• Arne (8/5): Charmante Unterkunft in allerbester Lage - Tolle Lage! Super zentral und doch ruhig und vom Massentrubel weit genug entfernt. Zimmer und Haus hatten eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und der Vermieter war sehr nett. Alles recht charmant gelöst, auch wenn das Bad sicherlich das kleinste der Welt ist.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and streaming. The location is excellent—close to everything, with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and cafes. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, which made my stay even more pleasant. The host was truly exceptional—very friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was fast and smooth throughout my stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely come back again. • Vanna (8/5): - Abitazione tranquilla, silenziosa, pulita in centro storico. Mancava l'ascensore e dopo giornate passate a camminare sarebbe stata una bella comodità ( per andare al secondo piano) ma si sa nel centro storico sono poche le strutture con ascensore.
• Martina (3/5): Una vecchia casa proposta come b&b - L'unica cosa positiva era la posizione La stanza non rispecchiava le foto e l'appartamento in generale era piuttosto vecchio, con poca manutenzione, e pieno di oggetti per tutta la casa. Non era stato segnalato che la finestra della camera dava su un cavedio, per cui non c'è mai la luce diretta del sole e non si poteva fare veramente un ricambio dell'aria aprendola, anzi si sentiva l'odore di cucina dell'inquilino al piano di sotto. Il bagno, che avrebbe dovuto essere privato, è stato utilizzato anche dagli altri ospiti della struttura; questo perché non aveva una chiave e quindi non era possibile chiude la porta dall'esterno. Inoltre, la cosa più grave è stata la mancanza di acqua calda per fare la doccia per 2 giorni, problema che non è stato risolto, né l'host ha voluto rimborsare per il disagio creatosi.

• Aleksandra (9/5): A beautiful and cozy apartment at the perfect location - The room is located in a beautiful apartment very near to the historical centre of Malaga. The bed is sooo comfortable we loved it! The room also comes with air conditioning which is perfect for regulating the temperature. It was a cozy and pleasant stay. We did not receive any information from the host regarding the check in and check out, we had to initiate all communication ourselves which was a bit disappointing. The other small thing is that we had an issue with the shower and it ran out of cold water while we were using it.

• Patricia (10/5): - Los anfitriones un amor. Un lugar peculiar que cumple su carácter histórico. Ubicación perfecta. Te sientes como en casa y la limpieza perfecta. A un precio más que razonable. Silencioso con cama muy cómoda. El baño fuera de la habitación pero enorme y con todas las comodidades incluido buena presión de agua. Las indicaciones para llegar y para entrar al alojamiento perfectas porque llegamos de madrugada. Me gustó todo

• Justyna (1/5): Radzę czytać złe opinie - Miły gospodarz, super lokalizacja w centrum Starówki Lokal do remontu, z niewygodnym łóżkiem,strasznie maciupeńką łazienkę,w zasadzie bez umywalki, przy myciu rąk zalewasz całą toaletę. Wyjście z wanny jest niebezpieczne, gdyż zagradza to wyjscie wc. Naprawdę trzeba bardzo uważać,można połamać nogi. W pokoju podest wysoki nie wiem po co, chyba dla niewygody. Koszmarnie wysokie strome schody do pokoju, wchodzi sie na wysoki strych i to jest pokoik. Dodatkowo wysokie drugie piętro, więc po całodniowym zwiedzaniu Malagi wejście do pokoju jest koszmarem. Dodam, że kuchnia jest zbędna gdyz jak juz uda sie wdrapac do pokoju,nikomu nie marzy sie łażenie znowu po ciemnych stromych schodach, a kuchnia i tak jest ciemna i śmierdząca,zapyziała,zagracona. Wszystkie zdjecia na bookingu zrobione są baaaardzo szerokokątnym obiektywem,zupełne rozczarowanie realizmem. Taras brudny, odrażający, strach tam wyjść. Wszystko łatane tanim kosztem, elektryka, hydraulika,dach,no w Polsce ciężko trafić na taką ruderę. Przykro mi ogromnie, sugerowałam się gwiazdkami,mam nauczkę aby czytać złe opinie

