• Minou (7/5): Door de locatie echt de moeite waard. - De locatie ligt perfect, meer centraal kan bijna niet. Ik heb een andere kamer gekregen dan geboekt. Wifi was echt slecht, daardoor lukte het bijna niet om ‘s avonds een serietje te kijken oid. Op mijn tel ook meer geen connectie met wifi dan wel.

TV did not work, Netflix did not work. Raised with online help many times. No resolution to either issue over 2 nights.

• Christine (8/5): Der Preis für dieses Zimmer war sehr gut. Die Lage war hervorragend , aber Eingang und Stiegenhaus - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Wir taten uns bei der Ankunft etwas schwer, den Eingangscode zu entschlüsseln. Zum Glück war gerade jemand da, der uns geholfen hat. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber der Eingang , das Stiegenhaus und der Lift waren sehr desolat. So schade!

Ich persönlich fand das Einzige schade, dass es kein Duschvorhang gab, und der Duschdruck nicht so stark war, dies sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten.

• Wilson Alejandro Martínez Sánchez (3/5): - La ubicación 1. No tienen un front desk para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. 2. Las habitaciones se ven modernas, pero no lo son. Las paredes son en drywall y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la habitación contigua. El baño no tenía ventilación, así que los malos olores permanecen y se expanden por la habitación. La televisión no funcionó y como no hay front desk no había alguien a quien pudiera pedir ayuda. 3. El Palacio Palffy es un edificio del siglo XVI, y ellos trataron de adecuarlo para un hotel y darle apariencia de modernidad, pero en realidad no lo consiguieron. 4. Si tienes sed o necesitas algo en la noche no tienes a quien acudir ni siquiera una máquina donde comprar algo. 5. Pagas el precio de un hotel 4 estrellas pero no recibes más que una cama limpia en una habitación decorada para parecer nueva sin amenidades ni servicio al huésped. Yo no volvería y no recomiendo este lugar. Menos aún si viajas con niños, cómo fue mi caso.

I also liked the small kitchen, and although this accommodation doesn’t have a front desk, the Arbio Team Vienna responds very quickly to messages and requests. I didn't have a desk to work at; it would be a good idea to keep one

Beaucoup de choses sont en mauvais état (prises qui se détachent du mur, lampes cassées et faux contacts électriques, meubles mal bricolés, etc). La propreté est discutable (poils, linge de cuisine mal-odorants, vaisselle rangée encore grasse). La cuisine est sous-équipée (pas de machine à café, très peu d'ustensiles, four impossible à faire fonctionner, etc.).

Al ser un apartamento, sería bueno que tenga tostadora para el desayuno y un Trapito para secar los platos. Era complejo controlar la calefacción, algunos días pasamos frío. Sábanas individuales tipo bolsas de dormir!

Siamo rimasti chiusi fuori dall'appartamento, il numero di telefono fornito risultava inesistente e non c'era personale sul posto; l'unica assistenza è stata una voce al citofono che ci intimava di andarcene. La situazione è diventata un'emergenza medica perché i farmaci salvavita del mio compagno erano bloccati all'interno della stanza e lui ha iniziato a sentirsi male. Di fronte alla totale assenza e negligenza da parte dell'host, sono stata costretta a chiamare la polizia. Un comportamento inaccettabile.

• Marcos (1/5): - Desde varias semanas antes estuvimos avisando de que íbamos a llegar antes de las 3, hora del check-in por si fuera posible entrar sobre las 2, más o menos nos dieron a entender que sí y si no que había la opción de dejar las maletas en la recepción mientras, nada más entrar en las instalaciones un hombre que estaba allí que sería el responsable o similar nos dijo que que hacíamos allí que esto era la parte "elegance" que nosotros no pintábamos nada allí, (habíamos reservado la mejor habitación que había que por supuesto era "elegance", de hecho la propia habitación se llamaba "habitación elegance" pero que nada, que nos fuéramos no nos quería ni escuchar, que está no era nuestra parte y que buscáramos por el edificio cual era la nuestra, le enseñamos la reserva y la conversación en la que decía lo de entrar antes y que podíamos dejar las maletas en recepción, nos dijo que para ir a recepción teníamos que coger el ascensor, subir una planta, cruzarla y bajar las escaleras de nuevo a la planta 2, cuando cruzando por el hotel no habia más de 10 segundos andando, nos tuvimos que ir de nuevo cargando con las maletas. La habitación un auténtico despropósito tendría en las paredes en total fácilmente 80 roces, a lo que hay que sumarle cercos de humedad en forma de goteras que había debajo del aire acondicionado el cual no tenía el mando, en la habitación otro cerco de unos 25cm pintado de otro color, reservamos esa habitación porque tenía cocina y no había ningún tipo de menaje de cocina, ni una sartén, ni una olla ni una espátula o cuchara de madera para mover la comida, además también pillamos esa habitación porque tenía 45 m² que serían más bien 20 o 25 m² Sinceramente un auténtico despropósito de reserva.

