The staff in the restaurant is great as well, they took time to help me understand the menu and had a positive vibe. The breakfast and other food is great, location was good for me as I wanted to be closer to the train station. Using the InDrive app, rides were $4-5 USD to city center so not expensive either. Room was clean, cozy, and sheets were spotless. The room was pretty worn - furniture, carpet, blanket, show their age (but clean as I mentioned so not really an issue for me). Limited restaurants nearby.

- Francis (7/5): Minimal features but comfortable - Two separate rooms and a true two bedroom for our 13yr old son No coffee, breakfast was simple and minimal. They have additional facilities (pool, billiards, sauna), but rental rates even for residents.

Шум от караоке. Можно немного улучшить контроль по поводу завтрака,а именно если гости не заказали уточнять у них будут ли завтракать. Если завтрак был доставлен в номер,то нужно также проконтролировать уборку посуды.

В номере чисто и тепло,завтраки вкусные (выбор тоже есть),отзывчивый и вежливый персонал.Если нужен отель на правом берегу,то Lion -лучший выбор.Рекомендую

- Rodrigo (10/5): A very comfortable hotel offering excellent value for money. - The room was spacious yet incredibly cozy, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an impeccable job every day, ensuring the room was always spotless. Breakfast was à la carte but surprisingly generous. The surrounding area added to the convenience, with restaurants and supermarkets just a short walk away. All in all, it was a truly pleasant stay.

- Nikiforova (10/5): - Проживая в номере Семейный с позолотой и картинами, чувствовали себя потомками королевской династии или как будто в Эрмитаже заночевали. До центра (например монумент Бейтерек) на такси 30 минут. Завтраки на выбор 4 вида, хорошие, плотные. В номере было тихо, даже с открытым окном Больше вопрос к дизайнерам. На стенах и потолке лепнина, позолота, картины, а элементарных удобств нет, например, тумбочек у кровати. Телефон, книгу, крем некуда положить, только на пол. В ванной та же самая история. Раковина дизайнерская, а положить средства для умывания/ бритья, расчёску совершенно некуда. Хоть бы полочка была.

Не плохой завтрак Жуткий контингент этого отеля. Есть сауна, поэтому вечеринки с громкой музыкой до самого утра. Не очень чисто. В общем, отель больше для местный (почасовой), чем для туристов

- pierre (10/5): - hôtel très sympa. Emplacement correct dans cette ville de toutes façons très étendue. L'application de taxi In Drive fait bien le job pour se déplacer. Utiliser les bus est un challenge pour un occidental qui ne maîtrise pas à minima le russe.

- Elena (3/5): Not worth it - The hotel smells terrible, and the room seemed like it had been unoccupied for quite some time. There was a strong unpleasant odor, and the sheets felt like pure plastic — you constantly get an electric static feeling. We also found many hairs on the sheets. The breakfast they offer should be considered a snack rather than an actual breakfast. Nobody speaks English, and everyone assumed we spoke Russian. Additionally, the hotel is far from all the major sights — at least 30 minutes away by car. The only good thing is that it is cheap, but it is definitely not worth it. Book somewhere else instead.

- Lazar (10/5): - Had a great stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive — quick to reply to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures, no surprises at all. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Location was convenient and the whole experience matched our expectations perfectly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Половина меню отсутствует. Обслуживание минут 20,да и то вам принесут, а вашему мужу нет. Потому что, подумали, что он рядом пришёл посидеть. Бред. Цены в баре в два раза выше, чем по городу в магазине, ну так наверное и должно быть. Но там одна алкашка, покушать нечего. Так что, не проходите мимо магазина с продуктами. Потому что, у них в "ресторане" устанете ждать (((
