Guest Reviews
- Valerie (6/5): Front office Easy to work with. Made our stay good. - Location. Kitchen. AC. Bed. Laura. Carlos and check in person Stairs.
- Rick (7/5): -
- James (8/5): Enjoyed it. - Great location. Incredible views. Hard working staff. Too many stairs. Put in an elevator. Manager/owner is isolated from the guests. She needs to connect with her customers. During the cartel attacks of the 22nd a meeting with the guests was important. Reassure the guests and explain the circumstances of the insecurity.
- Kraneyk (7/5): - The hotel property was beautiful and very well kept by an excellent staff. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious and our view of the bay and sunsets terrific. The Malecon was a ten minute walk away, however down a sloped road with some sidewalks. The nearest bus was a twenty minute walk away down a very busy sloped road with limited sidewalks . Yes we could have taken taxis but that would have been expensive. We are both over 80 and our room at the property was higher than I expected and found the stairs very challenging.
- Conor (8/5): - Close to the beach, nice staff, nice pool, really good vibes. No air condition means the room gets very hot. Had a fan though!
- Dodd (10/5): - Location , large room Liked it all,, staff excellent
- Axel (9/5): -
- Linda (7/5): -
- Les (8/5): Despite the traffic and the stairs we had a great time. We are well into our late seventies and mid eighties but we are - Nice large apartment with short walk to the beach and restaurants Close to road which was noisy at times. Also lots of stairs to climb.
- Landa (5/5): - The location was great The property doesn’t have elevator or air conditioner an other thing I didn’t like about it was the sheets were not clean they smell bad and toilet paper was never enough for 3 people for the price I pay for it should be at least a full roll of paper
- Abhinav Gupta (8/5): Nice room with great view - I really loved spending my time in Casa Anita. I arrived at 6 pm on Christmas day which is a holiday but a staff member stayed back to hand me the keys, that was very sweet. Cleaning crew is impeccable. The view from the rom great. In Latin countries, a few things can be a hit/miss but the staff is usually very helpful, which it was in Casa Anita as well. I'd totally stay again, highly recommend. Location is great too - it's 5 minute walk from Casa Capula and the stairs down to zona romantica are right there that lead you to Starbucks and all the gay stuff in PV. Wifi in the room is bad or mostly unavailable. If you are planning to work remotely, might want to consider other options.
Wifi in the common pool area is great though.
The stairs can be a bit much for a few people but they were OK for me as I am fit lol
- Silk-Eglit (8/5): -
- nicole (8/5): - The first guy that checked me in left a lot of things undone (but i didn't know) so it caused confusion when i asked to change rooms to one with A/C. Apparently he was fired "for being on tequila" so i had to spend a very long time checking in.
Checking out was also ridiculous- I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up to the office, and they got my deposits confused (tequila guy errors) but finally straightened it out.
They are very nice, very friendly but need to get their stuff together because i was worried i was going to miss my flight.
If you aren't in a hurry to get checked in or out, I would recommend for a safe, out-of-the-way spot. Bring shampoo!
- MARITZA (9/5): - Excelente trato en la recepción, dieron solución a mi problema al reservar sin aire acondicionado. No es apto para personas con dificultad de movilidad.
- Wayne (8/5): Very good - Location The stairs leading to the units..7 floors. No
a/c in the living room. Only bedrooms
- Bill (5/5): Barely adequate but good access to town - Convenience to town Bed and headboard were not attached so bed slide around and headboard banged shower flooded with every use. Outlets not all functional/ safe or easy to access when it rained and the patio above me flooded my ceiling leaked leather sofa in a muggy enviroment chairs were old refrigerator was not close to level and tilted when door opened and with broken shelves
- Francisco (10/5): - 100% recommend
- Shelly (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (1/5): Never - No one there to check us in! Found a local person to phone an emergency number on our behalf, and we were told that they hid a key in a planter pot. They did not inform us that there was 113 stairs to get to our suite. I am closer to 70 years old than 60 and my wife and I had to carry our suitcases up those stairs!!
