillian was an amazing host! We were catching the inter-city bus the day we checked out and she even dropped us at the bus stop which was incredibly thoughtful. The studio was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the walk along the lakeside into town. It takes around 45mins but the views are incredible. We had all the amenities we required for the couple of nights we were there. I could not recommend this place enough if you are visiting Taupo.
