• Judyt (10/5): - Es un oasis de tranquilidad,nada más entrar por la puerta ya tú cerebro empieza a desconectar.Cocina pequeña pero muy práctica, salón acogedor y la habitación de madera es una maravilla.Y por supuesto lo mejor es el jacuzzi y la zona de barbacoa la cuál disfrutamos todo el día.La atención por parte del anfitrión muy buena ya que tuvimos una pequeña incidencia y él nos dio una solución muy correcta.

• Melanie (2/5): schöne Unterkunft, wurde aber einfach verschmutzt übergeben - Der Außenbereich mit dem Ausblick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Insgesamt hat auch die Unterkunft eine angenehme Größe für zwei Personen und ist gut gelegen, nur ein paar Autominuten vom Strand Playa San Juan. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist von einer kurzen Privatstraße aus erreichbar, an der auch weitere Unterkünfte ähnlicher Art, sowie ein Gehege mit Eseln und Hühnern, liegen. Es wurde nach Abreise der vorherigen Gäste einfach nicht geputzt! Augenscheinlich war jemand dort, um den Müll rauszubringen und das Bett zu machen - ohne das Bettzeug zu tauschen; stattdessen wurden die Kissen einfach umgedreht! Verschmutzter Boden, Haare überall - insbesondere in der Dusche - und mehrere Flecken auf dem benutzten Bettzeug! Ich habe den Gastgeber daraufhin kontaktiert mit Fotos und gefragt, ob ggf. noch nicht gereinigt wurde. Er antwortete mir, dass heute nicht geputzt wird. So eine Aussage habe ich noch nie von einem Gastgeber gehört. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass die Dusche so nicht nutzbar und auch das dreckige Bettzeug nicht akzeptabel sei, antwortete er, das Reinigungspersonal wäre heute etwas spät dran, aber gleich da. Anschließend behauptete er, der Reinigungstrupp würde jetzt vor der Tür stehen und ich ließe ihn nicht rein. Es stand allerdings niemand vor der Tür, was ich ihm ebenfalls mithilfe von Fotos versuchte klarzumachen. Er hielt trotz der Fotos daran fest, dass das Reinigungspersonal dort sei. Letztendlich bot er mir an die Buchung zu stornieren, anstatt tatsächlich eine Reinigung am gleichen Tag zu veranlassen. Eine Stornierung kam natürlich nicht infrage, da ein Hotelzimmer so kurzfristig sehr teuer geworden wäre. Nachdem ich ihn nochmal aufgefordert hatte sofort einen sauberen Zustand herzustellen, wurde ich vom Gastgeber ignoriert. Auch eine Kontaktaufnahme zu Booking konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Das Reinigungspersonal kam dann erst am nächsten Morgen (übrigens ohne vorherige Ankündigung) und entschuldigte sich auch für den Zustand der Unterkunft. Danach war alles angemessen sauber. Der Gastgeber ist während meines Aufenthalts nicht selbst aufgetaucht. Am letzten Tag bot er mir aber noch an, ich könnte noch eine weitere Nacht kostenfrei bleiben, was aufgrund meines geplanten Rückflugs nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Auf meinen Gegenvorschlag mir die erste Nacht aufgrund des Vorfalls zu erstatten, habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten.
• Casa La Vista (9/5): - Ein wirklich toller Platz für 2! Der Jacuzzi ist ein Traum, mit dem schönen Blick, genial! Auch sonst wurde aus dem kleinen Häuschen das Beste heraus geholt! Das Schlafsofa ist nicht so bequem, aber das Bett! Zu viert es drinnen schon eng.
• Javier (1/5): - We booked this accommodation specifically to enjoy the private jacuzzi. Before arriving, I saw some reviews saying the jacuzzi was cold and dirty, but I decided to take the risk and give the place a chance. I even contacted the owner in advance and asked him to make sure the jacuzzi would be clean and hot before our arrival, and he told me there would be no problem. However, when we arrived the jacuzzi was cold and extremely dirty, with visible dirt, debris and what looked like leftover grime inside the water and around the edges. It clearly had not been cleaned or prepared at all. Because the water was so cold and the jacuzzi was in such an unhygienic state, we could not even get into it or use it, which completely ruined the purpose of our stay. When we told the owner about the issue, he offered no real help and basically ignored the problem. After we left, he claimed that the temperature could be configured, but this is simply not true. If you check the controls, you will see that you can only change the lights and the bubbles/jets, not the temperature. The only way to actually configure the temperature would be through a technician or someone with access to the technical system, not by guests. This feels very misleading because the private jacuzzi is clearly one of the main reasons people book this place. If your idea is to enjoy a private jacuzzi, do not book this place — it was cold, extremely dirty, and completely unusable for anyone with basic hygiene standards who doesn’t want to risk bathing in something that could easily make you sick.

