• Jayne (7/5): Location great, enjoyed Madrid. - Location great. Check in was ok if you read all the information and had a smart phone. When we rang service was good in terms of asking for batteries for remote and info for heating. Rug needs replacing. Radiators difficult to adjust/turn.

• Raquel (3/5): Me hubiese gustado tener esta información antes de reservar - La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica y con posibilidad de ir caminando prácticamente a todos los sitios. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto y cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción, algo muy positivo tanto en verano como en invierno. Dicho esto, hubo varios inconvenientes importantes que no vi reflejados en otros comentarios y que, de haberlos sabido antes, probablemente no habría reservado. En primer lugar, el precio me parece alto para lo que realmente es el alojamiento. Aunque se anuncia como “apartamento entero”, en realidad es un piso grande dividido en habitaciones reconvertidas en estudios, por lo que se escuchan conversaciones y ruidos de otros huéspedes, ya que todo pertenece a la misma vivienda. El sistema de acceso es completamente digital y resulta muy incómodo: para entrar hay que usar un link, tocar el portero y pulsar varios botones en una aplicación para ir abriendo distintas puertas cada vez que entras, ya que no hay llaves. Esto supone dos problemas claros: si te quedas sin batería en el móvil, no puedes acceder al alojamiento, y además, estando dentro, el sonido del portero de otros huéspedes interrumpe el descanso con bastante frecuencia. A esto se suma que el link de acceso falla en ocasiones y no siempre abre a la primera. Otro punto muy molesto fue la luz automática del pasillo, que se encendía y apagaba constantemente, entrando claridad por la puerta y dificultando el descanso, especialmente si tienes el sueño ligero. También la nevera, al estar justo al lado de la cama, hacía bastante ruido cada cierto tiempo. El patio interior transmite mucho ruido de los vecinos y, en mi caso, coincidí con bastante jaleo. Además, al recibir el formulario de Guest List, me encontré con que había que bloquear una fianza de 250 €, algo de lo que no se avisa claramente antes de la reserva y que personalmente no me pareció bien, ya que no contaba con inmovilizar esa cantidad al llegar. En general, aunque la ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento tiene puntos positivos, la suma de todos estos inconvenientes hace que probablemente no vuelva a reservar este alojamiento.
• Pere (4/5): Bien situado pero muy ruidoso - Estuvimos tres noches y la verdad que es un sitio muy bien ubicado, pero muy ruidoso. No solo por el ruido de la calle, sino por el interfono colocado en el pasillo que da acceso a los 4 apartamentos. Para entrar en el apartamento la primera vez, tienes que tocar el interfono para abrir la puerta automáticamente desde la APP. El problema es que si estás en el apartamento descansando/durmiendo y entra gente nueva, el sonido es muy estridente. Además, se pusieron a limpiar un apartamento a las siete de la mañana, haciendo mucho ruido. Algunos turistas fueron muy ruidosos tambien en los apartamentos contiguos no respetando el descanso. La pared y parte del suelo de la cocina está llena de humedad. Parte del parquet está ligeramente levantado. Manchas "extrañas" en el sofá cama y en la cama. Éramos tres y solo había dos toallas y no había sábanas para el sofá cama. Mi próxima elección no será este apartamento.
• María del Rosario (5/5): - 4 puertas la primera ves complicado. Y el día hantes con la fianza alguien estrenó no intento timar. Tantas puertas y la cama supletoria las sábanas ni estaban limpias. Y teníamos la salida a la 11 h y a las 10.20 volvimos a recoger las maletas y estaba las puertas bloqueadas.

