• Fanny (10/5): - L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé, confortable et très bien équipé. Il bénéficie également d’un environnement calme en soirée, ce qui nous a permis d’y passer un excellent séjour, même durant un week-end festif. L’entrée autonome et flexible a été très appréciable, et l’hôte s’est montré particulièrement arrangeant en nous permettant de déposer nos valises plus tot que l'heure du check in. Ce logement est place au debut de la zone pietonne tout en restant accessible en voiture ce qui ets tres pratique. Il offre une excellente qualité au regard du prix proposé, et nous le recommandons vivement. Rien- tout etait parfait pour nous

Y también destacar la información tan útil que nos proporcionaron tanto para comer, visitar y disfrutar de Córdoba. Nada, todo estupendo.
• JOSE DAVID (10/5): Excelente alojamiento para visitar Córdoba - - La amabilidad del propietario, siempre atento en todo momento y facilitándote información muy buena de la Ciudad. - La comodidad del apartamento, al que no le falta de nada; e incluso a la llegada nos encontramos con 2 cervezas sin alcohol, 2 normales, varias pastillas de café y 2 brick de leche, un detallazo que muy pocas veces me he encontrado. - La situación para visitar el centro de Córdoba andando, aproximadamente a unos 10-12 min. Sinceramente TODO PERFECTO!! El haberme alojado solo 3 noches.
• JAVIER (10/5): Muy limpio, cómodo, céntrico y tiene de todo. - Todo. Muy limpio y tenía de todo tanto en baño como en la cocina. Muy bien los detalles de tener unas cápsulas de café y unas bebidas de bienvenida. La verdad que fue como estar en casa. Cuesta un poco aparcar pero se consigue. Cuando vuelva a Córdoba, será mi primera opción para volver a alojarme. Estaba todo muy bien. No le pongo ni un pero.

La proximité à pied avec le vieux Cordoue. La difficulté pour stationner le véhicule. Mais cela avait été déjà annoncé par l’hôte au préalable. Aucune surprise donc.

• Maria (9/5): Apartamento completo, cómodo y muy limpio. - Apartamento acogedor, con dos habitaciones y dos baños. Situado en zona tranquila, a 10 minutos del centro. Destaco del apartamento lo completo que era, no le faltaba de nada, y la limpieza.

• Juanma (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien equipado y con todo detalle. Nos dejaron en la nevera unas cervezas y unos tetrabrik de leche pequeños además de una botella de agua. La verdad, todo un detalle. Está como a 12 min del centro. Fue súperatento y en todo momento comunicativo por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Super contentos, además repetiremos siempre que podamos. La verdad que nada. Todo muy bien.
• Paola (10/5): Très beau séjour ensoleillé dans un logement à 3 minutes des centres d’intérêt de Cordoue !! - Tout était très facile, la communication avec l’hote, l’appartement est très bien situé, il est spacieux, le lit est excellent. Tout est soigné, il y a tout ce qu’il vous faut si vous voulez cuisiner. Une machine à cafê vec quelques capsules pour faire un bon café, sucré, sel,poivre, huile, la base si vous voulez cuisiner. Tout était parfait !! Il faisait très froid à Cordoue, plus froid que j’imaginais !! Mais rien à voir avec le logement !!

Het voelde een beetje als thuiskomen, kopje koffie kon gezet (Nespresso) omdat er koffie en melk stond bij binnenkomst, water en biertje in de ijskast, suiker, zout en peper, olie en azijn in de kastjes. Écht super compleet uitgerust, zelfs een EHBO trommeltje, heerlijk stille slaapkamer. Miguel, al hebben we ‘m alleen aan de telefoon gehad, was een ongelooflijk enthousiaste goede gastheer. Reageerde direct, veel tips en info, speciaal de extra’s rond Kerst. Supermarkt om de hoek. Vlakbij gratis parkeren Niets