• Sara (9/5): - La ubicación es genial y tranquila. La casita es ideal para pasar unos días, en cuanto a tamaño está perfecta y se combina perfectamente con el espacio exterior que es amplio incluso puedes meter el vehículo dentro. El jacuzzi con las vistas a la Gomera y la Palma espectacular al atardecer dentro del agua, lo tenían caliente a nuestra llegada y durante toda la estancia. Ah! Y dentro de la finca donde están las viviendas hay animales de granja que recuerdan mucho al mundo rural, me encantó, para mí sensación es que salimos un poco de las ciudades con ésta experiencia. Si duda volveré o probaré las otras casitas que hay en la parcela.

• Hanna (10/5): Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen dort und fanden es alle toll. Kommen definitiv wieder. - Tolle Unterkunft wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ebenfalls problemlos und angenehm. Der Whirlpool mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang ist absolut mega. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist kaum zu toppen wie wir finden. Whirlpool, Grill mit Wasserhahn auf der Terrasse, Sonnenliegen, Gartenlounge, Esstisch mit Stühlen draußen und sogar ein Stepper für ein bisschen Sport mit Blick auf La Gomera. Wirklich nicht gefallen hat uns nichts. Das einzige was ich anmerken würde, ist dass es in der gesamten Unterkunft nur einen einzigen Spiegel gibt und das zeitweise extrem viele Mücken da sind, das kommt aber bestimmt von den süßen Eseln und Hühnern dort.
• Michelle (10/5): Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.“ - Der Check-in war super einfach und unkompliziert. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Die Esel sind total süß und sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der Grill und der Whirlpool waren absolute Highlights – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Als kleine Anregung: Ein paar Weingläser und Grundgewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer wären praktisch gewesen. Auch die Ausziehcouch könnte mit der Zeit mal erneuert werden – ansonsten war alles top.
• Nick (2/5): - We had a bad experience. Firstly the cabin is tiny, which is not made clear from the photos. For example there is hardly any sitting room / living room area just a small corridor. Far too small for a family. Secondly the mattress on the bed is so old and soft it almost folds in half when you get on to it and the sheets do not stay on it. They would come off the corners in the night and we would be sleeping on the bare mattress. So unhygienic. Also the owner provided no waterproof mattress protectors or even regular mattress protectors on the bed or sofa bed just a thin sheet. Again so unhygienic and dirty ! The hot tub on the first night was OK temperature wise but we messaged the owner to ask if it would please go hotter. The next day it was even colder. The owner came and could not work out what was wrong and said the hot tub was new. But it was not working. By the end of our four night stay he still had not fixed it and we asked for a partial refund as the hot tub was the main reason we booked the cabin. He was very rude and said it was our fault the hot tub had not worked as we had splashed too much water out of it on the first night. Well there was no mention of this when he came to look at it, and to us it looked still full of water. He said instead of a refund we should be paying him for cleaning fees as we left the cabin in such a mess. We literally left a few small dirty items in the sink and a few things in the fridge as we had no where to dispose of them. Other than this just dirty sheets and towels as you would expect. I felt so upset and angry Also there is no strainer / colander in the kitchen, no scissors, there is no dishwashing machine, there is no hot water to the kitchen sink. We saw many insects inside the cabin including a cockroach. Never again !

• Adélie (7/5): - L'emplacement est bien situé et il y a un parking sur place. L'appartement est confortable pour un couple avec 1 enfant et la vue est tres belle. La communication a été difficile, on ne pouvait joindre personne au téléphone et les échanges par SMS n'ont pas toujours été réactifs. Le jacuzzi était en panne.

