• Henry (7/5): Immer wieder gerne - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Playa de Mallorca – Bierkönig und Megapark sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Getränke und Snacks befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Wer einen Partyurlaub am Ballermann plant, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Hotel insgesamt angenehm ruhig. Das Hotel wurde modernisiert und hat einen durchgängigen Industrielook, besonders im Eingangsbereich, an der Bar und in den Zimmern. Der Poolbereich ist angenehm und tagsüber sorgt das Hotel mit Musik und kleinen Shows für Unterhaltung. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice top die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Man merkt trotz der Modernisierung deutlich, dass es sich um ein älteres Hotel handelt. Die Renovierung besteht größtenteils aus neuen Möbeln und modern gestrichenen Wänden, während die Grundsubstanz des Hotels älter geblieben ist.

• Evelyn (3/5): Anbefaler ikke, høylytte tyskere ødelegger - Fantastisk frokost og treningsrom. Fint område ved basseng men ble ødelagt av høylytte og fulle tyskere. Fulle og høylytte tyskere overalt de begynte å bråke allerede ved frokost. Ødelegger hele stemningen og roen man søker på ferie. Rommet var veldig lite kun en lampe som gjorde det veldig mørkt når du ikke hadde dagslys. Aircondition fungerte heller ikke skikkelig da den brått skrudde seg ned på 19 grader og ikke gikk an å justere høyere ble det veldig kaldt på rommet. I tillegg var det noe skittent på rommet med møkkete glass og dødt insekt på senga.

• Philipp (6/5): - Alles in Gehweite, Pool Landschaft sehr schön, Frühstück hat auch gepasst. Es war sehr sauber Schlecht renoviert, es wurde versucht einen modernen Stil umzusetzen aber leider nur sehr halbherzig, die WC/Badezimmer Türe war eine aufgehängte Schiebetüre die einen 5cm Spalt genau mit Blick in den Spiegel im Wohnraum zuließ schlecht ausgemalt/verputzt und alles im Zimmer war schief montiert.

• Doriane (7/5): Chill et reposant! C’est good vibes. - Le DJ set était incroyable ainsi que l’équipe de l’hôtel. La salle de sport c’est le petit plus. Très bien équipée. Petit plus bis : soirée de l’hôtel à l’arrivée juste folle! C’était super bonne ambiance. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Si vous voulez pleinement vous reposer investissez dans une paire de boule quies qui vous va. Sinon vous allez morfler. Le réel problème c’est le savoir-être des résidents de l’hôtel qui hurlent à 3/4h du matin et qui claquent les portes.

• ALBA (3/5): pretty shitty stay - The only cool thing of this hotel is the swimming pool area, the rest it's not. Wifi did not work, reception offered to give me the corporate wifi, but this one only worked from the lobby / restaurant area, not in the bedrooms. It was an extremly cold day, and all windows in the common areas were open, so not really inviting to work from there, plus, no possibility to watch netflix from the bedroom either :( The insolation is terrible, you can hear EVERYTHING happening in the rooms next to you. there were a few things broken in the bedroom, like the sink, dripping water all over the floor and the toiletries bags every time you open the sink. floor was also broken in the toilet... barely any light, just bed lights and a table lamp. Breakfast is regular, coffee is american style from a termo, no machines to prepare your coffee, and no omeletes nor toaster. In the bedrooms you don't even get a kettle either. And the worst of it... While I was on a work phone call in the bedroom with the sign "do not disturb! on the door, someone opened and interrupted me... just a lot of little bad things that make your stay pretty shitty... Beeds are not comfy and they are inidividual, asked for a double bed and they did not have it / the fact that wifi does not work / breakfast, was crowded, food was not good quality, and windows were all open!! it was freezing cold.

