- Alejandro (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edwin (1/5): Bad -
- Bar (9/5): Great stay for couples - Private beach. Beautiful outside pool. Best tacos at the pool restaurant. Poor quality of gym and average breakfast
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heidi (7/5): Older resort on a beautiful beach - Beautiful beach, nice pool and attentive staff. Lifeguard and security. Staff very helpful and nice. Comfortable bed and good linens. Bit tired on the edges, older resort. Nice beach with beach chairs and restaurant service, but the location doesn’t allow for getting to other restaurants in the area without a car or expensive taxi. Five days of eating from the same menu got tiring, the food is okay but not exceptional.
- Martha (10/5): A pice of paradise in Acapulco - Just gorgeous! The building, the landscape of the gardens, palapas and fountains, and the ocean view.
The food is amazing and the spa sooo goood. A little the time to pass security, but it also make us feel safe.
- Sonia (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): excellent service and great clean place - very clean and comfortable, a super great tranquility I didn’t like the fact that the room we stayed in doesn’t have a coffee maker. that’s all. Everything else was great
- Jon (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -

- Jon (9/5): Really nice hotel in a great location and with wonderful staff. - It’s an old but beautifully maintained, clean and well run property. It’s up on a hill with a spectacular view, but it also goes down to a lovely part of beach with a nice swimming pool area. There’s a restaurant on the beach and one at the top, both serving good food. And a nice bar. The staff are amazing; so helpful and friendly. Excellent WiFi everywhere. I hardly left the hotel for the three days. Overall a relaxing and charming experience. Nothing that I didn’t like.
- Eugenio (9/5): Superb -
- Juan (7/5): Good - Hotel needs a renovation
- Zamarron (7/5): Meah. - We enjoyed the company of our family. The paint on the exterior is chipping, there was mold in the shower. The bellboys have a deal with a certain driver and they’ll call him and make guests wait extra time and pay extra when there are taxis readily available outside of the property. The beach club is meah. The hotel is located next to a public beach, so any claims of private access to the beach are false. The ocean is not close to the beach club. Food service is slooooow. Room service doesn’t pick up calls.
- Rick (8/5): Very good -
- Luis (9/5): Superb -
- Dulce (8/5): Very good -
- Liliana (9/5): Superb -
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Aoufa (7/5): Good -
- Carlos (1/5): horrible - - location, beach terrible beds, insects in the room, air conditioning out of service with no response from the hotel
- Mariela (8/5): Very good -
- Suzanne (5/5): nice hotel that is passed its prime - great view. nice staff comfortable bed large room. breakfast was fine the property is pretty old they’re hanging on. there’s no bar to have a cocktail just the restaurant which has a menu only on your phone. we invited a couple to join us for dinner one night and the meal was mediocre and the service was pretty poor also the public each next door is distracting
- Tim (7/5): Good -
- Lutz (7/5): Nice classic Acapulco hotel (4 stars) - Nice classic Acapulco hotel, great location, perfect sea view from most rooms
Great staff and service (except for one person at reception)
Personal touch and good size of hotel clearly 4 star level, not a five star hotel
too expensive for what it is (even considering high season pricing)
- Rogelio (8/5): It's ok - It's a comfortable hotel but if you find the same rate with other hotels, probably the others are better. Nothing so bad but also not the best. - Bell boy got angry because apparently tip was not good enough
- Glasses at the beach are not fully clean
- Furniture is a little bit old and in general the hotel needs a little make up
- I found two small cockroaches in the room
- Alexandru (9/5): Very good but with little changes could be exceptional. - Gorgeous views and very big rooms. Stuff incredibly helpful and nice and try their best even when the language raised some problems. The beds probably the best you can have. Altogether a pleasant and happy atay at Quinta Real. Although they probably try their best there are places they could improve mainly food chapter, silence, pool area definitely need a revamp and a new cleaning routine ( black fungus between tiles is not a joke). Sunbeds are crumbling and the nix of different type of seating some in plastic some in wood clashes with the tropical paradise they try to achieve. Hopefully management will take this as a constructive critique and less of a complaint. The good intentions are there but needs a bit more than that.
- Hugo (8/5): great place but not really a 5 star hotel in terms of service - great location. private beach and the facilities are good, small hotel then is private. some people in the hotel were not really helpful, they don’t know how to solve your requirements, I was expecting in a 5 star hotel a more qualified personnel. The bathroom is good but needs the bathroom some maintenance, it is old and doesn’t look so good.
- Tom (8/5): Very good - The fact that there was no music at the pool made it very quiet and restful - AWESOME! The food was awful.
- Felixgirl (10/5): we will come again - how clean and beautiful it was i wish the beds were more comfortable
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful views and great service food was too expensive
- Marcelo (9/5): Superb -
- Marlene (9/5): Superb - Great location and an amazing pool area. The staff was lovely. The food was too expensive for the medium quality.
- Luis (10/5): everything great. hotel needs painting. service excellent! - everything! neighboring commerces
- Andrew (8/5): Was on par with what we were expecting. Very Mexico. Nice - beautiful setting and landscaping some staff were a little slow… but polite and nice
- Alexis (5/5): wouldn’t stay here again - the staff was nice the mini bar ridiculously expensive, the food was really bad, the hotel looked cheap and old, the rooms were super far from the sea, you had to take two elevators and walk a lot
- Amin (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful views from the rooms and restaurant, the beach club is well located with a private beach, the staff is very attentive and the food is great!
- Olivier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivier (10/5): beautiful - great staff very friendly and amazing place
- Olivier (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful views
- Pablo (1/5): Overpriced hotel, do not book. - location and staff overpriced rate, lack of maintenance, old pillows, ragged towels, horrible and overpriced food
- Marvin (10/5): Exceptional - Great customer service Age of building
- Raymundo (7/5): Good - I loved the private beach and cleanliness I was being over charged for a meal for the breakfast!
- Jerry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hortencia (9/5): Great property for a chill out stay. - location! It is a beautiful property with very good maintenance. the property is beautiful. Food could be better and staff needs to be increased.
- Milena (6/5): it was a very nice hotel but the owners need to invest to keep the good service. - it is in a good area. it is very old, it needs urgently a refresh. the towels were old. etc
- Omar (7/5): Good -