They did not inform us ahead of time that there was construction inside the units next to our suite. When we did get a chance to speak with the manager when they arrived the next day (Emilio) he informed us that construction would be going on until Sunday basically the entire length of our stay. They were knocking down concrete walls with hammers. We did our best for two nights to somehow make it through the noise but we couldn't take it any longer. We asked for a refund of only the two days remaining and they said we don't give refunds. Period!
If booking.com will look at our records of utilizing and enjoying your services you will see that we are a good customer and at this time we are officially asking for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely Darren and Kellie
- Jafar (9/5): Superb - Great location Going up the stairs
- Ward (8/5): - Beautiful view
- Heidi (10/5): - Super cute. Classic Mexican
- Jorge (6/5): - To many stairs bad internet tv was not working
- Pat (6/5): - It’s a million stairs. No hot water. Zero WiFi. Other than that it was great
The rooms are a bit outdated but I don’t mind
- Blaine (9/5): Superb -
- Raina M (6/5): Great location and view but needs updating - The staff were excellent. The long flight of stairs is challenging. The room was clean but small and very dated with the old mirror wall and red velvet bedspread, and the worn out chair. It had a nice balcony with a great view and awesome location.
- Lynn (5/5): Price point was budget friendly, but also comes with too many stairs. - Very Clean, well maintained, great ocean views, rustic, traditional decore and comfortable beds. False advertisement on heated pool. Staff was asked about it and we were told it had been broken for several years. It was advertised as one place and is really a conjoined property. The unsafe areas of stairs that had no railings. Things advertised as available in rooms had to be checked out at the reception desk and not always easily available or convenient.
- Lynn (5/5): Passable -
- Benjamin (5/5): Passable - Beautiful room, walking distance to many things. The maid service was friendly and kept things clean. The pools were cold (minimal sun exposure) but nice. Our child got sick and made a mess on the sheets at about 5pm. We cleaned off the sheets as best we could, and reached out to the staff to see if we could get another set of sheets that we could swap ourselves. He said no, the maid went home and the sheets are locked up. When I pushed further, asking if we could use the advertised open laundry facilities to wash the sheets ourselves, he said no, those arent open right now either; this was at 5:30pm and he was anxious to leave because he was suppoed to leave at 5pm. I sent an email asking if there was any way we could get some help with this, and i never got a reply. The next morning, we had the stripped sheets (which were cleaned up as much as possible with toilet paper) and set out for the maid to throw in the laundry. When we returned, the front desk lady had left us a bill taped to the fridge charging me for changing the sheets. I've never in my life heard of being charged for a sheet change halfway through a 4 night stay at a $200/night hotel. I checked the next day, and found that all of the staff including front desk was gone at 5pm, so there is absolutely no service after 5pm if you have an issue.
- Teresa (2/5): - I didn’t like that the room smelled moldy and bedding didn’t smell clean either
- Luis (8/5): Very good -
- Bornemann (7/5): Accurate Review - I want to provide an accurate review - something that we didn't find - so here it is. Casa Anita is located on a very busy, noisy main road through the city. Our apartment had spectacular ocean views from the balcony. There are no elevators in the building, so 106 (that is not a typo) stairs took us to the apartment. The main pool does not get sun and is very cold. The facility is beautiful and it's crew keep it that way.
- Jessa (8/5): - Just a few minutes walk from the beach. I recommend the place if traveling with group of friends and family very homey vibes, the only downside is too much stairs and is hard going uphill if you have luggages, also it is located on a busy street so it’s a challenge to cross. Overall a good place to stay.
- James (7/5): Good - The staff were friendly and courteous. The complex has a lot of stairs which may be inappropriate for older clients.
- Ron (5/5): Good for low budget - Close to ZR old town. Bed was comfortable. One bathroom missing a toilet seat. Had to plug in tv to use, only one channel worked because remote control did nothing. Lamp missing bulb. Pool was ice cold. Hwy 200 Traffic is loud. Pair of Binoculars went missing, remember packing them night before, went out for breakfast day of departure, noticed they were missing from my carry on backpack when I got home.
- Nutting (2/5): Too many stairs!!! Nice balcony view. - Good location & rustic Rude receptionist. Should be fired, actually. Wrong personality for this type of work.
- Jamie (10/5): First time in PR - Lovely little hotel, close to shops and restaurants and the beach. Need to be able to maneuver stairs and cobblestone streets in this area but otherwise great.