• Elena (9/5): Fantástico!! - Es maravilloso. Es bonito, cómodo, limpio, con mucho menaje. Tiene aire acondicionado, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, la cocina comedor muy amplio y cómodo. El edificio tiene un patio súper bonito y tranquilo. Detallazo del anfitrión: 2 cervezas con y 2 sin y una botella de agua grande en la nevera, y un mini brick de leche y otro sin lactosa en la encimera. Muy buena ubicación. Para nosotros, lo único malo fueron las almohadas, que nos parecieron incómodas.
• Alex (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect, the host is very helpful, gave us recommendations for what to do around the city, even helped us to order a taxi to the train station. The apartment has everything you need (washing machine for clothes and dishes, hair dryers etc.). It was a very pleasant stay, the apartment is close to everything in the old city.

The location is a bit far from the Old Town, but we managed to walk everywhere easily. Communication was excellent—the manager responded to all our questions and requests attentively. • Joanne (9/5): Superb - The main bedroom was great, lots of storage and comfy bed. Snug and warm for a winter stay and quiet facing inner courtyard. Well equipped kitchen with good sized dining area. Oven and hob with extractor. Washer and drying rack useful for a longer stay. Quiet block with nice neighbours, easy to travel about Córdoba with good shops bars and cafes nearby. Bathroom floors could do with updating and sofa in lounge area.

Location of the apartment was great, quiet but close enough to the city center, walking distance from all the major attractions in the city. Miguel was great host, flexible with our needs and provided us with a lot of city/event information.

We got a whole appartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full equipped baths, livingroom and kitchen where we had coffee, tea, oil, salt and everything else you need. Everything was super clean and the host is very nice, helpful, welcoming and also responses very fast. It is a 15min walk to the mezquita and quite at night. The beds very also very comfortable. We got a easy self check. Awesome stay, we will come back when we are in Cordoba.

Unfortunately we didn't meet he host. Miguel is the kind of person you would like to meet in real life. Maybe for for a big group it would be too small but for us ( 2 adults, 4 kids) it was more than enough.

• Rob (10/5): 10/10 - 10/10 !! This is a first floor apartment, securely accessed from the street through an airy atrium. I was a sole traveller, but with 2 bedrooms this is also suitable for 2 couples or a family. There is a spacious lounge with tv. The cooking area has a full oven, hobs and equipment. Owned by a friendly couple, who kindly let me drop my luggage off early. Almost opposite is a bar/cafe for breakfasts, light meals and cakes. Its neighbour is another bar/restaurant for more substantial meals. But you can just have a beer at either! There is a small supermarket nearby. If you want a shopping mall, there is one just 10 mins away on foot. The city centre is a 15 min walk away down a traditional narrow street, or walk along the river bank. Both ways are part of the experience.

It was spotlessly clean, got great sleep, spacious apartment, well stocked for cooking if needed and no detail was missing from having a good stay. Miguel is a host that takes pride in making sure guests have everything they need for a good stay and that the apartment is a great condition and I appreciate that. I was there over the new year holiday and we were surprised to find some fun new years celebration things in the apartment to help celebrate and a bottle of champagne! Those small touches made us felt so welcome... I can't emphasize again how clean the place was too, the cleanest place I've been to in a very long time. 10/10 for cleanliness. Finally a place that takes pride in all the small details and cleanliness! Nicely organized kitchen and even first aid stuff in the drawers. Top class place to stay and is worthy of the high score here on Booking.com .the building is safe and very nice too. Love the neighborhood in good walking distance to everything you want to see, yet very quiet.... Heating system good for winter. I liked everything.

• Jean (9/5): Great surprise, more than value for money! - Just outside of the old city so it is quiet but accessible. Nice apartment, clean and new, with everything, even welcome drinks (milk, nespresso, beer, non alcoholic beer)! Very detailed and helpful directions from the owner. Seems there is no heating (or we did not find it). The building is not super soundproof, but neighbours were not that loud so it was alright.

Communication was smooth, Miguel, although not available at time of our arrival, did all he could to accomodate us. Really appreciated the welcome drinks after long walk. Super value for money, probably the best I had during vacation in Spain. Not in the very center, but still walkable even with small kids.
