The communication with the owners was great Easy pickup and drop off for the keys Convenient location Beds were comfortable too An option for late check out? There was not really an option for an early check in although it does state you can arrange it i tried to request this via booking.com but was not successful.

• kel_d77 (7/5): Great location with a large apartment - Location was fantastic and the apartment was large for the family. Beds were comfy and communication was very good. There were some minor issues but as the communication with the host was good I feel that these wouldn't affect the next persons staying there
• Olivia (8/5): Very good value for money - Great location, good value for money and responsive host. They even had a double bed provided in the living room for our fifth guest which not a lot of places typically accomodate for. Dryer is a bit difficult to operate and there was not a lot of information provided regarding the pool access induction that’s available on Tuesday’s, but if you speak to reception, they can provide more information.

• Nicole (6/5): Comfortable, convenient, clean and quiet. - The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and very well equipped especially the kitchen. Great views and having the supermarket underneath was handy. The beds were very comfortable. Picking up and dropping off the keys was a hassle carrying our bags and after a flight. The shower head kept falling off. I read in another review that this had been repaired but obviously not. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The frequent messaging and instructions (more like threats) during our stay definitely took away from the experience. Clearly previous guests have done the wrong thing in terms of use of the facilities and property damage and we felt penalised because of that.

• Rebecca (8/5): Size, views, amenities, location - this place has it all! - Large apartment with modern decor, equipped with everything you’d need to feel at home - air fryer, bbq, utensils, cosy rugs etc. The view is amazing - city lights and Crown Casino gas fires were a hit with the kids. Multiple tram stops in close walking distance so can go in all directions - direct to city, direct to zoo, direct to St Kilda and more. Lots of food options close by, can easily walk to city, Woolworths downstairs in same building is very convenient. Owners were wonderful to deal with with all messages, very professional and friendly and quick to reply. Will definitely stay here again if available!! Only thing missing is a car space but can easily park across the road at Crown Casino which was affordable and on par for what rates you’d be charged at a motel.
• Paige (1/5): Save yourself money and a headache and book elsewhere - Location, view. The additional security deposit paid direct to property is an excuse for them to extort more money out of you. Appliance supposedly in ‘working condition’ despite our group not being able to use it. Technician found that parts were missing, surely this proves it wasn’t in working condition… we were forced to pay repairs…

• Reina (7/5): Great stay and friendly staff - Wonderful apartment with fully loaded kitchen and smart TV. Very handy supermarket downstairs, but metro prices. Lovely, handy location with cafes and trams nearby. Comfortable furniture and facilities. The swimming pool and gym that were advertised were not available to us. We were quite disappointed about that because When we booked, there was no warning about induction issues in the listing at the time. One of the beds was very creaky! the other was perfect.

• Andy (6/5): 6 night - This property is perfect for a family, as it is spacious and has multiple bedrooms ,Its location is also quite central, making it convenient for the family to access various amenities and activities in the area. We had to take the rubbish chute from floor 35 to the ground floor because it wasn't working, and management did not handle the keys well. Check-in was difficult, and check-out was even more difficult, as the customer was expected to drop the keys off in a different location since we had to leave for the airport.