- Thomas (4/5): Loud road noise. - Comfortable bed Internet does not work in your room. You have to go outside to the patio to get a signal.
Road noise is insufferable.
- Abigail (6/5): Nice enough but wouldn’t come back. - The cleaning staff was very friendly. It’s an old style hotel with a lot of character. It’s close to the bus that can take you to really beautiful beaches and it’s technically walking distance to town, but a portion of the walk is the Highway and very loud with lots of cars. The kitchen being without any drinking water or anything more than salt felt cheap and the photos definitely made the rooms look bigger and the pool look like an actual pool when it is really a dipping pool. The king size bed was two twin beds pushed together that weren’t actually level with each other and so not very comfortable. I wish I’d checked the location better- it’s right on the highway and very loud and felt dangerous at times to walk to from town.
- Rochelle (6/5): Needs some upgrades - Karen at front desk was exceptional however the space is super dated and could use an upgrade in bedding, towels and amenities. Also this hotel is quite a hike from where I thought I would be in Romantica Zone.
- Angel (5/5): Needs improvement - Location Horrible Wifi, no hot water, and no AC
- Renny (10/5): Wonderful - Flawless Sublime
- Jan (6/5): Pleasant -
- adam (10/5): - Bring earplugs, for overnight. The property is at the top of a hill on the main road out, big trucks coming uphill are really noisy in the morning. Great property, would recommend
- Elaine (7/5): Good - It was super clean with a comfy bed, no ac, needed to keep sliding door open for air, it was hot air and it was very noisy with steady traffic, loud mufflers unable to get any sleep as the hotel is on the busy highway. Room on 4th floor, no elevator, only stairs. Location was close to downtown romantic zone. If you're not sensitive to noise and love the heat to sleep this place will be perfect for you. No ac, noisy hiway traffic
- Rosa (7/5): Faulty fridge - It is an interesting building. It was clean with enough appliances to cook. Too many stairs to get to our apartment/room. It was confusing to find it due to the design of the building.
Walking from the house to anywhere around, I didn't feel safe. Practically, there are no sidewalks, the cars were passing too close and too fast. Crossing the highway was a whole adventure.
There are different wifi connections but we were not able to connect to any of them.
I booked online and it supposed I was paying in Can. Dollars.but I had to pay at the desk office. The lady said I should pay in USA dollars or Mexican Pesos. I am not really sure I got a good deal as I thought when I did the booking. The lady told me that they gave me a different room than the one I booked. I think it was too expensive for 2 nights, the location and the facilities.
One last detail: In the fridge, there was a bulb light, lighted. (Like the ones hanging from the ceiling) I could feel the heat from the light inside the fridge) . I am still wondering what its function was and I think it was risky.
- Nelson (10/5): - The staff was super friendly and kind
- Sonia (8/5): Nothing bad - Is good Is a little far from the malecon
- Catherine (4/5): Disappointing - The room had no air conditioner. The facility had a TON of stairs (no elevator). Plan on carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. The facility seemed like it was under construction. I wouldn't stay here again.
- Madeline (4/5): We didn’t stay, if you are older do not choose - It was unique Soo many stairs without railing no air conditioning far from shopping busy road
We checked and immediately checked out
- Jessica (8/5): - Super duper nice staff. Large room with balcony. Good price for water.
- Delrae (6/5): - Old dated furnishings in A3. No toaster, nowhere to plug in microwave. Coffee maker is old and leaks all over the counter. There are a number of flights of stairs that have no railings and are extremely dangerous especially if your hands are full. Slippery stairways as water from landscaping spills onto stone steps. The entire deal wuth the stairs is extremely unsafe. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and gracious and professional. The lady at the front desk has a bit of an attitude, doesn’t appear to enjoy her job. Location and views are spectacular however i won't stay again. Lots of other locations and options in the area.
- Travis (8/5): - A great stay.
- Kenneth (1/5): Ant infestation, no air-conditioning, They won’t let you take a shower. - It was a place to stay. That’s about all the positives that I can say. Our first place had no air-conditioning whatsoever, Which, as you can imagine was absolutely miserable in the Mexican summer. After we complained, we were moved to a different Casita, but only after three days. There we found an ant infestation as well as windows that would not close, however there was at least an air conditioning in it, but how cool could it possibly get with windows that don’t close?
