• Klaudia_88 (9/5): - Good location, there's everything you need in the apartment. Couch isn't comfortable for sleeping.

• Kristýna (1/5): Very disappointing stay - This was by far the worst accommodation we have stayed in. The sofa bed in the living room was broken for 4 out of 7 nights. It kept collapsing by itself and was impossible to sleep on. Because of this, several nights were sleepless. The sofa itself and the pillows were very dirty, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene point of view. Sleeping on it felt unpleasant and uncomfortable. Instead of enjoying our stay, we spent multiple days dealing with messages and visits from people coming to “check” the sofa, which was extremely disruptive and stressful. This is not something guests should have to deal with during their holiday. On top of that, there was constant noise from the street and inside the building. Anyone sleeping in the living room will not get proper rest – it is loud, especially at night and early morning. We would not recommend this accommodation.
• Bartosz (6/5): Ok mimo drobnych niedogodności - Super lokalizacja, wielkość mieszkania super, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, super internet wifi oraz dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez Whatsapp. W salonie bardzo głośno w nocy oraz kanapa wymaga wymiany lub naprawy. Jest niewygodna i uszkodzona.
• Martin Kraus (Mery) (8/5): - Prostorný byt s veškerým potřebným vybavením - kuchyň, pračka, varná deska, rychlovarná konvice, chytrá tv, terasa. Terasa je opravdu velmi velmi malá, vhodná pouze na to dát si tam cigáro.

• Joerg (7/5): - Große helle räume, bett komfortabel, dachterrasse zum frühstücken top Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer läuft wasser herunter bei längerem anlassen, etwas schimmel im bad oben an der decke. Wenig Toilettenpapier vorhanden.
• JULIE (1/5): Horrible ! - Rien ! C’était horrible ! Même l’emplacement n’est pas fou. On est a côté de tout à quelques pas mais la rue est tellement bruyante et sale ! Et l’appartement tellement sale !!! Le ménage est succinct ce n’est que de l’apparence ! Un appartement vieillot qui a été mis en location pour faire des sous et sans aucun investissement pour s’adapter à des attentes hôtelières ! C’est poussiéreux, vieux, nettoyage succinct, rideaux anciens plein de poussière, wc ancien, odeurs des remontées d’évacuation, bruit des voisins constants, bruit de la rue, ustensiles inexistants, frigo ancien et bruyant, …. La liste est longue !!!! C’est scandaleux que des appartements comme ça soit mis sur booking ! C’est de la publicité mensongère, les photos sont améliorées grâce à l’IA ! Désolée pour ceux qui gèrent mais parfois quand on fait du business il faut prendre conscience de ses abus ! Sous prétexte qu’il y a du tourisme on ne peut pas faire n’importe quoi. Vous ne respectez aucune norme de location et de confort ! La literie est tellement vieille !! En écrivant j’ai la nausée tellement cet appartement m’a dégoûtée. Tout tout tout !!

• Mantas (7/5): Would not recommend for people who are with children. For a couple is ok. - The host was very nice and helpful. It was very clean apartment, it has nice big shared roof terrace for the sunsets. It is very close to the center. Sofa was terrible, very uncomfortable, i fell down two times while sleeping, it can’t hold an average grown man. Very bad… There was not enough wc paper, juice machine wasn’t working properly, no washing powder. Very noisy street, impossible to rest in the living room, sleeping in the bedroom was fine, so we rotated who had to sleep less..
• Ieva (8/5): Very good - The apartments are in a great location. Malaga's main attractions can be reached on foot. The Old Town is a 5-minute walk away. There are also bus stops and very convenient public transport links close to the apartments. Buses run every 5-10 minutes, fare 1.40€, google maps very good help. There are wedges on the sofa in the living room. It looks clean and tidy, but apparently those patches are not so easy to wash and give a dirty feeling. The rest of the apartment was very clean and good. There were several towels, a washing machine (we just bought our own washing powder) and an iron.
• Gary (5/5): Not great, false/incomplete information in the advert spoilt what should have been a nice stay. - Generally the apartment was ok, lots of room, and in a good location The chairs in the living room were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time, and the sofa had stains all over it. The promised terrace does exist if you want to take the lift up three floors and then climb another 17 steps to get to it, none of which the apartment details outline. When you do get there, you will find the table and chairs in the picture alongside all of the air conditioning units for the building and the building residents washing hanging on the line, none of which appear in the photos they show. It also doesn’t make it clear that you are sharing that terrace with another 8 or 10 apartments! The actual small terrace attached to the apartment was an absolute disgrace, small, dirty, broken chair and just not any place to spend any time at all. The letting company took no responsibility for the false information and simply blamed the cleaners for the state of the place!

• Andreas (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is great, it's a perfect place for two and it was flawlessley clean when we arrived. The communication upfront was friendly and professional, check-in and -out were very relaxed due to a key-safe at the front door. It's only a short walk into the city, supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants and bars all in walking distance and the little street next to the house leads you directly to a little hike up the hill to Castillo de Gibralfaro. It's all about expectations: the photos suggest very bright rooms, flooded with light and a terrace with a view of the city and cathedral. That's simply not the case: the rooms are rather dim, which is probably even a good thing in sunny Andalucia. And the terrace exists, but it's the (accessible) roof terrace and the apartment is on the 1st floor. So don't get fooled when you arrive: you're in the right place - and it's a good one! :-)
