• Cristina (7/5): - We did not found location and they call us on cam and gide. Bed was god, we had a small dressing also. Like 5-10 minute away from Toledo metro station. By 3 minute away from good teraces. Spaciouse room. One wall was in fact the door. No isolation on that side. The feeling was that you are sleeping in the middle of the street. A god knife will be useful. The existent ones could not cut even a fresh mozzarella.
• Davide (10/5): Napoli è una città ricca di meraviglie e la più bella e unica sono i napoletani stessi! - Dall’accoglienza ai saluti tutto è andato bene nel nostro soggiorno da Rosaria. L’appartamento è davvero ben studiato, all’ingresso c’è posto per il passeggino e una piccola stanza con armadietti e deposito bagagli, il letto comodo, il bagno perfetto. Una bella cortesia l’acqua in frigo e la macchinetta del caffè a disposizione. La posizione è sopra i Quartieri Spagnoli, molto semplice raggiungere sia il centro che Spaccanapoli che di fatto inizia poco più in alto. Una piccola nota sul rumore che di proposito non metto negli aspetti negativi perché affittare nei quartieri spagnoli e pretendere il silenzio assoluto mi sembra davvero pretenzioso. Nulla
• Letizia Bosini (8/5): - La signora Rosaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile: ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli anche prima che la stanza fosse pronta e ci ha consegnato le chiavi all’orario da noi scelto per il check-in dopo le 15. La stanza è dotata di frigorifero con acqua offerta e di una macchinetta del caffè. E' situata nei quartieri spagnoli dove si può apprezzare la vera vita napoletana. Consigliato 100%. La stanza si trova al piano strada ed è quindi esposta ai rumori esterni, come il ritiro dell’immondizia, le voci delle persone e l’audio proveniente dalla strada. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe non essere ideale per chi ha il sonno leggero. Inoltre, la stanza si trova alla fine di una salita che può risultare faticosa per chi non ama camminare.

• Majkov (9/5): Authentic apartment in the most colorful district of Napoli, - Authentic apartment in the most colorful district of Napoli, a few steps from Centro Storico. Very good contact with owner and easy check in. We were welcomed by owner's father, who explained how to use facilities in apartment, mainly coffee machine - love it :) That's true that area is loud during day and night due to scooters (as the most of Napoli districts), but it was disturbing only during first night. After the first day we got familiar with the noise at night and slept well. In general, we had very good experience. The only issue was no ventilation in bathroom. When door to bathroom was closed, water was condensing on every element in the bathroom. When door to bathroom was open, a little bad smell was noticable in the apartment.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Best for solo travelers who just need a comfy spot to sleep after exploring. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and the owners are nearby and always available through WhatsApp if needed. That being said, it is in The Spanish Quarter, which looks a little rough in some areas and has really narrow, hilly streets. If you're used to posh surroundings, this isn't for you. This is also a good spot for the traveler who wants a comfortable home base while visiting and staying overnight in other nearby cities.
• Michael (7/5): Good for young couples. Maybe not over 35. Noisy+++ - Very centrally located with a good pizza shop half a minute away and a good metro station nearby. Pleasant and helpful host. Easy walk to major landmarks, nightlife and food strips. Clean. I liked the coffee machine and complementary bottled water was greatly appreciated. Fairly spacious. Good value for money. Appalling noisy. Naples always is to some extent, but there is no soundproofing and vespas went by every couple of minutes until around 1am each night, starting up again at about 7am. Dudes with loudspeakers going down the street every morning between 8-9am. No toilet seat. Very much uphill.

• Kinga (5/5): Passable - The apartment was quite clean and looks nice 1.It is impossible to sleep at night, a lot of noise.. I would be grateful if you could tell me that I should bring earplugs.. 2. We have had problems with electricity for the last hour.. There was no light 3.Uncomfortable pillows 4.We booked this apartment because we wanted to work and cook there, unfortunately this apartment was not well equipped. There is not even a knife to cut something. 5. there is no toilet seat and the flat smells a little bit like damp
• Roxana (10/5): Lucia is amazing and full of life. Property close to station. You can easily get from the airport to the location. - Spacious and clean, close to Toledo station. Close to restaurants and main street. Not that I didn’t like it was just the walk up the road. Not suitable for heels. However it is nothing to do with the property. Napoli is amazing all together. Of course would have been better in a flat area but Napoli is not flat all together so cannot complain.
• Anton (3/5): Extremely loud in the night, badly equipped, difficult communication. Not recommended. - Coffee machine is available, as well as sufficient amount of coffee pads. Air conditioning works well. Location in the middle of quartieri spagnoli, absent soundproofing and door directly to the street, which means very strong and annoying noise up to 1AM in the night – do not forget your earplugs! The equipment was partially broken (see photos), the toilet was not working at the arrival and the host told us to wait until the next day for the toilet to be fixed. The host barely speaks English, communication is difficult. Several items mentioned in the description are plain lies (bathrobe, outlook, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security). Kitchen is not really equipped, just a few kitchen utensils available (see photo), very difficult to prepare any food. Zero wardrobes.
• Kinga (9/5): Superb - quite spacious, close to metro station, carrefour and mini market, nice people there wasnt a sponge for dishes and no soap, the towels were also a little dirty like yellow or orange spots but thats okay, also bring earplugs because it gets very noisy, the walls are thin and sometimes it feels like our doors where wide open, if youre not picky i think its amazing, the price is good compared to quality and the neighborhood is nice, although at night you should still be careful
• Joanna (10/5): Wonderful place to stay and visit - The property is very cozy and perfect for couples as we could cook and make coffee as well!! The bed is comfy with the TV and there’s a shortage little room for luggages and bags and clothes. The owner is very polite and nice to us, very friendly! The bathroom is very nice and clean.
