Katta rahmat, bu maskanga yanada ko‘p muvaffaqiyatlar tilayman! La propriétaire est très sympathique, elle parle ouzbek mais également russe et je crois anglais donc c'est pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. La petite cour est très agréable au soleil.

Il punto forte è l’ospitalità: lo staff è davvero disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa. Le recensioni già parlavano molto bene della colazione fatta in casa e anche la nostra esperienza è stata super positiva: avendo un volo molto presto, la signora si è svegliata apposta per prepararci una colazione da portare via e ci siamo mangiate degli ottimi pancakes fatti in casa. La piscina e il cortile interno sono probabilmente la parte migliore della struttura: dopo giorni di spostamenti o un viaggio lungo è un posto davvero rilassante dove staccare e recuperare energie. Per questo lo vedo come una scelta top soprattutto a fine viaggio, quando si ha voglia di rallentare un po’.

This is where you can truly experience the city of Tashkent and the country of Uzbekistan. If you want to understand the traditional way people in this country relax and live, please listen carefully to what I say. The most wonderful part is the courtyard. Even under sunlight so strong it feels deadly, the tapchan (traditional raised wooden platform) is truly paradise. A cool breeze passes through the beautiful green garden and cools your body. During the hottest hours of the day, leave the tourist attractions for a while and rest here instead. Sit down, slow down, and enjoy the gentle passing of time. The staff treat you like “the grandmother in your family who loves you the most.” They are kind, attentive, and always looking after you. How would you like your breakfast? Would you like eggs and sausages? Do you have enough tea? Is there anything you need? Staying here feels like coming back to a family home where you can truly relax and feel at peace. The rooms are also excellent and fully equipped. There is a refrigerator, a large comfortable bed, modern air conditioning, and a shower with plenty of hot water available immediately. Everything is polished perfectly and kept extremely clean. In a city where taxis are unbelievably cheap and astonishingly convenient, this hotel has an almost perfect location. There are even three Korzinka supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. (Can you believe it?!) Even if you are the kind of person who only wants to walk for five minutes, don’t worry—within five minutes, you can still find shops selling drinks and snacks. Of course, there are also plenty of restaurants nearby. A 10-minute taxi ride will take you to Amir Temur Square. It is a perfect place for a walk in the early morning or after sunset. This is not a negative point about this hotel, but simply something to note that was clearly stated in advance. There is no hair dryer provided in the room. The electrical outlets in the room are the round European type, so travelers from countries that use different plug types should prepare a round plug adapter in advance. (However, they cost only about 3 USD in Uzbekistan, so buying one locally is also an easy option.)
• Erik (10/5): Best place to stay in Tashkent! - We had a fantastic stay with Машхура and her husband. We slept well, breakfast was wonderful and we got really good recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. And the location is really peaceful - unique for a big city like Tashkent.

Also possible to connect with other travelers during breakfast because there are three independent tables but they are close to each other. The host is lovely and speak great English. :) The city is pretty big, so we need to get a Yandex/Bus from the Guesthouse to the main touristic places of the city. But given how great was the Guesthouse and how cheap are Yandex/Bus, is definitely worth it.

Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. We would return here anytime and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taschkent.
• Nirmal (10/5): Wonderful, excellent hosts and lovely atmostphere - Mashura and her daughter took such good care of us. I had fallen terribly ill after Samarkand, and she arranged an appointment with a doctor. My wife came along with me because her Russian is far better than mine. They offered to look after our 10-month-old son to avoid taking him to the clinic, and though he is a tough nut with strangers, he was perfectly fine with them. The doctor didn't charge us a single penny either. We also had some trouble with money, as it was our last day and we hadn't exchanged all our cash into the local currency. She gladly gave us the local currency in exchange for dollars. She also arranged our taxi for 3 AM and made sure she was awake to see us off. And the breakfast — mind-blowing, period. 10 mins walk is an excellent Georgian restaurant too. It wasn't bang in the middle of the city centre so for those who want to visit some fancy restaurants and must see places, which isn't so many in Tashkent to be honest, then it is 15-20 minutes ride by car. We came to relax after all the hectic travel around Uzbeskistan so it was just perfect