We went off Roading and ATVing, as one does when they’re on vacation, And when we got back, we were covered in dust so of course we took a shower. Apparently that’s a cardinal sin at Casa Anita because we were charged 40 pesos for getting dirt on a washcloth. Washcloths are supposed to get dirty. Give me a break.
The entire experience was a bad one. when you went to check in there was no one in the check-in desk. They were constantly wandering around someplace, And they always seem to have a scowl on their face too. I also felt like I was in prison. There’s the security door that automatically locks and Apparently, you need to be a locksmith to get it unlocked. It took us 10 minutes to get out of this gate. I couldn’t believe it!
Stay far away! do not return to this place! It might be cheap, but you get what you pay for.
- William (9/5): Great relaxing stay, balcony with beautiful views of bay. - Great location with beautiful views. Maintenance of units could be better, needs a little tlc.
- Karen (10/5): Amazing place and view. - What a lovely place. The view is a 10 Plus. Karen was so kind to help me with my luggage. Luc cleaned the room spotless. The only thing is that it’s located on a busy road. Crossing the street, which you must to get to the beach, is nerve wracking.
- Brian (9/5): muy Bien! - Very comfortable and lovely stay some of the lights did not work
- John (10/5): I wanted to go to Pedro Vallarta - Very peaceful Neighbors above a little rambunctious..not the properties fault
- Narciso (8/5): Very good - Spacious 1BR room, amazing views, and friendly and helpful staff. Lots of steps to get to the room/floor from street level, 113 to be exact. The views and being a little above from the street noise somewhat made up for it. Can be a little dicey crossing the street to the other side, so one needs to pay attention. The heart of zona romantica is minutes away, but again, hill and or stairs are involved. There is the little tram that runs most of the day to the Pinnacle resorts near the property.
I worked most of my time there. Wifi is precarious, connecting to various spots throughout the property. There is not one dedicated router or wifi for each room, i.e., they're shared (with passwords). I often had to hold Zoom meetings on the balcony for best reception, which mostly worked. So, this may not be the ideal place if you're considering working remote or need strong internet to do your work.
- Tom (9/5): Great budget stay, close to tourist areas of PV - It's a great budget option. The hotel was clean but basic and the staff was super nice! It's built into the side of a hill which means great views from the room -- but also a lot of steps. It's in a residential/ rental property area just a short walk to the main tourist area of PV. The traffic on street is busy, and its fine to walk on during the day, but I always took the short uber ride back at night. The interiors are dated, but that is part of the budget experience. Did anyone else mention all the steps?? (haha). You will be able to skip leg day everyday that you stay here, for sure.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wesley (9/5): Beautiful, quaint, authentic place to be be. Great location and good value. - Casa Anita, is located in an ideal spot to town. It's 7 minutes to the beach once you find the short cut. There's a convenience store 2 minutes away for basic groceries and snacks etc.
This place is real Mexico, it is charming and quaint, we loved the old school vibe it has, rather than the starchy modern hotels and resorts.
The pool was very clean and refreshing, there's laundry available, the views from this place are amazing. We got to see the fireworks every night from the nearby resorts.
The staff where very friendly and accommodating. It is located right on the main highway, because of that it is very noisy from 6am to about 11pm. Take ear plugs.
This road is also difficult to cross if you are not used to dealing with traffic, there are no rules and no one stops at the nearby crosswalk.
The beds are hard, some of them do have a foam topper, these are much better, request for one if you book here. The pull out couch is for the kids only. You will break your back if you try to sleep on it. The mattresses for these couches need replacing. Our kids didn't complain though.
There's Coatimundis visiting every night, if the trash can is left outside, they will wake you up. Speak to the reception to have it put away if the maintenance/ cleaner guys leaves it out.
There's lots of steps to get to the rooms and patios, we didn't mind, but if you have a hard time walking, this place is not for you.