• Anabel (1/5): Basic hospitality failed - All good until check out. We came back in the afternoon to pick our luggages and wanted to pass by the toilet (shared common area toilet). The guy didn't allow us to use it, said it was not for the public. We were not welcome anymore. We are not public, we were guest of the house until that same day! Zero hospitality, very rude "this is my house I put the rules"... this is an accomodation and any accomodation would allow a simple toilet usage.

• Irida (10/5): City center apartament - The location of the apartment is in the center of the city, everything is close by walking. If you are traveling by car there aren't parking spots in the area. The apartment is just like you see in the pictures, it is small and cozy, toilet is quite small but it has everything you need, the terrace is a plus of fresh air. You should know there are some steps until you reach the apartment, although this was not a problem for us. The host was kind and helpful.
• Elizabeth (8/5): God base for Malaga - Good location and easy to find cafes and bars nearby. All very clean, comfortable bed and it was nice to have a kitchen to use. Check-in procedure was not clear or smooth although we worked it out. The information on Booking implies that there is a roof terrace for all guests (and was a reason for the reservation) but, when I had arrived, it was made clear that it was only for guests in the other bedroom - this was a disappointment.

• Svetlana (9/5): Lovely apartment in the historic center close to everything - Friendly host who speaks good English. Perfect accommodation for two with backpacks, for us it was no problem to go up via a small staircase and enjoy the penthouse. If you have heavy suitcases it will be a bit difficult to get to the apartment . But it's worth it :-)
• Davide (9/5): Superb - Position was great and the facilities were as described. I did not meet the owner but the self check-in worked well. Location was clean for me. I knew the spaces of the bedroom were small and that is ok but the wash sink was really really small. Anyway i would return as a single traveler again.
• Aaron (9/5): Quirky property near the centre - This is a great little property. It’s quirky & has some issues, but the owner is friendly & accommodating & I cannot fault it much given the price. We would definitely stay again. There are 2 rooms. The attic has a tiny en-suite bathroom. Both share a kitchen & laundry facilities. If you have mobility issues or are larger, I strongly suggest the bedroom downstairs (without the roof terrace). The stairs to the attic are steep & dark, and the bathroom is tiny (especially the shower). It would be very difficult for a larger person to manage. Downstairs has a big bathroom all to itself, though it is across the hall (though that’s so private as to be practically en-suite). The shelf by the bed is a bit dangerous. We learned to deal with it; I’d take it away. The watering system is too strong (& the biggest pot has no holes) leaving a lot of excess & stagnant water, but I drained and wiped it. The biggest problem is the light in the stairs. One has to go down in the dark; there’s no switch or motion sensor. We’re pretty agile, but many might be better opting for the room below.

• Jonathan (9/5): Fantastic place to stay , many thanks ! - What a lovely stay ! Loved the room and the building, a period place with big windows etc .Has a roof terrace which was wonderful! The Kitchen had everything you could need . Great location for site seeing , the host was helpful and friendly . Very enjoyable all round highly recommend p.s. the most comfortable bed made it hard to get up in the morning :) The stairway to the room was a bit steep and the shower was a little small - but i m 6.3 feet and quiet big . Glad it was there nice to fall out of bed into the shower :)

We had to sleep in our clithes… The owner's behavior and response to this situation I will leave without comment, unfortunately the lack of willingness and any help and understanding of the situation and above all taking responsibility for selling such a bad room

• Barbara (5/5): So so - The apartment is nice and clean and is close to all tourist attractions. There is another room upstairs and all the noise such as steps, TV and running water was heard in my room. It was very disturbing especially at night. The view from the window was on the wall.

The bedding was thin and we were cold all night. The owner was helpful, but the property was a bit tatty for the price.
