• Michael (7/5): Good room, bathroom with bugs - Location is good. Good AC, big comfortable bed. First room wasn't good (smoking smell) and i got another one - good AC, big comfortable bed. Many bugs and roaches in the bathroom spoiled all the impression of the room. Stuff didn't want to provide me my free breakfast (thanks to Genius level 3) but then agreed. The breakfast was very simple, wasn't worth it arguing.

• Kumar (10/5): - Located near Delhi Airport, this place is very convenient for an overnight stay. The room is spacious, clean, and quite comfortable. The bathroom is also clean, though the absence of a shower curtain means water tends to splash all over the floor. The food is pretty decent, and the service is quite good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

Every request was handled quickly and professionally, which made the stay very comfortable. The location is another big advantage, being very close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment. Overall, a perfect place to stay if you’re looking for excellent service, comfort, and convenience near the airport. Highly recommended.

• Vikrant (9/5): - I have stayed in many hotels in Mahipalpur for short stay but this hotel has so far exceeded my expectations. Pros- 1. Actual room matches the pictures and description, no false claim 2. Very courteous staff 3. Quick service 4. Good location- not too deep in naroow lane, very close to the main street, all amenities nearby Cons- 1. Though my last few experiences with other hotels in similar budget in Mahipalpur and nearby locations were not good, this hotel has honestly met my expectations, but there is always some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and different breakfast options. Overall, very satisfied with my stay here. For sure i will be considering this hotel next time as well.

• Marina (1/5): The hotel does not look like in pictures. Not worth the money - We ordered two separate beds and got only one Quinne bed with only one blanket. The sheet were discussing, dirty and It took the staff forever to obtain two set of clean blankets and sheets. We ordered complimentary breakfast option via booking and paid extra price for it and we did not received it. What is worse, we were informed about the charging after we ordered, so we cancelled and went to airport hungry. Do not recommend.

• Fan-wei (8/5): Very good - The hotel is located near the airport. The staff helped me send the postcards. When checking in, the hotel had to check three different rooms before finding one that had been cleaned. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken for over two hours.

• Ateeb (9/5): Good hotel at a good price with great staff (night staff) - The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was good and bad at the same time. Good in the fact that it is close to airport. However, during peak time it is difficult to get there by car. There was construction going on in the property during the day. I was in the hotel room and had to listen it during the whole day. However, I also understand that they cannot stop the construction.

• Kapil (4/5): Overbooked and denied accommodation - I booked the room a week in advance and the reservation was confirmed and approved. However, when we reached the hotel after a long journey, all we wanted was to get some rest but to my surprise hotel manager told us that they overbooked and they can’t accommodate a room in this hotel and they would get us a room in their partner hotel and would call a taxi to drop. This is so frustrating because we had our room booked in advance and wanted to get some rest before our onwards journey.

• Sabin (5/5): Location was good. Few insects were inside the room.No hot shower. Bath showers were not working pro - Location was about 10 minuites walk from metro station. I have booked twin bed room. They offered me one double bed. They make me to wait for about 1 hour to seperate bed.
• Dml93 (1/5): Bad acting - Nothing I made the reservation for just a few hours to rest before my flight. I checked in around 5pm and checked out around 10pm. The room was just below for the price and for the time I wanted to use it. But I did not want to make a big deal. But before leaving the room, I found a bedbug in the sheets. Luckely, I did not get any bites. Upon check out, I mentioned it to the front desk and they were only focusing on me not putting a bad review. But they did not offer any compensation or refund. I messaged booking.com, and now the hotel has reported that I did not stay in the hotel. As I paid in cash, they are now trying to trick. That's why I decided to leave this bad review after all. What a bad and nasty behaviour.
• Om (2/5): Rude staff, room wasn’t ready early as confirmed on the phone, but I guess the bed was comfortable? - Not much. Staff were incredibly rude, slow to check in (25min+). I don’t mean wait time, that’s how long it took for them to work on my check in. Then I had to wait for the room to be cleaned, after I had called to ask if it would be ready early.
