• PA (10/5): - comfortable apartment, close to the old town. Very well equipped, very helpful host. Have to be very careful with the parking, as it is free during the day, but have to pay in the evenings (weekdays only)

• Naděžda (9/5): Super dostupná lokalita, moderní byt v blízkosti Vaňkovky - Blízkost k vlakovému nádraží i k nákupnímu centru Vaňkovka, autobusová zastávka téměř před domem, skvělé na dopravu do místa, kam jsem potřebovala. Velmi jsem ocenila možnost ubytovat se dříve, majitelé mi vyšli vstříc. Byt je moderní, pěkně zařízený, super kávovar. V létě jistě ubytovaní ocení klimatizaci, kterou byt obsahuje. Chválím zatmívací závěsy. Okolí domu s výhledem na velmi frekventovanou silnici. Auta je slyšet i přes zavřená okna. Ale to je prostě lokalitou. Lůžkoviny a ručníky by mohly být lepší/ kvalitnější (osuška nesála, polštář bych uvítala ještě jiný než paměťový, chyběla mi střední velikost (ale není to nic záasadního :-).

• Michal (10/5): - Poloha apartmánu byla ideální z hlediska nákupů (NC Vaňkovka za rohem), tak i pro dostupnost centra, či jiných částí Brna (zastávka MHD pod okny a ÚAN Zvonařka do 5 minut).

• Monika (10/5): - Moderní,nový apartmán v nově zrekonstruovaném bytovém domě. K dispozici dva výtahy. Předání klíčů pomocí fotografických instrukcí. Byt prostorný, světlý, dostatek úložného prostoru. Internetová TV s HBO velké plus. Kuchyň perfektně vybavená. Kávovar super. Drobnosti jako cukr,sůl,čaj káva. V lednici pozornost - láhev vína a mléčka do kávy. Poloha v blízkosti centra . Moc se nám líbilo. Myslím,že i cena pobytu velmi dobrá. Vše O.K. není co vytknout.

Удобные матрасы и подушки, вся необходимая посуда и бытовая техника. Центр в 10 минутах ходьбы пешком. Приятный бонус - бутылка вина в холодильнике. Определенно это место, куда хочется вернуться снова! Даю 12 баллов из 10 :) Всё было идеально

• Ing.Monika (10/5): Výborná komunikácia s majiteľmi, milé prekvapenie v chladničke, vybavenie úplne nové, moderné a či - Lokalita bola výborná, dostupnosť do centra mesta cca 10 minút pešo, pred budovou bola autobusová zastávka. Asi 2 minúty od ubytovania sa nachádza veľké obchodné centrum Vaňkovka.

• Paweł (10/5): Polecam warto - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony: w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy są w tym ekspres do kawy z zapasem bardzo dobrej kawy :) Łóżka wygodne i duże. Co najważniejsze jest klimatyzacja dzięki czemu okna które są skierowane na główną drogę mogą być zamknięte i w apartamencie jest cicho nie słychać samochodów. Apartament czysty. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra bo jest miejsce parkingowe, dobry dojazd, 200m do centrum handlowego, 15min. spacerem z dziećmi do starego miasta.

• Jurgita (10/5): - Sklandus bendravimas su savininku, gavome išsamią ir aiškią patekimo į apartamentus instrukciją su nuotraukomis, o atvykę radom atmintinę ne tik anglų, bet ir savo gimtąja kalba. Name yra liftas, nuostabus vaizdas pro laiptinės langą, arti didelis prekybos centras. Apartamentai erdvūs, švarūs, puikiai įrengti. Didelė drabužinė, kondicionierius, kavos aparatas, mikrobangų krosnelė. Mums nieko netrūko. Mielai grįžtume. Prie namo nėra daug nemokamų parkavimo vietų, tad gali būti, kad kartais visos gali būti użimtos.

• Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy flat with all you need, even a free bottle of local wine. And amazing location right next to a busy shopping area and a short walk to the city center!
• Irene (6/5): Nice apartement but only when the weather is not too hot - The apartment is very new and clean as is the building. The owner sent us welcome messages in Dutch which was a nice personal touch. The bed and sleeping couch are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Their is a supermarket nearby. Free parking space in front of the building. Keep in mind you will need a car or taxi to get to the city center. The route is not very nice to walk and it is a steep hike uphill. Unfortunately we were very hot during our entire stay. Outside it was 30+ degrees and inside it was 28 degrees and we could not get it to cool down. There are 2 fans but these were not sufficient. One has a cooling option but it didn't work unfortunately. We therefore opened the windows during our first night but couldn't sleep because of the busy road which makes a lot of noise (you don't hear it when you close the windows). We finally fell asleep and woke up again at 4AM because of the loud trucks driving by and decided to close the windows. It also turned out we let in mosquitos and we got bitten a lot. The remaining nights we opened the windows at night to slightly cool off but had to close them when going to sleep because of the noise. We were all very sweaty and uncomfortable.

• Tessa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice play to stay, amazingly equipped and located perfectly just out of the city centre. Parking your car for free just in front is a bonus. The host is very helpfull and flexible regarding check-in and all other info needed. Supermarket around the corner and public transport in front of the building. If you want to enjoy Brno just book this place 👌
