• Fiona (10/5): Fabulous fully equipped cottage - This has to be one of the nicest properties I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. I loved that we were even provided with food for the local ducks 🙂🙂 communication with the hosts was excellent. Absolutely no negatives.

The location of the cottage meant that we didn’t need to use the car whilst we were there. - Beautiful cottage in a very quiet location 5minutes walk from the Centre of Fakenham. Them cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Lovely touch to be left milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine on arrival. Nothing

• edwin (8/5): Very enjoyable. - The location was good for us in view of where we intended visiting. 2 private parking spots. Enclosed rear garden with furniture was good given the decent weather we had. Also seating/table in front garden overlooking the river was pleasant. Good wifi. Didn't do much cooking /eating in but the kitchen was well kitted out if we had wanted to. Wasn't anything we could find fault with.

• Peter (10/5): I would fully recommend this house to anyone seeking to tour the north coast of Norfolk. - The site of the house, next to the river and within walking distance of the town was just what we hoped. We found the weather very cold coming from the south coast! But that did not spoil our stay one bit.

• Svodon (10/5): Exceptional - a lovely house in a lovely setting. Everything you need is there. The hosts have a book with all the information you need on the house, the local community, and areas to visit. The location is perfect, just seconds away from a great pub and minutes from the town. On thursdays in the town, there is both a market and an auction market, that's great to see if you have never been to one.

• Christine (10/5): A house which has been thoughtfully planned and furnished. - The house was well positioned on the edge of the town by the river so generally quiet. The standard of fittings was exceptionally high with everything being clean and new. Plenty of kitchen utensils, and those little extras like a bag of sugar, cooking oil, tea, packet of biscuits etc. Very thoughtful. The hosts clearly wanted me to have the best experience and responded quickly to a small enquiry whilst I was staying in the house. Fakenham itself is not the most beautiful of towns but it was easy to drive up to the coast.