- Beverly (8/5): Very good -
- David (1/5): Extremely rude front desk woman! Cold shower. Shower wouldn't drain. Located next to a noisy street. - The view was very beautiful. I was overlooking downtown and could see the Pier. I cannot remember the last time I experienced someone working in customer service who was so rude. I have no ill will for the woman working the front desk, but hope she finds gainful employment doing anything other than working with the public. I could tolerate the busy and loud street. I could tolerate the many stairs I had to climb. But the cold shower (it simply wouldn't get warm!) and nasty lady who checked me in were enough to prompt this bad review. I'm in PV four times a year and love supporting this city and it's people. Not Casa Anita; I will never use this hotel again.
- Kenneth (8/5): Not bad - Traditional decor Too many stairs and difficulty in getting luggage to and from room. Some elderly residents found stairs too mich
- Paula (8/5): Very good - Our room (#9) did not have access to wifi. Other than that, it was great!!!
- Tristan (10/5): - The staff was exceptionally nice. I would definitely stay again.
- Brendan (10/5): Great value - This hotel is great for views, being close to the beaches but far from the noise, and feeling like you're getting a Mexico experience in a fairly touristy town. It's the kind of place that hasn't changed in a while, in a good way. The stairs are real, but not that bad. My biggest room for improvement would simply be to replace some of the lightbulbs with warmer ones.
- Ross (8/5): Casa Anita hotel and condos - Love the view. Close to things to do in Puerto Vallarta shop's and restaurants. Staff, when checked in, was very helpful. He fixed our TV problem and made many trips up and down the tons of stairs to do so. Close to dipping pool. Thanks Didn't like the noise of the highway 200. TOO loud for us, stairs are OK, but tricky if you are unstable on your feet, stay away. If you can't do 75 stairs, plus that can be slippery when wet stay away. Needs a good cleaning around tile in bathrooms. Did smell intense cleaning products first day or two, did have a gecko in our sink. 😞 viva Mexico 🇲🇽
- Steven (6/5): - Pros:
Close to the Romantic Zone and easy to walk to restaurants & entertainment.
Reasonable price.
Nice pools and public areas.
Cons:
Stairs, stairs, stairs, and more stairs. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Not for the faint of heart.
Suite had a very strange layout and there was no room to walk around the small bed.
No A/C - good luck during warmers days.
Furniture was old a dated, but clean.
Shower floor was a bit dirty.
A lot of road noise.
- Carla (4/5): There are much better choices - Length of stay: 29.days. 2 bedroom, 1 bath
1. Location
2. Clean
3. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. 1. WiFi is very spotty. It could not be counted on from one minute to the next. It was very aggravating
2. Because the location is on the main road, the traffic is constant, 24 hours a day. seven days a week
3. No elevator, lots of steps. This was discussed prior to booking.
4. $500 cash only damage deposit at time of check in. $500 cash only deposit per key
5. Check in takes forever. All receipts are handwritten. Spotty WiFi kept going in and out prolonging process.
5. Very small hot water tanks. Maximum length to take a hot shower: 6 minutes
- William (7/5): This is a good place to stay if you’re reasonably fit as there is no elevator and there were 143 steps to our room. The - The room was fine with good view and balcony. The beach is now so expensive we spent a lot of time by the pool. No drinking water. Irregular cleaning. Having to drag 5 litre bottle of drinking water from the OXO down the road.
- Giggles817 (6/5): Puerto Vallarta - The view was excellent and the hotel was nice. The stairs were not put in the description, and for an older couple, it was not what we expected for our vacation. Climbing seven flights of stairs after a long day was horrible.
- Kimberly (7/5): Good - How close it was to the beach and to all the restaurants and the city in general. The wireless wasn't working really that great when it was kind of frustrating. So many steps. I didn't realize how many there were.
- Michael (6/5): Was decent location to get to the good restaurants, but we will choose better next time. - View from the patio over the bay was great. Cleaning staff were good 106 stairs to our room. We do eggs in the morning and there was no spatula to use with frying pan. Very low water pressure, sometimes not hot for shower.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (8/5): - Super unuque place built on a hill. Lots of stairs but that wasn't an issue for me. Rooms have a full kitchen. Close to everything. Tons of character. I would definitely stay again.
- Delriothing (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tegan (10/5): - Beautiful views and perfect location! Would for sure stay here again.
