• Youssra (10/5): - This apartment is stunning — beautifully designed, and equipped with every facility you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The space is modern, elegant, and super clean, with attention to detail in every corner. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. The location is good 20 min from old town , offering both convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt welcoming, making it easy to feel at home instantly. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and stress-free stay. Special thanks to the host, Kristina for her instant availability and warm welcome.
• Arvind (10/5): Nice clean apartment - The apartment was sparkling clean, and the view from the window was amazing. The apartment itself was also very comfortable. On the first evening, we walked to the Old City, which turned out to be quite a long walk, as Google Maps did not show us the public transport option. The next morning, however, we discovered that there is a bus to Pile from Boninovo, which is only a 7–8 minute easy walk from the apartment, and it completely changed our experience. The bus is free with the Dubrovnik Pass. I think it would be very helpful if the host could mention this option to future guests. Nothing in specific

Très bien placé à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds de la vieille ville ou une dizaine de secondes à dos de dragon. Notre hôte Kristina a été adorable de nous attendre tard dans la nuit et a été d un accueil irréprochable. Je regrette de ne pas l avoir réservé pour une année sabbatique ! Plus sérieusement, rien à redire.

• Anthony (10/5): We recommend this property. - We loved the apartment. We had a sea view with table and chairs behind the window. The decor was lovely, comfortable couch and bed and everything we needed. The bus system was very easy and took us straight to the main entrance to the walled city.

Gave us bottle of white wine.Got washing machine and microwave also oven. From bed room and living room have sea view. Small supermarkets about 5 mins walk. free parking along side the road. We booked for 3 nights. on 28/3-31/3/26 Unfortunately on the top floor apartment were building going on. the noise was so loud. just next room from us. when we were talking. We hardly can't hear each other.Definitely bad timing for staying on holiday that want to relaxing

We have received video instructions on how to find the parking space and enter the building. The garage parking was a huge plus. The host kept checking in via messages during our stay to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay.

• Patrick (10/5): Excellent stay and highly recommended. - Needs to walk around 20 minutes to old town but can easily take a bus instead. There is a washing machine but if it has the dryer function, it would be better.

It is a convenient, scenic 20 min walk from the Old Town and close to a local store. Kristina, our host met us at the apartment to help us park and settle in. She is a great communicator and very helpful.

• Jennifer (10/5): Utterly perfect place to explore Dubrovnik - Stunning ocean and some island views from both the bedroom and lounge windows. Lovely bed, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. About 20 minutes walk to old town. We caught the bus from ferry/bus terminal to top of hill and it was then under 10 minutes flatish walk from bus stop. Nearest supermarket is small but good. Lovely host with excellent communication.

It’s cozy and well located. 16 short minutes walk from the beautiful old town. Highly recommended. In addition, the host Kristina is nice, generous and kind. She waited for us to arrive, gave us a tour of the apartment, and offered us a welcome bottle of wine. Nothing.

Excellent host, co - Really a very nice location well laid out and excellent view. Host was outstanding, gave good overview of area, very helpful with everything. Comfortable bed, great shower, well appointed kitchen. Restaurants were a short 15 minute walk. It is a good 30 minute walk to the old town gate and a few hills, but we love walking so it was no big deal to us.

• Virginia (10/5): I will 100% recommend - We loved this apartment. It was clean and had all the facilities and fully equipped. We had a supply of extra towels, soap, shampoo and even detergent for the clothes. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bedroom was incredibly nice and with a very comfortable bed. There was a very useful smart TV too. The location was good, although lot of stairs to go get the bus and to the beach but this is what it is when you go to Dubrovnik anyway :). The closest beach was one of the best we visited, Bellevue beach. And this was only 10 min walking from the apartment. I don't think the apartment could be better. We liked everything

