• Martin Miras (10/5): Espectacular!!! - La amabilidad de Nico y de Alberto, nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra casa, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la cama muy cómoda, la ubicación era increíble, en 5-10 minutos estabas en la catedral, en la estación,etc. Nos recomendaron sitios que visitar y donde comer, y nos encantó. El desayuno...espectacular!!!! En las zonas comunes, tenían botellas de agua disponibles así como cafés y tés para que nos sirvieramos. Volveríamos a repetir aquí sin dudarlo. Y darles las gracias de nuevo por hacernos sentir como en casa Nada, todo estaba perfecto

Would absolutely stay here again. Loved my stay. The check in was a little chaotic, I wasn’t given specific instructions on how to enter into the building and was yelled in the face by an angry neighbor so that wasn’t a great first impression, but it didn’t detract from my experience.

• Cansu (10/5): Great place to stay if you would like to enjoy central Florence! - Perfectly clean. One of the highest standards I see in Europe. Breakfast was nice. Şima, Alberto and Niccolo were super friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to everywhere. Room has good interior design. They give good tips about the city. It is in the city center, so a bit noisy. But if you would like to stay in the city center, it is not possible to stay in calm place.

• Antonios (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts of this BnB are very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and thanks to newly installed windows, it was well soundproofed. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is highly convenient—easily accessible from the airport or train station via Tram Line 2—and just a five-minute walk from the Cathedral. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Highly recommended! During the summer, with the windows open, I suppose there might be some noise from the street.

• Esther (9/5): Amazing place. Would recommend to everyone. - Amazing location, so close to everything. Nothing we wanted to see was more than a 20 minutes walk, most things were 5 minutes away. Staff were so friendly and helpful from breakfast service to helpful tips. Room was compact but had everything we needed. The only very small thing that could change would be to add a bin to the main bedroom as there was only a bathroom bin.
• Fanni (9/5): Superb - Great hosts, great location, comfortable bed, nice street view. We had a technical issue with the AC and after a call to Alberto, it was fixed in 5 minutes. As others said earlier, the streets are really noisy, but this was our experience everywhere in Italy. Get some earplugs and there won’t be any issue :)

In front of the b&b is a 24/7 McDonald's, and at night it is very loud with happy tourists until the morning. And the windows are not the most sound proof.

Also breakfast was very good and it was delivered to the room with choice of drinks. Unfortunately, there’s 24/7 McDonald’s right next so we had hard time to get sleep …

He helped us with anything we needed, gave us the BEST recommendations for food and activities. Having a host who cares about you personally doesn’t happen often. These days. I would absolutely stay here again! Breakfast was delivered earlier for us when we needed it, honestly lovely. The location was near many of the museums and churches that you’d want to see as well as many of the restaurants. 10 stars!!
