• Anonymous (10/5): An architectural oasis with unmatched Sri Lankan hospitality! - Villa Vikasa is an absolute masterpiece. It feels like a peaceful, stylish sanctuary tucked away from the frantic energy of Colombo. The blend of modern comfort with beautiful antique accents and cozy reading nooks made it hard to leave the property. Suhini is the ultimate host. Communication before and during our stay was flawless. She genuinely cares about her guests, helping us curate our local itinerary and arranging seamless transport. Everything from the pristine cleanliness to the thoughtful welcome snacks and premium amenities felt like a 5-star boutique hotel, but with the warmth of a family home. None

• Tamara (10/5): Absolutely wonderful villa stay out of Colombo with exceptional hosts and hospitality. - This villa was exceptional. It is beautifully presented, lovely thoughtful touches throughout the home. Our host was delightful. Even after a very late arrival time due to flight delays, the family was there to greet us and settle us in. The location is out of Colombo but an easy tuktuk trip into the city. And this makes it a very peaceful experience. There was a street party celebration happening and we were welcomed by the community to join in too. Breakfast cooked by mom was so good. Very tasty and a good representation of the local cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Villa Vikasa and highly recommend this accommodation to others looking for a home away from home experience. Nothing at all. Just perfect.

У ребят есть лукбук, где представлены места и заведения, в которые стоит сходить. В туалетах есть все необходимое! Гели для душа, шампуни, кондиционер для волос, зубная паста и щетки. Очень приятные хозяева, которые трепетно относятся к гостям и готовы помочь в любой момент. Благодарим от всей души! Нам очень понравилась вилла!
• Sue-Ellen (10/5): Beautiful! Comfort plus - Beautiful! In one word. The decor was like nothing I’ve seen in Sri Lanka, out of a magazine. Everything was highly thought out to provide a memorable stay, even filtered water from the tap. Suheni the owner and her wonderful mother who is an awesome cook!, looked after our every need and gave the best advice about local foods and which types to buy. Totally recommend this property for comfort and value. Don’t be fooled by its location, it’s in the back street and some pretty ordinary lanes in Colombo but when you go though the high security gates it’s a paradise! Nothing

Вилла шикарная, находится где то в центре города, вокруг конечно полный мрак, грязь и разруха, выходили покушать, уж лучше б не выходили) Но когда закрываются ворота, вы оказываетесь за высоким забором в изящном прекрасном оазисе вкуса и роскоши, чувствуя себя Илоном Маском или Анджелиной Джоли, в общем что то на богатом) Две уютные спальни, продуманная кухня, на которой есть все, две душевые, гостиная. красивые ухоженные дворики по обеим сторонам дома. В доме все обставлено с большим вкусом и продумано до мелочей. На втором этаже огромная каменная терраса, окруженная деревьями, с банкетками и стульями. К сожалению, фотографии не передают масштаб и красоту этой виллы, и мы, честно говоря, вообще от нее такого не ожидали, были приятно шокированы и очень рады там побывать) Хозяйка чудесная, милая девушка, организовала нам трансфер до аэропорта, все рассказала, показала, общение было очень приятным. Все было отлично

Would definitely stay again if I'm back in SL - This villa is very well designed and great attention to detail eg, aesthetics, lighting, incense diffusers, toiletries. It is well maintained, clean and has AC is all rooms. The host was very accommodating and had good communication. The plug points are Sri Lankan style, would have loved to have the universal plug points that most places use. Also the street is very narrow so some uber drivers hesitate to come to the gate

• Sonja Johanna (10/5): Dream Place to stay in Colombo - exquisitly Beautiful - Staying in Villa Vakasa is like a dream come true! I have waited writing a review , cause I stayed in other places and hotels. But this place deserves a 12/12 . It is the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka by far. The whole house is designed with exquisite taste and the host provides you with everything you need from oats and milk and coffee to make your own coffee. It made a massive difference staying there after our arrival in Colombo to recharge and refuel. Beautiful diffusers we’re on to dispel the Moskitos and every room was designed with so much love, expensive high qualitative furniture, books, games, a sowing kit - nothing was to much to do and help was there immediately. I loved it abd highly recommend!! Thank you - Namaste 🙏🌷 Takes 15 min to colombo fort with Tuk tuk/ but if you know no Problem at all

Комфорт на высшем уровне: просторные и светлые комнаты, стильная мебель, идеально чисто, а кровати такие удобные, что высыпались как никогда. Кухня полностью оборудована, а терраса с видом просто создана для утреннего кофе и вечерних посиделок. Огромное спасибо хозяевам виллы за гостеприимство и заботу! Все вопросы решались моментально, а приветственная корзинка с угощениями стала приятным сюрпризом. Чувствуется, что в эту виллу вложена душа, и каждый гость здесь — желанный. • Silvia (9/5): wonderful place - the host is extremely nice and welcoming, and makes sure you have everything you need. There's a booklet with plently of useful info on the house and nearby facilities, and the host is always available to supply more info, advise or answer questions. There's a washing machine in the house which was super useful for us. Also, as a family with young children we really appreciated having some space both inside and outside the house, and a fully functional kitchen with complementary coffee, tea, bread, and cookies available: we had an issue with ordering some food from outside one night, and it was really handy to have something to give to the kids in the meantime... Also, the house is really beautiful and tastefully decorated, as you can see from the pictures! It was not a problem for us, but the house is not in the city centre, so you have to factor in some 20 minutes to get to main "attractions" in Colombo

• Thinurie (10/5): Only place I’d book when in Colombo again! - Super clean, safe and gated, spacious villas with modern and tasteful touches and decor all around. Beautiful place, super value for money and amazing hosts! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook some basic meals plus a filtered tap! We loved the rooftop and the laundry room was so useful with all the clothes piling up with 2 kids.

This beautiful 2BHK home is designed and managed by Suhini and her family.. just a 15-20 minute car ride away from the hustle of Colombo city, a 3minute walk to the nearest grocery (Cargills).. This cozy home has been decorated so tastefully, green plants around the property.. The house is very clean and tidy.. Super comfortable with soft bed linens, towels, pillows and mattresses.. A home cooked breakfast is available at an additional cost.. Suhini is very helpful and responds promptly to queries.. The detailed description of the property is accurate.. Will gladly book this stay again when I visit Colombo..

• Trezin (10/5): What a Place! - This villa was perfect. It's like a little oasis in the middle of the city. The place has this really cool vibe, mix of old and new. Loved hanging out in the awesome gardens and the amazing green roof top - esp in the evening. The beds were super comfy, bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the AC in the rooms was a lifesaver. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it if you want a city stay but need a break from the city noise. The access road is a bit small - but once you get to the villa you forget everything else!