• David (9/5): Unbelievable location - The location is unbelievable. The view out of my window was as good as anything in Vienna - over the national library and Burg. And Arbio, who administered the place for my booking, was excellent. They sent crystal-clear check-in instructions, and answered all my questions very efficiently. The layout of my apartment was a bit strange - you had to go through the bathroom to get to the main room. The fittings were fine, if not luxurious.

• Jessica (1/5): I was unable to stay here as they didn’t provide required info for check-in and incorrect contact # - The building and location is nice — I did NOT enter a room nor get to see as they failed to provide me the required info to do so. Their contact number has too many numbers so you are unable to call. They failed to provide a check-in link in time to check-in as paid for. They never gave a room number nor way of entry. They were very unresponsive on Booking. And without providing a reason, they said they could no longer accommodate me after taking my payment and confirming my stay. They stole my money and left me anxious and in fear being in a foreign country without a safe place to stay.

• Hannah (10/5): Location perfetta!!! - Sicuramente la migliore location a Vienna. Si può raggiungere diversi punti turistici a piedi 5/6 minuti, ristoranti, caffè e centro. L’appartamento è molto pulito e ordinato. Pulizia 10/10. Abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà a trovare l’appartamento una volta dentro l’edificio perché le istruzioni non sono state molto chiare. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema di comunicazione e ci ho messo quasi mezz’ora a trovare l’appartamento. Dopo un po’ di volte a salire su e giù, finalmente ho trovato. A parte questo inconveniente, tutto il resto è andato molto bene!

We got a message explaining how to get into our room. Showing we have to go up to the 2nd floor. However when we got out from the elevator there was a worker first said it is not correct place. Then said it is too early it was 14:00 but we have to check in 15:00. Then we asked if there is a luggage drop. There was a room at 3rd floor without lock and any camera view. So risky to leave belongings. Finally when at 15:00 we went back to 2nd floor the same worker was there. Again said this is not right place. But when I showed the message he said there is a door on left side which there is no any information but a code is required to get in. There was not any code in our message. There was written type code below but no code was available. Finally from booking I found a link and reservation number literally was the document link. It's very difficult and complicated to get into the room. At the end also when I send a message from booking to owner if there is a luggage storage. Reply was to leave it for Elegance apartment which they have reception. However they didn't accept our luggage. They are only for their customers. So be aware about these difficulties.
• Simon Uhrskov (6/5): Great location, good price but not very comfortable apartment - Very good location, comfortable bed and easy to access the building and room. Not very clean sofa or bed, the apartment was not in a good shape and very small bath.

• Kay (8/5): Weekend getaway - The location was great and only minutes walking distance to main attractions and restaurants/cafes/shops. The room was clean, nicely renovated. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and big pillows which was great. We read other guests reviews that complained about the apartments being very difficult to find and not getting responses or help from staff, that there was noise from a club downstairs, that the apartment walls were thin and they could hear noise. This had made us very anxious about what to expect. We were relieved and happy that we DID NOT experience any of these and we were very pleased with the room and our stay was pleasant. Minor thing, the instructions we got to find the apartment were quite precise but the photos that accompanied the instructions were nothing like what we were seeing so this made it a little bit confusing.

• Armin (8/5): Gute Lage, moderes Zimmer, fairer Preis für Innenstadt Wien. - Lage und Preis. Das Palais ist sehr verwinkelt und ein erfolgreicher Zugang (mehrere Code-Türen) nur mit „Rezept“ möglich. Keine durchgehend gleiche Bezeichnung der Unterkunft im Haus erschwert das Auffinden des Zimmers. Reception war nicht besetzt!
• Cecchinato (7/5): - I was happy with the choice there is an electric hob but no pans to cook, only crockery and cutlery were provided. The pictures were misleading that the hob was available as it was not possible to cook.
