Aurelian (9/5): Great place to stop for a night in Botevgrad - Great location, right in the center of the small town. Big room with kitchenette, mini fridge included. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Great underground parking and also free parking places near the hotel. The underground parking is very spacious and safe but access is a little difficult for low cars. Access could be improved.

Mihai (8/5): Nice stay in Bulgaria - We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was very nice to us, sorted everything for us with the rooms quickly, and was incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in the area that were still open at that time. The hotel is very central and easy to get to. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd recommend for a short stay. The staff was very nice. Our stay was very nice, but it's not the best hotel we've ever stayed in. If I am to be a critique, I'd say that the only things we didn't like was the fact that we didn't have many plugs in our room, and they were situation in weird places. I was not expecting to have an empty kitchen in the room, with a boiler and cups but no tea bags, while the restaurant is closed outside of breakfast (so pack some tea bags if you want a hot drink).

In descriere plata parcarii e in cazare dar realitatea e diferita. Trebuie platita la receptie. Aspect negativ.

Remus (9/5): - Este un hotel de trei stele curat, rezonabil. Personalul a fost de ajutor - înceacrcă să aibă o atitudine plăcută (surpriză plăcută!). Mai ales pentru tranzit, este o alegere bună. Micul dejun este mai curând redus, dar este proaspăt și pentru banii dați, este în regulă ( nu este cinci stele, nu are cum să fie la banii oferiți). Sunt destul de mulți români care se cazează acolo. Chiar m-am simțit în siguranță în interiorul hotelului. Încă o dată zic, a fost curat! Amplasarea este în centrul unui mic oraș bulgăresc, destul de dificil de ajuns acolo. Parcarea a fost gratis în apropierea unei școli, zonă destul de neiluminată, dar....a fost în regulă (nu a dispărut mașina). Am încercat să fac rezervarea prin situl hotelului, dar este de nefolosit...Booking adaugă un 20-25 euro per cameră minimum... Camerele cu balcon...balconul este circulabil între camere - ar trebui poate să pună niște opritori, pentru intimitate.

I made a reservation for few different rooms online and staff called me to make sure everything is just how I wanted it. I did not like the taste of the coffee from the automated espresso machine in the breakfast area. It tasted like instant coffee. The crepes were delicious 🤤

Marlena (9/5): Nice place for a comfy rest - The hotel îs close to the high way, very convenient for transit to Greece. The underground parking offered a safe place to leave the car overnight.The room was spacious, extremely clean and seemed to be recently decorated. Everything was nice, modern and worked properly. The King size bed was very comfortable, with good quality matress. The receptionist who welcomed us, was helpful and kind. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel, she booked for us at Green House, a very good place to eat. The food was delicious. All in all, we spent a pleasant evening and had a good rest. The only inconvenient thing was that we couldn't have breakfast at 7 a clock, although it was included in the booking price. Maybe this can be improved by opening earlier. .

Sonia (8/5): Fine - The Hotel is in the center of the town. Bed is comfortable and nice bathroom. The breakfast starts at 7.30am. We went there around 7.45am and anything was ready. Nobody was inside the dining room. We were waiting until half and hour until the display was ready. One lady from reception started to set up some food but we missed tongs, butter, etc We miss yogurt as well. The coffee machine was with the blanket cover on top which we didn’t know we could use it. Not much communication from the staff. There was another family sitting and waiting too.
Tarik (4/5): Alles hat nichts gepasst. - Beim Check-in wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gut, aber leider nicht sauber. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen hat unsere Erwartungen gar nicht erfüllt. Kein ordentlicher Kaffee, kein frisches Gemüse, keine warmen Speisen, bereits erkaltete Lebensmittel. Milch war nicht gekühlt. Schade.

I made a reservation on Booking for 4 rooms, king size. When we arrived, they didn’t had the rooms available offering me 1 double room (we were 8 people). The receptionist who barely know what he was doing, managed to give us 4 keys to some random rooms (not the ones we have booked) and when we entered ine if the room there were other guests in there. I can only imagine how they felt when some strangers entered their room.

E situat în centrul orașului și are parcare subterană închisă. Personalul foarte amabil. Fata de la recepție ne-a recomandat un restaurant foarte bun în apropiere (The Green House) și chiar ne-a făcut rezervare. Nimic de reprosat