Ein wunderbarer Imhof mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten , mit Liebe ausgestattet. Auch die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sauber, funktionierende Dusche, sehr bequeme Betten etc. Und vor allem die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und ehrlich interessiert an den Gästen . Trotz vieler anderer guter Erfahrungen in Usbekistan war die Unterkunft die Beste auf der Reise . Und den Preis auf jeden Fall wert Die Lage ist schon etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber in Taschkent nimmt man sowieso immer ein Taxi, die Fahrt in die City hat 2,50€ gekostet, von Tür zu Tür . Außerdem gibt es gleich nebenan eine Straße mit Restaurants, Clubs und Läden … und ohne Touristen👍

Во-первых было легко связаться с хозяевами дома еще до приезда и обсудить все нюансы заселения, так как прилет был ночной. Не было проблем с заселением. Меня там ждали, а это так важно и приятно для начала лучшего отдыха ❤️ Во-вторых получаешь чистый номер со всем самым необходимым и стилизованным национальными деталями. Для меня было прекрасно не иметь в номере часов и телевизора. Это и есть отдых, это сильно расслабляет после того, когда ты 24/7 живешь в суете и по времени и с кучей информации. В-третьих этот прекрасный цветущий дворик с атмосферными столиками и топчанами. Спать с открытым окном максимально безопасно и просыпаться под пение птиц просто шикарно. Кстати о безопасности. Двор закрыт на ключ и посторонние не войдут, а соседи по номерам очень приличные люди 😁 В-четвертых - это прекрасные, наивкуснейшие завтраки. Подача в национальных сервизах еще больше придает вкус и так очень сытному и вкусному завтраку. А завтракать на свежем воздухе просто нереально приятно. Ну, и всего этого не было бы если не замечательные хозяева дома!!! Радушию, приветливости и заботы нет предела. Ты реально себя чувствуешь принятым ❤️❤️❤️ Высокий сервис обслуживания и в тоже время теплое дружеское общение-дорогого стоит. Для меня было идеально после насыщенного дня путешествия по городу вечером прятаться в тишине и уюте этого дома❤️ Расположение не имеет значение( хотя все в поляне доступно) так как такси очень не дорогое и с приложение Яндекс можно без проблем двигаться в любые направления. К примеру до аэропорта всего 200₽, а уехать в зоопарк на край города 300₽. Не цены, а песня 😁 Но в этом и опасность, что не замечаешь как вылетают деньги 😁 Если вас не чем уже не удивишь и хочется именно для души, для ощущений, то это именно то место.

The breakfast was the best that we had during our Usbekistan journey. But what truly sets this place apart is the genuinely friendly and caring owners. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center — but with Yandex being so affordable, getting around is really no problem at all!

Nous avions peur que le logement soit trop excentré à cause des commentaires, mais il est à 10/15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Plusieurs grands hôtels se trouvent d'ailleurs à cet emplacement à des prix nettement supérieurs. Endroit calme et silencieux ce qui est rare à Tachkent! Quizá está un poco más alejado que otros, pero el yandex es muy barato, merece la pena igualmente, es una zona muy tranquila y segura

• Roger (8/5): The best start for a Holiday in Uzbekistan! - We chose the Green Yard Boutique Hotel very early due to the good reviews. We later learned that it has just opend in 08/2024 and we received valuable tips and assistance for our planned family trip two months before the trip, and they were also very helpful during our stay whenever a question or Language problem arose. Even in the very hot month of August, you can relax in the courtyard (large walnut tree, small swimming pool). All rooms have air conditioning. Everything is very tidy, very clean, and new. Breakfast is fantastic. In addition to Uzbek and Russian, the family also speaks English and Farsi. There are a selection of good restaurants within walking distance. Since we mostly use inexpensive taxis, all the sights are inexpensive and easily accessible from there, and the Central Market is 25 minutes away. We were particularly impressed by the family's warm welcome, their flexibility, and their help with many small things. The hostess deliberately chose a maximum of 10 guests to ensure she had plenty of time for them and also time for a pleasant conversation. We were thoroughly satisfied and can only recommend this boutique hotel and wish them all the best for the future and a return visit.