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colby (6/5): - The property is aestheticly beautiful with a nice view. There are no elevators and the stairs are treacherous to say the least (steep, wet, no handrails). Our room had no air conditioner. Pools were very cold. The room was spacious and well appointed with appliances and a nice balcony and a living area. There were some electric issues (shocked when using one of the light switches. The mattress was thin and hard. The hotel is a great value. No food service but Uber Eats available.
- Andrea (6/5): - Has great ocean views as well as beautiful property grounds on the outside. Was told there was a heated pool. Neither pool was warm enough to use. The room I was given had old worn out couch and bedding cover smelled of sweat. Pillows needed replaced due to smell and discoloration from it. No privacy in living area as the curtains were transparent because of rod being broken wear the curtains to provide shade and privacy were absent. Spoke with management and was dismissed. Traveling as a solo female these things matter.
- Debra (6/5): Pleasant - Patio and location were great. Great for walking around town. Quiet at night and cute pools. The internet was bad but the manager was adding more wifi. Should be better by January 2024.
- Gail (8/5): Very good - Close to the Romantic Zone. Great restaurants, beach and shopping. Beautiful views. Casa Anita has maintained the Mexican feel. Authentic accomodations. Clean. The amount of stairs. No elevators. Not conducive for anyone with walking issues. Beds are hard, could use upgrades.
- April (10/5): Perfect location with beautiful views in old PV!!! - Spacious accommodation with a beautiful view. Enough room for 6 adults. We are scouting out places to take our young adults with their significant others. Perfect location!! Walking distance to everything the beach the pier all over puerto Vallarta old town. Sweet little pool to relax by in the afternoons. All the staff very kind and helpful. There are only steps to the rooms and lots for them which was no problem for us. This is how we earn our margaritas :). Thank you for a wonderful stay! The traffic on the busy road can be noisy at times but nothing anyone can do to fix that. Not a problem just the only negative I could think of
- Carol (7/5): Good -
- Frances (8/5): A charming place, clean, friendly in a nice location. So nice to have a kitchen. - Very clean and perfectly adequate. View of ocean and of city was perfect. Easy to catch local buses. Short walk ( steep) to beach and boardwalk. Busy area felt safe.
While I quite enjoy walking, and stairs don't bother me some people would find it challenging. There's a bit of traffic noise at night so thats something to keep in mind. But of course the neighborhood rooster makes himself heard at any hour.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (8/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay on the edge of zona romantica - Very clean and quiet. Pools were great for cooling off. Nice balconies with great views. Bed was very comfortable and room was a nice size. Overall good value. The steps were fine - just be prepared. The kitchen supplies were basic. It would be nice to have access to filtered water in the rooms or by the pool.
- Yolanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chelsea (10/5): It felt like home - The staff was wonderful! They made us feel right at home! The road was a bit noisy
- Michael (8/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were 3 pools and an amazing view of the ocean. The only problem i had was that the property is on the side of the hill so there are lots of stairs. Lots! But other than climbing the stairs i would definitely stay again.
- Iordana (5/5): Disappointed - The location was great and the view fantastic from some of the rooms. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the first room we had. I complained several times until I had to get angry (third night, when also the toilet broke). They did change my room but generally speaking I have to say the maintenance of the place is really poor. To access the rooms you have to climb many stairs but at night there are areas without light so it can be complicated to prevent an accident. Overall I don’t recommend this place.
- Anonymous (5/5): Good value, close to Malacon, very noisy, - Clean facility Constant traffic noise, from highway that the hotel was on. 100 stairs to climb to the suite( bottom level)
- Evet (10/5): - Very clean casitas, beautiful views! Friendly and helpful staff. Got our cardio in with all the steps. Too many steps to our room... On site laundry and jug of water at low cost. Walking distance to malecon boardwalk. Make sure you get a room with air-conditioning. It can get hot 🔥 in vallarta. Our room had 2 ceiling fans and a nice cool breeze at night! Will be back soon God willing 🤗🙏. Thanks to Gerardo for the room upgrade! Very much appreciated.
- Michael (7/5): Just okay but will not stay again. - The room was clean and large space. The wifi signal is horrible, no air conditioning and not really a pool but a small spa.
