- Verified traveler (2/5): No aparecía la reserva y no prestaron el servicio - La reserva nunca apareció confirmada en el hotel, y nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, por lo que nunca pudimos hospedarnos allí, el servicio fue terrible. Además, el hotel está prestando servicio a pacientes de las EPS, por lo que parece más una clínica que un hotel como tal, me parece un tema delicado de salubridad, pues no se maneja como en un hospital, y puede ser foco de enfermedades, virus o infecciones