• Jenny (10/5): Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank! - Unglaublich, was man aus so einem kleinen Innenhof machen kann! - ein kleines Paradies! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer, das tolle Bad, der Innenhof mit dem schönen Pool und das sehr gute Frühstück, alles war hervorragend! Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erst dachte ich, die Lage. Taschkent ist allerdings so groß, dass man eh immer mit dem Yandex-Taxi unterwegs ist.

• P (8/5): - Mooie binnentuin en zwembad. Verzorgd ontbijt met zelfgemaakt sap. Nette kamer/badkamer. Vriendelijk onthaal. Airco zorgde voor een frissere kamer maar kon de warmte niet laag genoeg krijgen (om aangenamer te kunnen slapen.) Bij betaling werd van Sum naar Dollar gerekend en dan terug naar Sum met telkens hogere wisselkoersen: voelde niet zo aangenaam. Locatie wat ver van de metro.
• Margrethe (10/5): Very comfortable stay with excepcional hosts! - We had a wonderful stay at this family guesthouse. It’s like an oasis. We used a family room that’s very spacious and clean. Good beds and fantastic shower. Totally silent at night so you can really relax. Drinking water always available. Nice pool to cool down in the heat. The breakfast is homemade and delicious. The hosts very flexible, helpful and kind. Restaurants just around the corner. Easy with cheap taxis to different sights. Thank you so much 😍

• Jo (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation with fantastic owners/staff. - Mashxura and her family were absolutely wonderful hosts and the property is gorgeous. The home made breakfasts were delicious and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms were super clean and very comfortable, loved everything about it. Will definitely return if visiting Uzbekistan again, which I hope too... nothing, it was perfect.

Bit outside of the city center who’s war cool as the Taxi fares are not expensive at all. There is free mineral water at the fountain. Would be even better to have this water cold

• Anna (10/5): Zelené, klidné místo. Hezký, čistý a dostatečně velký bazén, krásně zařízené pokoje, SUPER SERVIS. - Snídaně byla velmi dobrá a velká. Vlastně to byl brunch. Paní majitelka nám ji vždy naservírovala ke stolku před pokojem na předem domluvenou hodinu a aby na jídlo nesedal hmyz, kterého je zde málo, přikryla krásným krytem. Čerstvé ovoce, džus, čaj, domácí marmelády, vynikající uzbecký chléb, volské oko, párky, zeleninka, palačinky a ještě nějaké místní sladkosti. Vůbec jsme nepotřebovali obědvat a snídani jsme si vždy opavdu užili. No a nutno podotknout, že kvalita potravin daleko předčila tu naši. Takovou chuť rajčete si pamatuju naposledy z dětství, což je hodně dávno.

• Qureshi (3/5): Bad experience! Among all the boutique hotels we have stayed this was the worst one. - The elderly, warm and kind man at reception. Over priced. Poor quality of breakfast; general layout of the courtyard with clothes hanging, and household stuff scattered around.

The sumptuous breakfast is always served hot and fresh. It’s truly a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. • Winfried (10/5): - Das Green Yard ist ein tolles Guesthouse, in dem man, obwohl in einer modernen Hauptstadt gelegen, in die usbekische Kultur eintauchen kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Garten mit dem Schwimmbad und gemütlichen, schattigen Sitzecken ist eine kleine Oase zum Erholen.Das Frühstück im Garten ist ausgezeichnet und wird stilvoll serviert.