• caillieux (7/5): - L'emplacement,la propreté. A l' arrivée le code n'a pas fonctionné !!! Nous avons dû attendre que quelqu'un de l'immeuble arrive pour nous ouvrir,le code a alors fonctionné pour les 2 portes d'entrée de l'appartement à l' étage... Très pénible
• Mariya (4/5): Las cucarachas contraatacan y ¿que es eso marrón? - ubicación y personal en el baño te acompañan las cucarachas🤤😘 al llegar por la tarde nos dimos cuenta de que la cama está sucia🥹 y las toallas con manchas marrones🤎😏(avisamos por la aplicación y nos dijeron que irían al día siguiente a cambiarnos las sábanas y las toallas así que nos tocó comprar unos dos juegos de sábanas solo para no tocar esa cama🫦, al día siguiente limpiaron el apartamento pero por desgracia para todos aún había pelo y manchas en las nuevas sábanas y toallas🙁), al ir al baño vimos unos pelos que se movían👁️👅👁️ ( no eran pelos eran las antenas de las cucarachas🫵🏿) mate a 2 pero por desgracia al día siguiente salieron 5 más🌚, compramos unas sandalias para el baño porque tenía miedo de pisar una cucaracha 😊

• Ana (7/5): Great location, but a few comfort issues - The apartment is in a fantastic location — very central and walkable to all the main sights, which made exploring Madrid really easy. Access to the property is managed via phone, which worked fine for us, but could be tricky for anyone not used to that setup. A few downsides to be aware of: there’s not much natural light in the space, and we could hear quite a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms. The kitchen had the basics, but a small touch like tea or coffee would have been appreciated. Also worth noting that the mattress was very firm — some might find it uncomfortable. Finally, we weren't able to leave our bags after check out, with the host asking for an extra £25 to provide this service. And a deposit is required before you're given instructions for check in. Overall, it was a good base for our stay, but with a few improvements it could be much more comfortable.
• Stefan (9/5): Very cute and clean apartment for 3-4 people. Well equipped. The location was great and the staff very helpful. - It was the most complicated check in that I have ever experienced. Access to the building/apartment was also complicated. Everything comes with instructions though, so we managed without any problems but it is a a bit of a hassle. Still a great experience overall.

• Viktória (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really nice for a young couple. We went at the end of winter, but the rooms were really warm, we didn't used the AC at all. The bed is also clean and comfy with a semi-soft mattress. There're enough appliences if a guest would like to cook a quick meal, so it's really practical (but there're so many nice tabernas in the city centre that it's not a necessity). The bathroom is also clean and modern. The only thing we had to practice a few times is getting into the apartment, you should always look out to have your phone available. But after a few tries it's also quite convinient, because you can't lost a key :)

• Formosa (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and is perfectly located in a central part of Madrid We would like to make 3 suggestions that would improve other guests' experience. (1) Relying solely on a mobile app to access the apartment was somewhat uncomfortable. My phone could not connect to Madrid's network due to some reason but luckily my wife's did so we could go in using her phone. But what would have happened if we only had my phone? Moreover, the intermediate door number lock combination would not work so we had to use the app each time to go in. (2) The bed mattress gave me a back ache and (3) the fridge makes too much noise (but luckily we were always very tired so slept just the same!)
• Arthur (7/5): We enjoyed the space very much, but miss the personal contact. - Cute decor and nice touches in the kitchen, especially a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. The cleaning woman was a great humanizing influence. We were so frustrated by the attempts to check in, and she was sweet and welcoming. Finding the address was difficult, but actually getting into it was almost impossible. The description and instructions gave no clue as to if we were in the right place. We asked passersby and no one had heard of it. We stood outside for over an hour with luggage waiting for replies to our texts and calls. By the time we finally got inside we were so tired that we didnt appreciate how cute it was. It was very comfortable, though, and very convenient. Sorry, i put the negative comments above and can’t delete them. It was a really cute little flat and if they had a different check-in system, we would consider staying again.
• Lesley (9/5): Nice little place - Veranda was great, kept some drinks in the fridge and sat it watching the world go by lovely and clean throughout Excellent bathroom Rock hard pillows, had to take them out of the pillow case and put the cushions in instead. The entry method was really difficult for me, fortunately my husband was a bit more adept than me and mastered the weird twisting of the phone ??!!?

• Nick (9/5): Superb - The location was fabulous, so close to everything that we could easily walk. The set up prior to arriving was simple and Irene was super responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything we needed, everything was comfortable. We felt really safe here too as you had to put in a code or use your phone to unlock multiple doors which was great. Having a washing machine and clothes rack was also extremely handy!!
