• Uros (9/5): - Смештај је простран. Са отвореном собом и трпезаријом, такође је и купатило пространо. Није ми се допало што се смештај налази на 6 спрату зграде без лифта, те је доћи до смештаја јако напорно. И што је плафон око кревета јако низак па се често удари главом.
• Bojana (10/5): - Sve je bilo odlično! Stan je čist, uredan i opremljen. Predrag je veoma prijatan i lako je bilo dogovoriti se oko svega. Vrlo smo zadovoljni boravkom i rado bismo ponovo došli.

• Michał (10/5): - Świetny kontakt z właścicielem przez Whatsapp. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Apartament zgodny z zdjęciami, dostępny internet. Parking pod blokiem. Trzeba być świadomym, że apartament znajduje się na 5 piętrze bez windy. Apartament ma duże skosy sufitu.

• Bulatovic (10/5): Exceptional - The property was more than enough for me and my friend. We stayed for just one night, but it was comfortable and quiet! Overall experience, 10/10 (There is no elevator, so in summer it is a bit harder to climb upstairs 😅)

• Nicolás (9/5): Lovely host, comfortable and well ornamented Studio. - The studio was perfectly ornamented, cleaning was superb and location was perfect to avoid traffic and still be able to visit Nis main points of interest. Communication with the host was brilliant, he took care that everything was right in order to accommodate and enjoy our stay. It is an old building with no elevator. Lifting up a 27kg luggage 6 floors was not an easy task specially after several days of driving. Also, at night , the people staying behind us started to drag furniture around and a lot of noises were coming, sadly ruining our rest (which was really needed).

It’s located in a quiet part of Niš, perfect for relaxing. For this price, I’ve never stayed in a better place. Highly recommended There is no elevator

I have to commend the modern aesthetic, comfort and cleanliness of the place, especially within this price range (extremely affordable for what you're getting) - photos provided by the host perfectly encapsulate what you're getting. All the best for the host as well who was communicative, helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would recommend for anyone visiting Niš 10/10.
