- Pratik (2/5): - Area is not really great around the hotel. Observed some bad activities in the hotel at night time. not felt safe for the family and not a good environment. In the morning, no hot water for bath which troubled the old folks.

- R K (10/5): Truly a Travellers home away from home . - Excellent stay at the newly opened mid range Esquire Hotel while attending a Conference. Front desk staff especially Mr Ramesh very helpful . Complimentary WiFi Tea & coffee / water/ large screen TV in room . Mattress and pillows comfortable / room cleaned daily . Lift works well. Restaurant serves tasty food . Menu bit pricey . Would recommend to friends needing to stay near BKC .
