• Catherine (5/5): - It was a good walk from public transport and shops Place was pretty dirty, shared bathroom we didn’t know about. Was on the 7th floor, got told there was a washing machine and there wasn’t. The kitchen was covered in grease, dishwasher was broken and looked like it had been for a while. Holes in the kitchen wall. No bin for the kitchen.

• Guest (1/5): The bug/mosquito bites and hot room made a bad experience! Not recommended to book this place! - No breakfast. The location is 3 minutes from the tram station. There are bugs/mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten on the first night. Then second and third night. Got lots of red bumps on my body and arms/legs. No air conditioner. It’s extremely hot. Can hardly sleep at night. Moved out on the 4th day afternoon. I should be reimbursed for one night.

• Althea (8/5): Very good - The room was so fancy. We just stayed for one night. The host was very accommodating. Shared bathroom but good thing there's a separate toilet room.
• Romano (1/5): The most terrible accommodation I've ever seen - Tracks of bed bugs in the bed(!!!), the host didn't want to help and refuses to give me my money back!! I left straight after I saw the accommodation where there was a really dusty and stinky smell and even the bedroom door couldn't go on the lock which could allow other guests to go in my room. The host also wanted me to transfer the tourist taxes to a personal account and therefore wanted to avoid paying taxes over this kind of income. When I confronted the host (through WhatsApp because there was NO trace of a reception or anybody that would help you), she didn't even bother talking English to me and laughed at me while refusing to give me my money back!!
• Orinta (1/5): This does not meet hygiene standards. - Avoid STILL FULL OF BED BUGS The whole apartment stinks, and full of bedbugs. Left apartment earlier than I should because my body had bites. When trying to reach with the owner about bedbugs she ignores. Gonna report this booking

• Zoe (1/5): Bad - PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THERE ARE BED BUGS. We unfortunately didn’t see the bugs until our last day and have now ended up with infested luggage and multiple bites. The host knows about the problem and has done nothing to help. DONT STAY
• Sampson (1/5): Bed bugs, do not book - IT'S REALLY AWFUL. This flat (there are multiple rooms )should not be listed, there is a huge problem with bed bugs, my partner is absolutely covered in bites, we left early and slept overnight in the airport, there was also another couple who checked in and left immediately, the owner is aware of the problem but in denial, we have had to throw away our clothing and luggage, as do not want to take the problem home with us, all very costly, and distressing. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE I enclose a couple of photos of my partners back ,she is very upset THE BED BUGS, and the owners response and then denial of the problem, on checking their are other reviews, making the owner aware of this huge bed bugs infestation

We found A LOT OF BED BUGS in the sofa bed, and the host knew about this before, and just ignored it and continued deceiving people. STAY AWAY from this place. Moreover, our balcony was pissed by her dog, and she also refused to accept this fact. She never said sorry for anything, the worst experience we ever had!!! Just stay away, she is a fraud. BED BUGS HOST IS A FRAUD

• Victor (9/5): Superb - Warm friendly host, sweet big dog. Good and clean room, well equipped, also the two bathrooms were good. We used the kitchen and it was fine.
• Tomaszwis (7/5): Nice place in better, less touristic part of Florence - Host very communicative and very easy going. The dog, Diego, was a big positive ball of fluff :) definitely brought a lot of positive energy for whole day- and was very obedient. We already miss him :) Room was private and had a nice balcony. No problems with sharing fridge, kitchen or bathroom, plenty of space and privacy. Also flat is very nicely located, close to off-tourist track bakery and pizza place. Pillows could have been more comfortable. Also toilet seats were not attached properly, but I understand things like this break pretty easily.

• Hayley (8/5): Very good - Easy to get to from the city, just one tram down the road. It was easy to find and check in instructions were thorough. Communication with the host was efficient. Sofa bed was comfortable and facilities were clean. No air-conditioning and a small fan in the room that doesn't really circulate air, it was very hot on a 38 degrees day

• Sarah (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend staying here - Good location & clear check in instructions No fan/air conditioning so we had to keep the door to the balcony open, which meant lots of mosquitos and our room smelt like dog pee from the balcony. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and weird dolls in the room. Didn’t feel comfortable in this accommodation and never actually met the host. It didn’t feel clean, bathroom wasn’t clean (carpet around toilet and bath, was always damp, shower was really grimy & surfaces dusty) and and when I pulled the sheets back, I had the brush stuff off the bed.
• İpek (1/5): Overall, I am very dissatisfied and my stay was very bad - location was good for the price Host did not answer any of my questions, she was not polite. There was a dog in the balcony of our room, host told us there is a dog in the house (we had no problem with that) but she did not told us the dog was in our room and we can see the dog when we sleep. There was no toilet paper, security was low. Mainly, It was not a room that deserved the price we paid. The host did not answer my messages (even after the check-out) Overall, I am very dissatisfied and my stay was very bad

• Tatiana (9/5): Good choice - The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. The dog didn't disturb me. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was nice. The bathroom and shower were clean. I could use a kitchen as well. All was fine. Thank you. It was not easy to find the Danti room at the beginning. It is a bit far from the attractions but the transport system works well. I couldn't use the balcony because of the dog.

• Nat. (7/5): Good value overall. - The room itself was very nice. The terrace outside was also great. The flat is also nicely decorated. It is overall great value for money. The tram is very very close to the house. The host overall seemed very nice, we did not speak to her in person. We did not know the dog was behind the locked door and when we tried to get in he barked a lot! Did not help my friend is afraid of dogs (I did tell him when we booked so that's on us, but he was expecting not quite that much barking). The host did tell us the dog was behind a locked door when we messaged her in a panic. I actually love dogs but I guess ymmv. The bathroom had dirty sheets/towels in the tub when we arrived. It may have been the other guests and not the hosts' fault, it was just a bit awkward as I wanted a shower due to the heat. It is a bit far from the centre but as mentioned the tram is very close.

• Čupić (10/5): Cozy room, tram zone - The hostess is very nice, she let us use the whole apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and cozy, and has a home-like feel to it. The room has a balkony with a nice view. It is close to center (about 6 tram stops to Santa Maria Novella) and close to the airport (6 tram stops). We'd prefer a bed instead of a couch (but it was advertised and the couch is quite nice as far as couches go :) )
• Samira (7/5): Great base for a week in Florence, well equipped apartment - We had a private room in a bigger apartment which also hosted other guests and the owner of the apartment with a dog. The room was clean, had a big bed, a balcony and someplace to sit and eat. There was a shared bathroom and additionally another shared toilet. The shared kitchen was well equipped and perfectly suitable to cook. The host herself was also very nice and communication with her worked well. The first night other guests tried to get into our - thankfully locked - room, presumably because they were drunk and/or confused. The host of course wasn’t responsible for this but it still felt very awkward. Downtown Florence is a little ways away but with the tram you can get there in about 10 mins (1.70€ one way).
