• miryam (2/5): disappointing stay - worse experience re accommodation booked via booking.com. we are experienced travellers. For the price, one would expect more. 1. Fungi in bathroom ceiling 2. NO water in the morning- contacted the manager and he offered switching to an available resort room to shower- this is in the morning we were checking out 3. NO microwave 4. TV was not working at all- reported to manager who insisted on 'solving' the water issue only whilst other issues are secondary (ie to be dealt with later) 5.table at the patio was filthy- filled with cigarette butt/ ashes 6. The swimming pool- people were eating, visible food debri in the water! 7. Sofa bed- no extra linen and towel provided for third person - the bed is not comfortable at all 8. NO wifi

The sofa bed was large, we had fun playing board games. The facilities - adequate and convenient. 1. No rubbish basket in the toilet 2. Limited choice of food for dinner at After 4. Could be due to long holiday, occupancy rate is high.

Since no housekeeping thus after back from beach floor with a lot of sand 8. No extra tissue or toilet paper was given

• Christina (6/5): Pleasant Stay - Breakfast: The breakfast was quite appetizing and offered a good variety of food options. Stay: No complaints about the bed or the kitchen facilities provided during the stay. Staff: The staff were very attentive. We had a minor issue with the lock, but it was resolved quickly by the helpful team. Food Options: There are two or more restaurants available if you're feeling hungry, and there's also a Leepapa Mart for convenience. Since the accommodation is quite close to the open pool, I would recommend installing more showerheads and preparing a designated public area for changing clothes after using the pool. This could help prevent slippery floors and improve overall safety and convenience.

• Mary (7/5): Lovely Trip - The receptionists was helpful and friendly. The staf in the kitchen was good too. Housekeeping was average. The unit we had faced the lovely view of the beach. Nice breakfast and good food amount and price for lunch or dinner.There are also choices of eatery places within the hotel and apartlment area and Le Papa small mart. Overall pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice, just hope they change the menu or added more of local dish. Our unit was above the bistro and they played the music rather loud to the 6th floor that we had to informed the management which attended to the problem and the bistro soften the noise which was good response.

• Barbara (5/5): Short getaway. - The property is good but the rooms can be improved. Booked three apartment and all three studio apartment does not have any bidet. It should be there for comfort as it is useful for the guest. Bed is hard and can be improved by putting a mattress protector. It’s okay and decent.

The included breakfast was the worst food we have eaten in Sarawak, with a mee formed cooked in oil so old I could not eat it at all.

• Mike (8/5): Very good - The beach apartment common facilities are very new and good. The swimming pool is spacious. Very good for couples or family trips. The supermarket has good selection of goods. Need to improve the restaurant food menu and more fresh seafood. The steamboat restaurant is bad. The sandfly in sematan Beach is notorious.

Room is dirty. floor is dusty and many sands, even can see dead insect on the floor. Table and sofa also dusty. there were many ants at the kitchen floor. u provide washing machine but dont provide dryer/hanger. also no hanger for clothes at bathroom
• Nabeelah (9/5): sublime - I love the amenities that was provided in the property. Love that we get to use the washing machine. The distance to the beach is really close and easy to access. The pool is kids-friendly. The room is very spacious and you can unfold the sofabed to make an extra bed. The breakfast section needs to be improve (i.e the menu, the placement of hot drinks next to the cereal is not advisable.) Not-so-clear pathway to the beach, so people tend to crossover/step on the small garden/landscape.

We went there around 7.45pm, and they told us they were closing. The other restaurant is able to accept us but warn us about the long waiting time as there are many orders. Maybe they can consider an extended closing time, knowing the hotel is almost fully booked since it a s school holiday and CNY holiday. As for the room, it would be good if they put a hook in the toilet to hang the towel.
