The house was very clean and peaceful, located just a few steps from the beach. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can truly enjoy the nature and tranquility around. The host was extremely kind, hospitable, and always open to communication. We felt right at home and would gladly recommend this place! 🌿🏖️
• Brigitte (8/5): Viel Spaß im großen Garten und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand - Tolle Lage, schöner und großer Garten Leider hat es im Haus bei der Ankunft unangenehm gerochen. Wahrscheinlich war es der Kamin. Es wurde aber schon am nächsten Tag besser.

• Sabine (10/5): - Das Haus war toll, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen und einen großen umzäunten Garten. Unser Hund konnte sich immer einen schattigen Platz suchen. Der Besitzer antwortete sehr schnell und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank auch an seine sehr nette Mutter, die sich vor Ort um alles gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder

• Michael (10/5): - The house was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. Beaches near by and Patra a 25’ drive. Communication with the host was immediate. The internet was slow (especially when all of us were online) but we knew that beforehand so it was not a big problem.
• Stefan (9/5): - De locatie is prachtig. Het huis ligt omringt door een prachtige, grote tuin. Je zit midden in de natuur en hoeft alleen de weg over te steken om op een heerlijk rustig strand te komen. Op paar minuten loopafstand een taverna en ook een beachbar op 5 minuten rijden. Het is hier heerlijk rustgevend. Je kan heerlijk zitten op de veranda van het huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, er zit zelfs een wasmachine in.
• Nabil Jacek (10/5): Very comfortable stay and super service from the hosts - The location was great, with a short walking distance to a beach and a few minutes drive to the town with shops, restaurants etc. The hosts where very kind and helpful with everything. It was also great having a big garden with outdoor seating. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were uncomfortable as they only had a fairly hard base mattress but the hosts solved that immediately by purchasing comfortable mattress toppers for the beds. We were very satisfied with their service and willingness to solve any problems immediately.

Kind owner! - Very large, private and nice looking house, excellent Wi-Fi, everything very well taken care of, including how the beds were made. Very large and comfortable shower. The lady who welcomed us was really kind and very willing to explain everything about the apartment. A very friendly and pleasant person. Quiet apartment, with two bedrooms and a beautiful garden outside. Big and comfortable beds. Private parking very close to the house. Due to a small misunderstanding (which was our fault), the lady and her son were extremely kind and gave us a gift to apologise. So kind! But there was nothing to apologise for, as the mistake was ours and not the owner’s!

• Vicky Panteli (10/5): - Das Haus ist total versteckt zwischen Bäumen in einen 4000qm großes Grundstück abgeschieden vom Lärm und störenden Faktoren. Bei der großen Hitze von 35°C bis 42°C die bei unserer Aufenthalt herrschten, hat man kaum davon etwas gespürt, da die Bäume und die sehr gute neue angebrachte Klimaanlagegeräte sorgten dafür dass wir uns angenehm fühlten. Mich hat das neu, im Mai renoviertes Badezimmer total überrascht, denn es gab keine Infos darüber und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Einen neu gekauften Herd gab es auch bei unserer Ankunft und alles was man braucht und noch mehr, an Küchenutensilien. Die Eigentümer waren stets bemüht und interessiert um dein Wohlbefinden, ob du alles hast was du brauchst, um einen sorglosen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Wasserflaschenim Kühlschrank gestellt, griechisches Olivenöl und frische Eier vom Nachbarn aus Freilandhaltung Hühner erwarteten uns schon als Willkommengeschenk. Für's Frühstück gab es schon für uns vorrätig in Massen, Instandkaffee und griechischer Kaffee mit Zucker, Milch, Honig, Kekse, verschiedene Marmeladesorten, und Zwieback. Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst an Niko und seine supernette Mutter Dora die uns unseren Aufenthalt so perfekt vorbereitet haben. Wir versprechen Euch dass wir wiederkommen, Gia sas, Georg und Vicky 🤩 FILIAAA Nichts, alles war perfekt!!!

• Martin (10/5): If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay within a 2 minute walk of the sea then this is certainly the place! - Fantastic well kept house in a nice quiet location back of the road with plenty of garden. Nice facilities in the house with a cosy feel. Located within easy reach of plant of places to eat or just stay and prep your own food. Nico and his mother are very hospitable and made sure we had everything thing for our stay Absolutely nothing

• Mykoniatis (9/5): Ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή - Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια πολλή ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την θάλασσα . Άνετος προαύλιος χώρος και ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και πρόθυμοι οικοδεσπότες.. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά . Διανυκτερεύσανε μόλις ένα βράδυ, όντως επισκέπτες σε ένα γάμο που έλαβε χώρα στην περιοχή, αλλά είδαμε πως σε πολλή κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει ταβερνάκι και beach bar, που λόγω εποχής ήταν εκτός λειτουργίας . Το συνιστώ σίγουρα
• ΣΠΥΡΟΣ (9/5): Καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Καθαροί εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί χώροι ησυχία - Ωραία τοποθεσία η κοντινή παραλία ήταν καλή και εύκολα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Υπήρχε κοντά οργανωμένη παραλία με ξαπλώστρες με ελάχιστη χρέωση ένα καφέ ανά άτομο. Γενικά πολύ καθαρή τοποθεσία. Στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο να υπήρχε ένα καλύτερο στρώμα ύπνου.
• Larraitz (9/5): - En 2 minutos andando estás en una playa bonita y muy tranquila. La casa tiene años, pero es bonita, tiene varias terrazas muy agradables y camas cómodas. A 5 minutos andando hay un restaurante con buena comida a precios asequibles. Necesitas coche para ir a tiendas.

• Hana (10/5): Klidné místo na odpočinek. - Skvěle vybavený dům v zahradě daleko od rušné části města. Ideální místo na odpočinek pro ty, co mají rádi klid. K moři se dá dojít za pár minut a když máte k dispozici auto, je v okolí spousta krásných pláží a dalších míst co stojí za návštěvu. Nic.

• Νίκος (10/5): - Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Με πολύ χώρο να παρκάρεις με άνεση τουλάχιστον 3 ΙΧ. Τραπέζάκια σε διαφορετικά σημεία ώστε να μην σε περιορίζει η θέση του ήλιου. Με τα πόδια στην παραλία, αν δεν θέλεις να πάρεις όχημα για τις μακρινές και ικανοποιητική ταβέρνα στα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το χωρίο στα 3 λεπτά με το αμάξι, όπου υπάρχουν τα πάντα για προμήθειες. Όσον αφορά το εσωτερικό του καταλύματος, άνετα κοιμούνται 6 άτομα. Εγκρίνω!

• Heike (7/5): Guter Lage in untouristischer Umgebung. - Großer Garten, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen, sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Meer, Camper Stellplatz und sehr gute Taverne in fussläufiger Entfernung.
• Stauropoulou (10/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν άψογος και πολύ ευγενικος παρόλο που αφήσαμε το σπίτι σε μέτρια κατασταση δεν μας είπε τίποτα και είχε και ένα τέλειο σκυλάκι Το σπίτι φανταστικό η διακόσμηση τέλεια. όλα ήταν άψογα
