• Daniele (10/5): Sistemazione e gestori ottimi - Ottima posizione, molto vicino al punto principale della città. Comoda la casa, la quale era pulita. Semplicissimo poter parlare con chi gestisce della casa, super disponibile per qualunque richiesta Nulla da segnalare

• Julia (9/5): Close to the center - Quite close to the center and any need locations, small store just over the corner , 2 working conditioners Kitchen is fine but need to have dishwashing sponge. There is a luggage store that belong to the owner of apartment where you can live luggage for several hours after living apartment before you go to the airport- this is sooo nice!! In general the apartment is no worse than other apartments in Italy. If you are ready to have no elevator and some uncomfortable moments with wash machine- positive moments prevail on negative No lift to the second floor so you need to climb over narrow stairs to the second floor. If you have big luggage it will be a problem. There were no soap in a bathroom Some things you had to ask the owner to bring: iron and iron desk, kettle and vacuum cleaner. Also the wah machine is not in the apartment but located on the first floor and belong to 4 apartments so we didn't use it because it's uncomfortable

• Andraz (9/5): Priporočam - Zelo prostoren in lepo opremljen apartma, zelo blizu centra, lokalov, restavracij. Če bi se vrnil v Catanio, bi jo spet izbral. Soba, kopalnica urejena in čista. Priporočam.

• Anastasia (1/5): SCAMMERS - The ONLY positive thing about the accommodation was the central location The rating of #1# for the accommodation is leniently accepted, as there is no minus. The cleanliness was unacceptable... It was much less than what was mentioned in the Booking.com and in the photos. And the worst of all is that after 1 week I received a message about some supposed damages that we never did. And they asked us to cover the amount of €250 directly to the accommodation... I have traveled all over the world, I have stayed in many accommodations, and this is the first time I have encountered something like this. That was really TRAGIC, cause we left the apartment in much better condition than when we received it. One word that would describe the owners is SCAMMERS and I would discourage anyone from staying at this particular accommodation.

• Silvia (9/5): Tornerei! - Pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata! Davvero una bella casina, se dovessi tornare a Catania la sceglierei nuovamente. Vicinissima al centro storico e tutti i locali/ristoranti.

La posizione era molto buona, vicino al centro e a piazza del duomo, inoltre la sera era molto tranquillo. Consigliato non solo ai turisti ma anche a chi ha bisogno di trovare un alloggio per brevi giorni vicino all'università ( Monastero dei Benedettini e palazzo Ingrassia)
• Alfio (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. L’appartamento è davvero confortevole, molto pulito e il letto è comodissimo. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e le istruzioni per l’ingresso sono state chiare e semplici. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

• Anna (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo čisté,voňave s klimatizáciou,TV,wifi,kuchyňkou a dolu na prízemí s práčkou.Tú sme využili na opranie plaviek a plážovych uterakov lebo sme boli ubytovaní až 9 nocí.Komunikácia s pani majiteľkou bola od začiatku vyborná,pohoto odpovedala na správy aj nám odporučila kam sa ísť najesť.Bonusom bolo,že nám umožnila zostať na byte celý deň lebo sme mali odlet až v noci.Ďakujeme ❤️

• Jessica (7/5): Essential stay - Great location to visit Catania and the surroundings, quiet street. Park always available (most of the times for free). super helpful staff. Quite new apartment. Possibility to leave the luggage after the check-out. There are quite a lot missing things: a mirror, a wardrobe and something to leave your products inside the bathroom. No window in the bathroom, very small shower.

• Pawel (9/5): Awesome! - All great - modern, clean, good communication with the owner, not far from the centre. Would be easier to add city tax to the price, than collecting it In cash. However this a normal practice In Italy.