• Dulce Domínguez (10/5): Excelentes vistas, acogedora, muy limpia - Difícil decisión, nos gustó todo, la casita de madera, preciosa, muy bien distribuida y decorada, el jacuzzi privado, bicicleta elíptica en el exterior, buena limpieza tanto fuera como dentro, etc. No le faltaba detalle, todo lo necesario en la cocina y en el baño. Las vistas al mar, con la isla de La Gomera al fondo. Botella de cava en la nevera, juegos de mesa, todo nos sorprendió gratamente! Lástima no habernos quedado más días, no nos dio tiempo de usar la barbacoa 🥲 Echamos en falta las instrucciones de cómo usar el jacuzzi, el primer día el agua estaba fría y nos liamos un poco, pero al día siguiente ya lo teníamos todo controlado y nos costó salir de él, jeje!

• Marta (9/5): Estancia muy agradable y bien cuidada - En general me gustó mucho la estancia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y se notaba que todo estaba pensado al detalle. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas: la zona de barbacoa, las hamacas, todo super limpio y completo. En general, las instalaciones estaban genial y el sitio es muy agradable. Por decir algo, el colchón me resultó un poco blando para mi gusto y hacía bastante calor. Además, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el jacuzzi, ya que el agua estaba fría y no pudimos usarlo, aunque creo que fue algo puntual. De resto, todo muy bien.
• Estefania (7/5): Estancia en general buena! - La ubicación es buena, el lugar es tranquilo. El jacuzzi está muy bien! Me gustó mucho poder ir con mi perrito sin problema y dejar el coche dentro. La cabaña es de madera y hace mucho calor dentro. Justo por detrás hay una cuadra con animales y los bichos y las moscas son horrorosas!! por fuera está muy bien y es bonito pero el tema de las moscas es bastante incómodo.
• manuel (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Struttura perfetta per una vacanza di coppia, un vero "rifugio" romantico, riservato, e con vista mare. La casa è piccolina ma accessoriata di tutto lo stretto necessario. La jacuzzi, i suoi lettini ed il barbecue per farsi una buona grigliata, sono quel in più per vivere a pieno l'esterno e il suo tramonto, accopagnati da un bun biccheire di vino. Soluzione strategica per muoversi in tutta l'isola, dato che l'autostrada (gratuita) si trova a soli 2 km dal rifugio. Indispensabile un vettura in generale, il quale è possibile parcheggiare all'interno, comodità non da poco, grazie al posto auto interno. Servizio del host impeccabile, acqua e una bottiglia di prosecco del posto, si sono fatti trovare come benvenuto, il quale hanno reso il nostro arrivo ancora più dolce. Non solo, alla prima richesta, banale, per il cambio acqua nella jacuzzi, che per colpa nostra si era intropidita, prontamente la mattina successiva è stato mandato qualcuno a risolvere il problema. Abbiamo rotto alcuni bicchieri che abbiamo segnalato, e ci è stato detto che non era assolutamente un problema. Che dire, sicuramente torneremo da voi, qualora decidessimo di tornare a tenerife, ma sicuramente questo succederà. Grazie ancora.

• cathaysa (8/5): - Estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Nos pareció un detalle muy bueno el tener diversas toallas y sábanas de cambio para el caso de que fuera necesario. A pesar de que al llegar el agua del jacucci estaba turbia, enseguida vinieron a solucionarlo. Aconsejaríamos invertir en poner un aire acondicionado más grande haría la estancia más maravillosa El cristal de la terraza estaba lleno de cal. Sabemos que no es culpa del administrador, y que es algo que no su puede controlar pero habían bastantes moscas en la terraza.

Tiene toda las comodidades posibles tanto dentro como fuera de la casa. Desconectas completamente con su tranquilidad y sus atardeceres. • Ruben (9/5): Puesta de sol en Jacuzzi - Es todo tal cual se ve en las fotos. Un lugar maravilloso para desconectar y relajarse sin problemas. Muy limpio y bien equipado, no nos faltó de nada. Los empleados fueron encantadores y el dueño está siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Gracias por dejarnos disfrutar de nuestras mini vacaciones en un sitio tan maravilloso. No olviden acariciar a los burritos.