Firstly Kristina is a lovely host and secondly the apartment is brilliant at a lovely location. 10 mins walk from the beach and 20 mins walk to the old town. The walk is beautiful too. Parking is available on street next to the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the facilities one would need. Kitchen had all the necessary things that one would need e.g., coffee, tea, juice which Kristina provided. Lovely views from the apartment too. The pictures don't do justice. Thank you Kristina. • Boston (10/5): Really fantastic stay in Dubrovnik, I feel lucky to have found this place! - New and high-quality finishings and furnishings uncommon in holiday rentals. Clearly decorated thoughtfully. Apartment had everything we needed and both Kristina and her husband were wonderful. Just be aware that it’s a ~25 min walk to Old Town. On the plus side, it’s very close to Bellevue beach!

It's a full equipped apartment. I really recommend. I liked everything. If you don't a car, the location is like 25 minute walk to Old Town or you can take a bus on a near station. But I would stay again here.

Great walk into old town, mostly flat or down hill, our Dubrovnik day pass enabled us to catch bus back so it was very easy. Upon arrival we were met by Kristina who gave us a wealth of recommendations and extra mile bits like a cake for our anniversary, a lift back to the airport and generally making us feel comfortable for our week long stay. The apartment was kitted out with modern facilities, was spacious, comfortable and had an incredible sea and island view. It was located perfectly between the old town and down town, with beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Our stay was made unforgettable and we couldn't recommend this place enough!

Everything you'll potentially need are provided for: various type of drinks stored in the fridge; cereals, chips, and cooking essentials in the kitchen; sunblock, shower cap, and even feminine products in the bath room; beach tote with towels and umbrellas hung by the entrance. The ocean view in both the bedroom and living room is fabulous. The ocean breeze is soothing. The location is just a 20-min short walk to the old town or a 5 min walk to the bus stop. This apartment had everything we could wish for! The panoramic view from our window was breathtaking and it's better than in the pictures. Each day began with stunning scenery and ended with lovely sunsets. Coupled with the close proximity to one of the best beaches and interesting spots on the rocks in the surroundings, our location was spot on! Even though the old town is a 15-minute walk away, the beautiful sights around make the walk feel quick and enjoyable. There's also the possibility to take a bus, but we never did it. A small supermarket is located near the house and a big one is a bit further (Konzum Maxi). Cozy and well-equipped, Kristina's place made us feel right at home. Plus, Kristina's warm hospitality outperformed our expectations. Indeed a super host at work! All in all, if you're hunting for that perfect Dubrovnik experience, we can't recommend Kristina's place enough. It's the perfect blend of tranquility, location, and superb hosting. • Bastida (10/5): Maravillosa - Kristina and her husband are very kind and attentive, they take care of every detail and are always available if you need them. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated and with spectacular views, equipped with everything you need and more, it is full of little details that really make the difference. If we ever come back to Dubrovnik we would repeat with them 100%. Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

Less than half an hour walk from Old town and 5 mins to the picturesque Bellevue beach (great for swimming). Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants are all within 5 mins walk away if you don't fancy the walk into Old Town. Well connected with a frequent bus service too. Kristina was a fantastic host, always happy to help if you needed anything and was very generous with providing water, juice, fresh fruit and wine on arrival. The apartment was clean, spacious, and peaceful with a lovely, big open window for you to admire the sea view. Her info pack in the apartment had some excellent restaurant recommendations, maps, tourist info and bus timetable, all the info you could possibly need for your stay. Would love to come back if we are ever in Dubrovnik again!

Location of the apartment was perfect, very well connected. Bonus was waking up to the view. Kristina checked in multiple times to see we were ok and didn’t need anything. She had great recommendations and was always helpful when asking for transport routes. Could not recommend enough.
• Veronica (10/5): Perfect - Kristina is very kind, she had everything ready for our arrival. The apartment is wonderful and new, very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The studio has a sea view and the location is good. A quiet area, with a small beach a few minutes away. Even to go to the old city it takes less than half an hour. We definitely recommend this experience and hope to return soon.
