Free walking tours were excellent as were staff Rooms and bathroom quite small.Breakfast is in the bakery with a voucher system. So we had to queue everyday for coffee and a pastry. Limited selection & yogurt was only healthy option.

- John (2/5): Stayed away from the hotel as long as possible. - Clean and good location, but. . . . . I read great reviews about this hotel and I wish I was writing one now. Instead of experiencing a 4 star experience I got a room which was barely worthy of 2 stars. It was more akin to a store room with frugal consideration for its presentation. The room was barely 3 meters X 3.5 metres in size and with the "deluxe queen bed" there was barely any room to manoevre. The room was noisy and you could hear everything going on in the corridor outside the room. On the positive side the room was spotlessly clean and the hotel's location was good but for £254 per night it was very poor.

- Shai (9/5): תמורה מעולה לכסף. - ממוקם מצוין בשדרת ברודווי באפר ווסט סייד. 5 דק מהסבווי ברח' 79. סופרמרקט 24 שעות מעבר לכביש. מספר בתי כנסת במרחק הליכה קצר. המלון קטן ואינטימי עם מוזיקת ג'אז בלובי ובאר קטן. צוות נחמד ושירותי. יש חדרים עם מפתח שבת בתיאום מראש. החדר קצת בסיסי וקטן. האקוסטיקה לא משהו שומעים כל מילה מהמסדרון. שובר של 10$ לא ממש מספיק לקפה ומאפה בבייקרי של המלון. מכיוון שהבייקרי נסגר לקראת ערב מומלץ להוסיף בבאר מכונת קפה.
- Laurie (9/5): Comfy go-to in NYC - This was my fourth stay here and will not be my last. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. The location is great, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A nice touch is the daily $10 voucher to use at Mille-Feuille right next to the hotel lobby.

- Brenna (8/5): Bom hotel, mas, pelo preço, pode melhorar. - Localização excelente, muito agradavel e bem próximo ao Central Park. Equipe do front desk muito educada e atenciosa. Quartos, apesar das camas confortáveis, não tinham nenhum armario ou espaco para guardar roupas e malas. Banheiros a mesma coisa, não tinham nenhuma bancada para colocar necessárie. Tive Que solicitar o secador de cabelo. Limpeza do quarto e do banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar. Cafe da manhã bem gostoso. Porém 10,00 dollares por pessoa não é suficiente. Sempre tínhamos que completar. Limpeza dos quartos e valor do voucher para o cafe.

- Rebecca (6/5): Good location but no hot water - Great location, staff very helpful. Very small room, but comfortable. No hot water - when we raised it we were told this was because it’s an old building basically. Don’t stay here if you need to shower! Breakfast was a voucher for the patisserie which was lovely food - but a HUGE queue so make sure you leave time to pick it up.

- Elena (6/5): Fint men många brister. - Läget. Det var rent. Personalen var trevlig. Väldigt hög ljudnivå. Man hör alla grannar. Tvättmaskiner var igång dygnet runt och jag kunde inte sova pga dem. När vi försökte byta rum fick vi upptäcka att alla deras rum hade samma problem. Tyvärr men de bjuder inte på frukost, vi fick voucher på 10$ per dag och fick köpa något i ett närliggande kaffe. Men det räckte knappt för ett kaffe och en bulle.

- Peggy (10/5): Heerlijke locatie in een veilige chique buurt met alle voorzieningen bij de hand! - De locatie is heel erg prettig, een veilige chique buurt van New York dichtbij het Central Park en 5 minuten lopen vanaf de subway met alle verbindingen voor de stad. Ontbijt bij aansluitend Franse bakkerij was ook helemaal prima. Niets
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Proximity to the Beacon theatre and Central Park. Felt very safe and beds were comfortable. Great shower. Our room had a view of the building next to us, like looking out at a brick wall, although there might have been a few windows.

- Anna (9/5): Perfect location, great stay and fantastic staff - I had an absolute fantastic stay over 2 nights, the king bed was very comfortable, clean and really great bed linen. The bathroom was spacious, nothing to complain about. But what made this stay so good on top of the rooms is friendly staff! And the french bakery for breakfast is real french. Coming from Europe was not expecting to get croissants Paris-way. 10/10

- Raiter (9/5): - The hotel is confortable, the staff is very kind. I want to give Maria a 5 stars for her kindness and her hospitality. The room is very comfortable and breakfast well organized. Is our second time and we will not assess to come back. I think that the towels are small. We also asked the staff to change the linen after a week of our stay ( we stayed for 10 nights). We think that the amenities can be upgraded according to the hotel category.
- Jose Luis (8/5): Fue una gran experiencia! con algunos detalles podría haber sido excelente! - En general fue una buena experiencia, la hubicación para quienes gusten del Upper West es excelente, la habitación estuvo muy bien, la cama muy cómoda, el baño muy bien también. El servicio de limpieza normal. El bar del Hotel es muy bueno. El personal muy atento. Solo creo que considerando el precio abonado sería bueno que consideren equpar una pequeña heladera, algo sencillo, solo para tener un poco de agua fresca (Entiendo que se podía solicitar por U$s por día), lo mismo una pequeña cafetera o pava electrica para tener un te o un cafe. En general uno llega cansado al hotel como para tener que volver a salir por una bebida. El desayuno, normal, no es demasiado practico el sistema de los voucher, pero sirve.
- Sabina (8/5): Charming hotel in a quiet but lively neighborhood - The hotel is very charming, and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. The neighborhood was lively and pleasant, with some great restaurants close by. My main problem was the lack of a proper breakfast service. The hotel gives you vouchers for the bakery next door, but there were only pastries or sandwiches, and the lines to get breakfast were huge. Since I was traveling for work and not pleasure, this was an issue for me. I also found that, for the level of hotel, certain details could have been better (for instance, proper glasses in the bedroom rather than plastic disposable glasses).

- Pauline (9/5): - The room was small but had everything we needed. We came here to stroll around the City so no need for a big room. Breakfast was at the coffee next door and they had good croissants as well as delicious coffee. It was great that you could grab coffee in the morning and enjoy it from the coziness of your room. The location was very good too, perfect to walk around and explore the neighbourhood and just 30 minutes away from Times Square by foot. Not a negative point but more of an information: the water in the shower takes time to warm up. We originally thought there was no water but after 10 minutes of letting the water get warm, you get to enjoy a good shower.
