• Sezenaksu (8/5): Solo le faltan algunos detalles para tener calidad premium - La casa es muy amplia y luminosa. Las camas son amplias aunque la del baño en suite cruje bastante. Excepto el suelo la casa estaba limpia. Tiene abajo un supermercado con horario amplio y una cafetería brunch de calidad y personal súper simpático. La gente que se queja de la ubicación no entiendo. Nosotros es verdad que nos movimos en Uber pero al ir hacia avenida diagonal vimos que era el típico barrio obrero normal (no sé en otras direcciones). En nuestro caso en diciembre no hubo nada de ruido. Los suelos tenían muchas pelusas realmente necesitan mejorar la limpieza de suelos. Si tu viaje es para larga estancia probablemente te faltará menaje. También faltan percheros donde colgar abrigos y perchas en baño para las toallas que, por cierto, son ridículamente pequeñas. La presión del agua del baño es horriblemente mala y la ducha del baño en suite tiene buena presión pero resbala muchísimo.
• Natalia (9/5): Bardzo ładny apartament, ale na nasz przyjazd ktoś chyba zapomniał zmienić pościel. - Jest to duże nowoczesne mieszkanie, w spokojnej okolicy, blisko plaży. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Miałyśmy wrażenie że pościel nie została zmieniona na nasz przyjazd. Były na niej widoczne włosy. Gdyby nie to, to oceniłabym apartament na 10.

Detalle de cápsulas de café aunque éramos 5 y había 4 La zona, no es buena zona y pocos bares alrededor, hay uno muy caro Justo al lado. Las toallas nos la encontramos sucia,la secadora puesta y toallas mojadas en el exterior no sabíamos cuál utilizar. Sofá pequeño para 5 que fuimos, es uno de 3 plazas y encima estaba roto la parte de abajo.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail — from kitchenware to small household items that make the stay truly pleasant. The apartment is clean and bright, with a lovely interior that creates a homey atmosphere. Great location — close to shops, cafes, and with convenient access to the city center. The host is attentive and always available. Definitely recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Además, la calidad de las toallas era baja (finas y no muy blancas, desgastadas). Las toallas de lavabo eran negras, lo cual no es recomendable para una vivienda de alquiler.

• Dominik (9/5): - Świetne miejsce nawet na dłuższy pobyt! Bardzo fajnie wyposażone, szybka komunikacja z gospodarzem. Spokojna okolica blisko stacji metra, w tym samym budynku na parterze market. Polecam! Zasłona pod prysznicem niestety była mocno brudna, mogłaby zostać wymieniona.

Realmente solo fue para dejar la muda del día siguiente y dormir La verdad es que todo está muy bien ordenado Y espacioso, el balcón es ancho. La cama muy cómoda pero las almohadas muy altas y duras Lo que no me gustó fue la scape room para poder entrar en casa jajaja. Entiendo lo de la seguridad pero demasiados códigos para acceder, todo muy futurista, tal vez no estoy acostumbrada... La cerradura tiene código y si vas de fiesta y has bebido un poco de más se complica el acceso, suerte que no fue mi caso pero da que pensar. En cuanto a la fuerza del agua de la ducha era muy escasa, por lo que me dijeron el baño de la suit tiraba bien, pero me costó ducharme. Por lo demás todo bien

• Irfan (10/5): A Perfect Stay – 10/10! - A Perfect Stay – 10/10! Our experience staying at this apartment in Casa Barcelona was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. Wanli, the lady who managed our stay, reached out via WhatsApp and made everything incredibly smooth and easy. She was so kind, helpful, and professional, truly a wonderful person! She even opened the door for us remotely and guided us step by step through the check-in process. The apartment itself was perfect for our family. It has three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious TV lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, from the bathrooms to the living spaces. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for our longer stay. The baby cot was provided – a thoughtful touch for families traveling with young children. The Lamps and candles arrangements near beds were so touching and beautiful. Overall, I would give this place a solid 10 out of 10. The apartment was fantastic, and Wanli’s dedication and kindness truly made our stay special. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

• Luc (8/5): Very nice apartment, good location (for us) and a pretty quiet environment during the night. - We apparently received a wrong entry code for the door of the apartment, which however was resolved in 5 mins via phone contact with the owners. Very well solved in other words. The refrigerator still contained some food of the previous people who used the apartment. Not sure how long this was already there, but very likely something the cleaning squad had overlooked.

The house is super clean and spacious, the wifi is fast, and everything is available.
