• Val (10/5): Very comfortable & spacious home. Loved the couch with the extended section. - The views were stunning & it was a very comfortable home. Would have liked to have a door on ensuite toilet. Instructions on how to use various appliances would have been helpful. Also, whilst there was an excellent supply of crockery, cutlery, dishes & bowls etc, it would have been helpful to have had some plastic microwave containers.
• Nicola (8/5): - House was large and had plenty of room. Location was ideal for visiting wine glass bay. The property has lovely views. Property could do will a deep clean. Lots of spiders webs on windows, furnishings could do with cleaning Strangely no door on the toilet.

Suite Space Co 👎We went on the Wineglass bay tour which was perfect and I had so many calls saying that I was supposed to check out by them. They removed all our belongings and left them on the front door with missing items and they confirmed us to be at the property for the extra day as I had booked it. So embarrassing and caused so much problems for us on our holiday 😞 the property managers customer service was appalling by Suite Space Co. they told us to deal with booking.com not their problem but they double booked us. Everything about the property was excellent. Except for dealing with the property managers. • Natalie (3/5): Beautiful home. Trouble with checking in. - Location and views were great. The previous guests hadn’t checked out by 3pm and their belongings were all over the house. The cleaners also hadn’t finished cleaning by the 3pm checkin time. The property managers sent long & confusing emails with many rules, yet didn’t have a process for confirming guests had checked out.

• Doreen (10/5): Excellent views , well furnished and exceptionally well equipped kitchen and well stocked pantry. - The house was well furnished and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The pantry was well stocked with cooking essentials much to our delight. The bottom door seal of the shower screen was broken and water from the shower leaked out and we had to mop up each time after a shower. That was annoying.

• Stephen (8/5): A little cramped - The second bedroom is cramped, unable to open a second suitcase and had to use the hallway. The bathroom for the second bedroom is also the laundry room.

• Victoria (7/5): Overall a nice stay thanks to the house and proximity to beach - The location was great and the view from the house was beautiful. The house had three rooms and two bathrooms and e beautiful view. There was no clothes drier. The floor was dusty and there was hair in the bathroom drawers.The vacuum cleaner wasn’t working, luckily I found a broom and a dust pan in the closet, to clean the floor. Only two beds were ready for us when we arrived and the third room was quite messy with comforters pillows and bedsheets all mixed up in bundles left on the bunk beds so we had a hard time finding clean bed sheets to make one extra bed for my second son. We needed a total of three beds being a family of four.

• Inge (9/5): A comfortable stay in a beautiful location - It was very open plan, comfortable, clean and location was excellent. The little extras, games, pantry items, coffee pods, very much appreciated. The sunroom and outdoor deck was great as well We loved everything about it
• Nadene (5/5): Great location but property itself was disappointing. - The views were lovely, and the enclosed front area was a nice space to sit in the evenings. The property was generally a bit tired and in need of some maintenance, and didn’t feel very clean. The main surfaces (e.g. kitchen bench tops) had been cleaned but the table in the enclosed verandah was dirty, all the blinds and windowsills were dusty and there were dead flies, the light fittings and ceilings had dusty cobwebs, the carpet didn’t look vacuumed, etc. The couch was stained and sagging, so we didn’t use it. Given the long list of conditions and potential additional cleaning charges that could be incurred by us as guests that was sent to us upon booking, and the printed list we found inside when we arrived, it was disappointing to find the property in this condition. The property has only tank water but no filter for drinking water, which would have been good to know before booking so we could be more prepared - however, there was an urn provided for us to fill with boiled water. The toilet off the main bedroom has no door, which we just found a bit weird.

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The location was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and as someone holidaying with a friend it was great too have the two very separate areas to sleep. The kitchen facilities were great. Accessing streaming platforms was very complicated/didn’t work. I felt the air conditioner wasn’t big enough to cover the large open space. Otherwise, if the heating was put on beforehand would have helped that. Locking the doors was very difficult and took about 10mins as they were very stiff. It was very frustrating as we just wanted to leave.
