• Sara (9/5): - Casa davvero molto bella, su due piani con tre stanze molto grandi ciascuna con bagno in camera e zona living ampia. Vicina al centro raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 min.
• Nicolas (10/5): Confortable et bien placé - - chambres et lits grands et confortables - à 15mn à pied du centre - hôte sympathique et réactive -la douche sans pression, glissante et avec peu d'eau chaudz - pas d'équipements pour cuisiner (plaque chauffante, gazinière ou autre)

Nous avons demandé un modification de notre séjour (retirer 1 nuit) et celà nous à été refusé cause de "saison haute" l'hôtel était vide et beaucoup d'autres chambres étaient disponibles. De plus, nous avons choisi cet hébergement pour la cuisine, il n'y a absolument pas de possibilité de faire chauffer. A quoi servent les ustensiles ? Malgré notre remarque, l'hôte n'a pas rectifié la situation.
• Martin (7/5): - -Ruhige, sichere Unterkunft - schöne Couch -Klimaanlage funktionierte gut - Checkin und -out Prozess klar erklärt, einfach, netter Kontakt -Zwei Handtücher statt nur eines -Großes Bad und Zimmer -Lage etwas abseits des zentralen Platzes -Musste eine Kopie meines Reisepasses per whatsapp app schicken (Mag das aus Datenschutzgründen nicht, falls mal ein Hacker unterwegs ist) -Boden des Zimmers/Bads hässlich betonartig... - Kein Kleiderschrank, nur eine Stange -Safe, der nicht funktionierte, da wohl nicht gewartet - Keine Handbrause in Dusche. Auch Wasserhahn an Waschbecken nur einfaches Rohr - Wasser wurde ewig nicht warm und dann auch sehr schwer sauber einstellbar - Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wären gut. -Für den Preis von ca.25eur pro Nacht recht gut. -Wenig Ablagemöglichleiten im Zimmer -Beleuchtung im Zimmer/Bad viel zu wenig stark

• Ana (9/5): Estadía cómoda y asequible - El apartamento era cómodo, con buen espacio, moderno y bonito. Con aire acondicionado, ventiladores y muchas ventanas para iluminar la habitación con luz natural. No está lejos del centro, 14 min hasta la plaza grande. La comunicación fue fácil por whatsapp. Nos ayudaron brinándonos una parrilla eléctrica para la cocineta. La tv no estaba configurada y no la pudimos utilizar en toda la estadía. Intentamos que pasaran a configurarla, pero fue complicado coincidir con los horarios en que podían atendernos.

• Petra (9/5): - Väldigt fin och välutrustad lägenhet, låga bra till i lugnt område, mysig balkong med utsikt över stadslivet, perfekt med kök så vi kunde göra egen frukost, fräsch toa och dusch, prisvärt boende Vi var 3 personer hade ju gärna kunnat vara nån mer rulle toapapper (men vi köpte så ett mindre problem) vattenkokaren var trasig men fanns spis så gick att koka vatten på den så ett mindre problem. Väldigt få galgar att hänga kläder på hade gärna fått vara några fler men också ett mindre problem

• Alejandro Tizoc (8/5): Muy buena opción en el centro de Mérida - La ubicación muy bien, aunque te toca caminar algunas cuadras, son distancias razonables y estas en la zona centro sin tener que utilizar auto. Las habitaciones cumplieron muy bien con lo esperado. Si tienes que trabajar un poco en tu laptop te llega a faltar una mesa y una silla confortables. El piso del baño, sobre todo en la regadera, puede mejorarse mucho. Es un punto crítico por temas de higiene y riesgo por la humedad.

• William (10/5): Anyone can appreciate how clean, charming and safe Xùva is and the staff is very communicative. - The complex is beautiful and is completely immaculate and clean at all times. It is well guarded with a gate and cameras so it is completely safe. Also, all communication was almost immediate and was very thorough and friendly.

Al momento de dar aviso y solicitar alguna solución, se reparó con un pegamento de olor muy tóxico, lo que hacía imposible seguir mi estadía, razón por la que solicité cancelar mi reserva (no porque quería, sino que por razones de fuerza mayor y calidad de lo ofrecido). El dueño se negó y aún así me cobró el total de 6 noches, cuando solamente me alojé 1 noche. Finalmente tuve que pagar dos alojamientos, excediendo totalmente mi presupuesto financiero.
• Atziri Nefertity (10/5): Buenas estancia con relación calidad precio 10/10 - No podría describir algo como tal porque la verdad es que todo fue muy cómodo y 10/10 bien precio buenas instalaciones lugar cómodo bien ubicado todo quedaba cerca me gustaba que fuera silencioso y que no hubiera ruido exagerado fácil acceso no me costó trabajo llegar mucho menos ubicarme la señora estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades la de limpieza hacia y realizó bien trabajo incluso nos ayudó en varias ocasiones no me queda nada más que agradecer todo y la única calificación que puedo dejar es 10/10 N/A

• claus (8/5): Falta luz y ventilación natural. - Es un departamento amplio y limpio, bien ubicado. Me gustó mucho que nos apoyaran guardando el equipaje más tiempo después del check out. Está bien para pasar una noche, no me gustó que estuviera con poca luz natural, no se puede ver hacia afuera por ninguna ventana y no tienen mosquitero para abrirlas.

Kitchenette could use some improvements (non stick pan damaged, no cutting board, etc)
• Mathieu (8/5): Better stay than previous time, kitchenette could be improved - Better than my previous stay thanks to the larger size and privacy in bedroom Same issue with kitchenette being hard to use (no cutting knife, cutting board, sponge for doing dishes, extra trash bags or anything to make a longer stay more comfortable).
• Aracely (1/5): Lifeless jail cell, not worth the money - Only good thing about this spot is that it was clean. I don’t recommend this stay unless you want to stay in a completely lifeless room. The blue paint on the outside really tricks you at first sight. The room itself was so gray and sad it felt like a jail cell. Air conditioner didn’t work the entire week, the tv didn’t work either, the room was full of mosquitoes and they only give you 2 towels unless you are staying 15 days or more. 2 towels for a couple staying a full 7 days without change is pretty ridiculous. Unless you want to pay for the extra charge for new towels. And trust me they will rudely remind you that they are not a hotel but an Airbnb Save yourself some money and stay at a hotel or another airbnb for a much better experience. Quite honestly the worst part of our trip - if I could change one thing it would be picking this spot to stay at.
• Juan (7/5): Good - The apartment is big and it was clean. Location is fine, in a quite area. Kids are not allowed, but parties are not allowed so I don’t understand why!!! The kitchen is really deficient, not new and far from be modern. In the rooms I missed some furnitures for my clothes and the warm water takes long to come when taking showers

My studio included a mini fridge, microwave and hot plate, also appreciated the shower with hot water and the air conditioner. Access information for first time entrance to the building could be improved.