• Carina (7/5): - Das Frühstück war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich – da war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Personal, das ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam war. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten überaus bequem. Besonders genossen haben wir den wunderschönen Ausblick vom Zimmer direkt auf den Pool. ♡♡ Leider war es extrem laut im Hotel. Zwischen 3:00 und 5:00 Uhr morgens war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da ständig Türen mit einem gewaltigen Knall zugeschlagen wurden – man hatte fast das Gefühl, es würde eingebrochen. Hinzu kommt, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind und man sogar das Reden der Nachbarn hört. Ich bin jedes Mal wieder wachgeworden und bin leider absolut nicht ausgeruht.

The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room and all common areas were very clean and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. One small downside was the lighting in the room. There were no lights on the ceiling, only lamps next to the beds, which made the room feel a bit dim—especially in the evening.

Je n’ai pas bien dormi car les clients s’amusaient à claquer la porte de leur chambres ainsi qu’à crier. Et il faisait très sombre dans la chambre et c’était très bruyant avec le dj en bas.

• Anais (1/5): Horrible - Rien du tout, je n'arrive pas à trouver un seul point positif pour cet établissement à part sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Le personnel est très mal accueillant. On est arrivés tard le soir, on s'est presque fait arraché la carte bancaire des mains pour payer. Ensuite, agressé par un agent de l'accueil pendant 10 min parce qu'une personne ne portait pas son bracelet. Les photos sont trompeuses, l'hôtel est loin de la plage, n'est pas joli du tout, beaucoup de mecs bourrés qui rentrent le soir et qui crient dans les couloirs, font du bruit. A fuir en famille, le rapport qualité / prix est exécrable.

• Leopoldo (4/5): Hotel muy lindo, mala administración nocturna - Buena ubicación y servicios, el bar y restaurante muy buenos y con precios bastante buenos. Self service todo lo cual me parece excelente. En mi última noche “seguridad” tocó la puerta de mi habitación por denuncias de ruido ( solo estaba hablando con mi pareja ) me tocaron la puerta de forma agresiva y al contestar solo dice seguridad y pregunta por las personas en la habitación una y otra vez, lo único que pregunto más no justificando su razón de estar ahí, el evento fue bastante tenso y me dejó sensación de completa inseguridad por la agresividad y falta de profesionalismo de la persona. Llame a recepción a preguntar del incidente y me lo explicaron con los supuestos ruidos, sin embargo 1 hora después (2:30 am) toca la puerta recepción a comunicarme lo mismo. Hago esta denuncia ya que en ningún momento se identificaron con nombres ni usaban su nombre en la camisa, de igual forma en mi habitación solo estaba conversando con mi pareja y al momento de la segunda llamada, estaba listo para dormir.

The location was good for driving around Palma and other spots on the island! The rooms were not great with sound proofing….we could hear a lot of chairs being moved around up above us but didn’t keep me from a good night’s sleep!

Blisko do przystanku do centrum Palmy - 2 minuty a 7 minut do po przystanku na lotnisko. Czystość w pokoju nie do końca, mnóstwo kurzu wszędzie łącznie z łazienką. I bardzo duży minus za suszarkę. Nie da się nią wysuszyć włosów bo nawet na MAXA ustawiona nie suszy, zimne powietrze leci.

• Myke (5/5): Gute Lage und leckeres Essen, aber organisatorische Probleme beim Check-out und starke Hellhörigkeit trüben den Aufentha - Die Lage des Hotels ist super – nur wenige Gehminuten zum Meer und zur Schinkenstraße. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und lecker, ebenso die Cocktails am Abend. Der Late Check-out war leider sehr schlecht organisiert. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir gegen Aufpreis länger bleiben können, mussten dafür jedoch eine komplette zusätzliche Nacht inklusive Frühstück buchen, obwohl wir diese Leistungen nicht genutzt haben. Trotz vollständiger Bezahlung kam es dann zu Missverständnissen, sodass wir sogar gestört wurden, weil die Information intern nicht weitergegeben wurde. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig – morgens ab etwa 7:30 Uhr ist durch Reinigung (verschobene Betten, knallende Türen) an Schlaf kaum zu denken.
